Cottage was lovely, clean and tidy on arrival, host helpful in guiding us to the cottage, car parked in safe secure car park. Everything close by, shops, restaurants, ATM, 3 or 4 good clean beaches in area.Directions to the cottage by the harbour are narrow roads with pedestrians milling about, so have to drive slowly.

We had a damp smell when we arrived ( I am an asthmatic ) there were several bulbs not working including 2 in the bathroom.the bulb in kitchenAt the entrance door was a pink colour on its way out.The only welcome food was a 500 ml milk in the fridge that was out of date,We had a lot of noise from above .We enjoyed our stay ,the property is very central to everything we wanted, We are a retired couple and found the car park a struggle to walk to, We came for the Art galleries which were excellent,and loved the Restaurants.

Hi glad you enjoyed your holiday in the September Festival in St Ives. I personally prepared the Cobbles that day for you with another cleaner and so I know that both biscuits and fresh milk were left for your arrival and of course the light over the porch is always pink, - we rather like it. I am sorry but surprised if there was undue noise from above as I know that the other properties were occupied by retired couples like yourselves that week. There are about thirty bulbs across the three Cobbles’ ceilings and yes I believe two were out during your stay with minimal impact. The valuable reserved parking space is in the nearest car park and I ensured you were well informed in advance about every detail of access to that. Might be best next time to leave the car at St Erth park and ride and use the train into St Ives rather than have to navigate the hills and congestion in the town. Best wishes.

Pleasant stay, close to everything in St Ives.

The apartment is very nicely decorated and well equipped. It is steps away from shops, restaurants, beaches, and the costal walking trails. I enjoyed my stay.

The cottage is right in the heart of the town with everything within walking distance, including the beach, restaurants, shopping, churches, etc. It is immaculately clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family to stay there.

Lovely central property

Lovely central property in a great location with the added bonus of a car parking space a short walk away. Very clean with everything needed for a great stay.

The location of the flat was great. The 3 night stay was fine except for a very poor settee, most uncomfortable, oven tray awful not cleaned at all, bathroom soaking when we first entered so not finished properly and water still in the kettle which is a basic mistake.

Apologies Steve that the oven tray was overlooked on this occasion, and sorry that the sofa was not to your liking; I would have to disagree however - it is not 'poor' - all the cushions are down feather filled. I know the bathroom and the entire apartment was left very clean and equipped as usual following the changeover for your prompt arrival on New Year's Day. Happy New Year.

Our stay in St Ives

A lovely little flat in a wonderful location pretty much a stones throw from the harbour and shops. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to St Ives .

Brilliant location on top of everything shops pubs food sea harbour. Quiet despite this , parking a mission but follow instructions..host has patience of a saint if you go wrong

You can’t beat being just metres away from the harbour and Judith was a pleasure to communicate with. We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the time in St Ives

Lovely apartment just off the harbour . Great location the only issue we had was with the family staying above us with young children who had no regard for times and making noise but this is by no means a criticism of our accommodation
