Ruim en gezellig huisje (4 slaapkamers, 3 badkamers) met elk meubelstuk en decor up-gefietst door de kunstenaar / ontwerper / gastheer in Charming en Artsy Dunedin. Het ligt op 1 blok afstand van de Pinellas Trail, 2 blokken van het Blue Jays Stadium, 3 minuten van het centrum van Dunedin (boetieks, festivals, restaurants), 10 minuten van Clearwater Beach en Honeymoon / Caladesi Island: het ligt in het hart van alles! De perfecte plek om te ontspannen of gek actief te zijn.
Dit huis wordt geleverd met een volledig onafhankelijk appartement verbonden aan het huisje met een eigen badkamer, kitchenette en queensize bed.
Hoewel we onze ruimte graag met u delen en u aanmoedigen om zich thuis te voelen, vragen we u slechts enkele "huisregels" na te leven tijdens uw verblijf:

1) Wees alsjeblieft een energiebewuste gast. Wees respectvol voor ons huis, waar we erg trots op zijn en zorg er bij het afrekenen voor dat de ruimte naar ons wordt teruggestuurd in dezelfde staat als toen u aankwam.

2) De gasten in de reservering zijn de ENIGE mensen die in het huis mogen verblijven. MENSEN SNEAKEN IS DIEFSTAL en zal als zodanig worden behandeld.
Respecteer ons tariefschema zodat we de basisprijs laag kunnen houden voor de eerste 4 gasten. Extra gasten, inclusief kinderen, moeten overal op het terrein $ 30 per nacht betalen, ongeacht of die persoon een bed deelt, op de bank of op de vloer slaapt.
Geen tent in de tuin.

3) Geen illegale stoffen of activiteiten toegestaan.

4) In de woning is roken niet toegestaan. Ook geen kaars.

5) Alsjeblieft, geen koffer op het bed en geen natte handdoeken op meubels.

6) Geen vuile vaat in de gootsteen. (Het trekt heel snel bugs aan in Florida)

7) Geen huisdieren.

8) Dit is een woonwijk, een avondklok van 21.00 tot 09.00 uur wordt afgedwongen.

9) Geen partijen, evenementen, fotoshoot of bezoekers tenzij voorafgaande toestemming van de gastheer en een extra vergoeding is overeengekomen.

Als u zich niet aan deze regels houdt, wordt u gevraagd te vertrekken zonder restitutie.

Awesome House/Host

6 friend on a “Hangover” type trip. 6 yrs in Dunedin and first time at this home. We’ll be back - great house with perfect apartment type addition. Patrick was amazing as a host and was able to accommodate a few minor requests but easy peasy! Don’t look further!

Absolutely perfect!

We loved our stay at this property! Everything was absolutely perfect! Patrick met us at the house and gave us a quick tour which was really helpful. He and his wife went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, checking in on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The house is beautifully decorated, there was coffee, tea, cereals and lots of snacks, and the location couldn’t have been better, as we were walking distance from town and a block from the Pinellas Trail. There were beach towels and chairs provided for our time on Honeymoon Island and a beautiful fenced in backyard that felt like an oasis, but the best part was a MIL suite which has its own kitchen and bathroom. We were traveling with my mom and 4 kids, so it was great for my mom to have her own space to escape to at the end of the day. I’m pretty sure my entire family never wanted to leave. This was our favorite VRBO ever! Thanks for everything!

Great property!

We rented this charming house for a girls trip to Dunedin and would highly recommend it! The owner, Patrick, was easy to communicate with and the details and decor in house are perfect! We were a group of 10 and had plenty of space to socialize and sleep. We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!!

We were 3 couples traveling together . The home is minutes from trail . Dunedin town very cute Rode to honeymoon island but unfortunately beach had red tide . Great location, great spot

The property is charming, cozy, and easy to navigate. The proximity to downtown Dunedin, and all it offers were really the highlight. We did have a small issue with the A/C being out one of the evenings, but our host responded quickly, and was looking to resolve the issue quickly after our exit.

Are you planning a family trip and quality time in a cozzy environment? This is the perfect place. Pics don't make honor to this property. So clean, and organized. Loved every single detail. We felt so welcome that we didn't want to leave. Patrick is an awesome guest. 5 stars communication. We spent a great time! Family weekend getaway

Property owner was very communicative throughout our stay. Very comfortable for three families to spend time together. We rented bikes and rode to Tarpon Springs and took the ferry from Honeymoon Island to Caladesi. Restaurants were amazing. We cooked in one night also. House had everything we needed. Dishwasher needs some attention but not a big deal.

Know What You’re Getting

The house is cute from the outside. When you walk in, you get hit with a strong musty odor. The entry room has a couch and a bed. Weird place for a bed. The two downstairs bedrooms are very sparsely furnished. The bathroom is small. The kitchen is dated. The back room has a dining room table and uncomfortable chairs. There is not one “gathering” spot in the house for a family to come together. The backyard is nice and relaxing. The guest house is small, but cute. The upstairs bedroom has an extremely small bathroom and a tiny shower. I’m 5’9” and 180 lbs and I had to crouch to get under the water and hit my elbows every time I turned around. There isn’t really a good place to hang your towels. The bathroom fixture above the sink has two exposed mini can light bulbs. The bedroom ceiling fan has an exposed bulb. The back door did not shut properly (warped) and had a non-functioning dead bolt. Please note that the owner does monitor your comings and goings thru a camera mounted and facing the driveway. Only a coyhours into our stay he was shootme text messages about the one extra guest we had (our son was able to join us at the last minute). His policy clearly states extra guests are $30, and it was my responsibility to notify. Nevertheless it was creepy that he used his video camera to watch us coming. Maybe he’s had issues in the past with wild parties or his property being destroyed. None of the TVs worked. 4 capable adults tried to get them to work, but failed. Please note there is no common TV in the house for everyone to gather around. The house is essentially 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining room and a weird room with a bed just inside the front door. I’ve rented on VRBO for 25 years and this home, for the money spent, is my least favorite.

Highland Games and the French County Cottage

My group was visiting Dunedin for the Highland Games and found this little gem. It is a great location with it being very close to Main Street Dunedin. The house was clean and adorable. The house was also very quiet which you wouldn't find in any of the local hotels. Patrick was very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond to any question I had. Would love to go back soon! :)

Great spot for a family trip — beach and baseball!

My husband and I stayed here with our two boys (ages 4 and 8 months), my father, and my brother and his son (age 8), for four nights. There was plenty of room (and bathrooms!) for all of us and a great backyard area for the kids. The MIL apartment was perfect for my dad so he had his own space. Ideal location close to downtown Dunedin, 2 blocks from Blue Jays Stadium, and only 15 mins from both Clearwater and Honeymoon Island. Patrick was a great host, always checking to see that we had what we needed. This is one of those places that has everything you need — plus little details you didn’t know you needed! A great time!!

A quaint home tucked away in the quaint town of Dunedin, Florida. A perfect setting.

Fantastic!

Comfortable home away from home!

The Dunedin Cottage is in a great location and is equipped with everything we needed. Patrick & Severine are lovely people and very easy to communicate with. They made us feel right at home. Cottage appeal

This was a great place for housing 10-12 people. Nice proximity to the Pinellas trail and a good walk to downtown. Dining room was spacious for entertaining 10-12 people. The area felt very calm and quiet.

So fun!

We had a wonderful stay at Dunedin Cottage! It was the perfect place for our group and we loved all the wonderful cottage features it possesses. The owners are wonderful people and so easy to work with. They were in constant communication with us and provided so many things for us to use.
