22 +/- parking space, On the Rocky Creek with access to the Bay of Tampa, boat ramp, private gate, secluded.
Total 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 4 living rooms, swim-spa with bar, gazebo, outdoor fireplace, grill, 2kajaks, 2 canoes, pedal-boat, laundry room, pole/poker table, minigolf

Max 28 people in total can sleep in the houses.
16 would have a bedroom that fits two people in each and for 12 people there are sofa/couch in 4 different living rooms.

The canal/creek goes into the bay. There are two bridges that are low, smaller boats or canoes have access.
