About Corinne Ramm
We are both hurtling toward retirement and appreciate a slower pace of life which is what drew us toward Pentney Lakes.
Corinne Ramm purchased this Cabin in 2010
Why Corinne Ramm chose King's Lynn
This was a self-build project with the cabin coming from the Transylvanian Forests of Romania and needed a large plot and an open tranquil spot in which to set it and Pentney Lakes was perfect for it.
What makes this Cabin unique
Space, quiet and freedom.

Absolutely the best ever!
We have stayed in many, many holiday rentals over the years, but this was, without doubt, the best.
We were a party of 7 - 6 adults and a two year old and everyone was impressed. All bedrooms being not only en-suite, but with a seperate bath and shower were fab. Comfortable beds, very, very comfy sofas and a real feeling of being at home all contributed to a wonderful holiday.
This lodge is well placed for accessing numerous tourist attractions, but the real winner for me were the wonderful walks directly from the front door.
Corinne and Andrew are fantastic owners. We were given chapter and verse about how to get there, what to do, where to go and how to contact them day and night.
Altogether, bloody brilliant!
Now I need to tell them I broke a tea plate........!
Thank you for your lovely feedback, we hope you will visit us again.
Regard the tea plate, as it was just the one, we will let you off!
Very best regards, Andrew & Corinne.
Exactly what it says - very spacious in a lovely location.
We are a 3 generation family aged 2 to 60 and Alpine Lodge catered for all our needs. There was plenty of space for the youngest to run around safely and the pool table was a godsend as it kept the teenage boys occupied (also Dad and Grandad!!). The kitchen was very spacious and well equipped - with a wonderful view over the lake. And for those of us in need of a bit of peace and quiet - there were numerous seating areas on the decking all around the lodge. The men and boys enjoyed a day fishing at a lake a few minutes walk away and the location was ideal for visits to Hunstanton, Wells and Blakeney Point. Andrew and Corrinne kept us very well informed with an information booklet and directions - the tip about finding vouchers for the Sea Life Centre in Hunstanton saved the family about £45. All in all a very good holiday.
Good quiet location. Good for Sandringham and Hunstanton.
Would recommend to others.
Great place, tranquil setting, plenty of space.
A great find which we used to celebrate a family birthday with 4 generations. From a 2 year old to a 72 year old we all loved it. The fact that all bedrooms have ensuite was a real bonus, the upstairs area was great for communal family dining, with a lovely lounge area. The outside space was well designed with closed spaces so the youngsters could run around safely. Overall a really lovely place
Thank you so much for the lovely review, we would love to welcome you back sometime in the future.

Well kept home surrounded by beautiful views
Just stayed over the bank holiday and our experiance was amazing. The house is beautiful and well prepared for a big family or families. The layout is lovely and the location is easy to get to with lots to do around the area. The neighbours were lovely and we felt welcomed with smiles and the owner was more than helpful with everything and anything. The layout of the house is unusual with the bedrooms being downstairs but it allowed us to all be together in the spacious upstairs area. I would defiantly reccomend and will be looking to go again in the future
Thank you for your kind comments, so glad you enjoyed your stay at Alpine Lodge you were so lucky with the glorious weather. Hope to see you again in the near future.
Wonderful space, really well equipped.
