This lovely 3 bedroom villa is situated in Kapparis close to the larger and busier resort of Protaras. There are shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance of the villa, and two sandy beaches only 5 minutes walk away.
The nearby resorts of Protaras and Ayia Napa are just a short drive from the villa, with lots of attractions and lively nightlife. There are many restaurants, shops and bars to choose from, and lots of sandy beaches all along the coast with water sports as well as the famous Ayia Napa has water park.
The open plan living area comprises of a Kitchen with all appliances including, cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The kitchen leads to the dining area that has a dining table with 6 chairs. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa (one is a sofa bed), satellite T.V, fireplace and coffee table. Patio doors lead from the lounge into the garden with a swimming pool and BBQ area.
Upstairs the master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have single beds. There are 2 shower rooms, one upstairs, one downstairs.

Our team does pool cleaning, prepare all Villas for arrivals plus any other problem you might have during your stay. I also live nearby so when there is a problem we do go at once.

Why they chose this property
Out of 110 houses this one was the show house of the project. A unique 3 bedroom Villa with marble floor, big territory with a lovely garden, big palms with a nice shade.
A lot of Privacy. Nice big pool with a new liner. A nice area with grass ideal for children playing and adults to sunbathe.
Very comfortable rooms fully air/condition.
