Firemans Beach Villa is a modern, stylish 4 bedroom home, perfect for family and group holidays in an idyllic location. For outside living there are few villas to offer such exceptional facilities. A fabulously large 9m pool and loads of open space that enjoy the sun all day, from breakfast to sun-down, a sizeable covered terrace, BBQ, outside shower, and gardens front and back. Firemans Beach, a golden sandy bay, is just 2 minutes walk from the villa, and within a 5 minute stroll you will find a wide choice of local tavernas, restaurants and shops. We are positioned on one of the most unspoilt stretches of coastline where spectacular beaches, honey coloured cliffs and the crystal clear blue water of the Mediterranean all blend together to form a truly magnificent and enchanting atmosphere. High quality furniture, WIFI, air-conditioning, all mod cons, 40" TV (bring a Firestick or similar), a table tennis table and lots of outside furniture and sun-loungers ensure a most comfortable stay


Protaras area: Not surprisingly you'll find every possible water based activity readily available. The neighbouring beaches of Pernera offer pedaloes, water-skiing, rib-rides, boat trips around the beautiful coastline and snorkeling to make the most of the crystal clear seas. For the evenings a walk into the town offers Traditional Cypriot tavernas, smart restaurants, an internet cafe and several bars and English pubs with Sky TV for those all important sporting events. Protaras is about 3km away and here you'll find the famous Fig Tree Bay, just one of the many fantastic beaches that enjoy fine white sand. For a lively night out Protaras offers immense choice for tourists, predominantly focused on the family market. There are over 300 restaurants and bars to choose from, many of whom have great entertainment, such as tribute bands, stage hypnotists, dancing and Karaoke.

Cape Greko and Ayia Napa: There are lovely coastal walks along the paths close to the villa but at the south eastern tip of Cyprus you'll find the wonderful National Park of Cape Greko. Here, the stunning coastal scenery of towering cliffs and sea caves is enhanced by the fragrance of pine and juniper. There are beautiful walks and scrambles around the Cape, and people are often found swimming and snorkeling from the rocks around the cape. Ayia Napa is around 10km from Firemans Beach Villa. A real clubbing capital of Europe Ayia Napa is the place for those looking for a big night out. Very busy during the summer months and with wide sandy beaches it has retained much of its old world charm. In the heart of the town lies a beautiful old monastery, built around AD1500, and the main square outside the monastery becomes lively as evening approaches with bars, souvenirs stalls and itinerant portrait painters

Great location

Very comfortable stay - villa has all that you need. Property manager Liz is an excellent communicator and responds quickly and Steve the local manager was super helpful. The villa is very close to lovely beaches and a walk to restaurants and shops. Definitely go to Zorbas the amazing bakery! We would definitely visit again. Having a car helped us to do more locally and Empire car hire were excellent.

Property a little tired needs a overhaul, the description said there is TV but sadly there isn't unless you provide your own fire stick, also the pool is in the front of the property on the main street with no privacy. The microwave, pool lights and several indoor/outdoor lights not working.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Everything was as described. Property was clean on arrival. There were some minor maintenance tasks, all in hand, and did not detract from our enjoyment. Could do with some decoration refresh otherwise all very good. The pool was a focal point and this was kept highly clean and well maintained. Local beach was lovely. Arrive early if you want a sun bed. Local area all very nice. Plenty of car parking at the property and in local areas if driving. Would highly recommend.

unhappy with the "4" bedroom

As a regular visitor to Cyprus and staying in some wonderful 4 bedrooms villas for over 30 years we were hugely disappointed with this one. Despite the location being good, and the pool as one would expect , Our disappointment concerned the "4" bedroom , In our opinion it is to small for adult occupier and having no A/CON unit in this room it would have been very uncomfortable for any of my grandchildren to sleep in , I will return again to the area .

As a regular visitor to Cyprus for over 30 years and stayed in some wonderful 4 BEDROOM villas ,We were hugely disappointed with this one,despite the location being good ,the pool as one would expect and the out door area very pleasant with all day sun,our disappointed concerned the 4th BEDROOM, In our opinion it is too small for a adult to occupy with a very small bed and being that there is no a/con unit in this room it would have been very uncomfortable for any OUR GRANDCHILDREN to sleep in!,We will return to Cyprus in this area BUT not waste our money on this one!!!!!!!!

The house is at an excellent location(5 walking min from the beach) in a quiet neighborhood.It has a big swimming pooIand it was very clean.Unfortunately some of the air conditions did not work properly and the kitchenware needs replacement. Also, a broom and a mop should be provided.

Nice location

The house was located in a nice area and it was very close to the beach which was convenient especially when you have small children. Although the house was spacious (apart from one room), it was not used for a while and it smelled mould. It was very dusty and in general not very clean. The aircondition was not working properly in some of the rooms. The manager was very friendly and was responding promptly.

Fantastic Villa & Great Location

Liz the home owner is so friendly and available throughout your stay, the Management Company are extremely responsive and very friendly should you have any issues. The pool and sunbathing area is fabulous, don’t be scared of the outside shower it’s not cold and stops you having an oil slick in the pool. Yes you do get some flying visitors such as beautiful dragon flies, sparrows and crickets, however due to how clean everything is, there isn’t any issues with ants or cockroaches which we’ve previously experienced in Cyprus. The Villa is well equipped with everything you need, the BBQ is a bit small it would be great to see an upgrade to a bigger version, we are big eaters so couldn’t really cook everything together, however if you are ok with cooking in batches it’s perfect for a bigger party. Bedrooms are comfortable, beds are quite low to the ground, we did have issues with pillows, European pillows are just not the same as the UK so you may need more than normal but there are spares. Bathrooms are well equipped with good showers and hot water is in abundance although you won’t need it in summer as you’ll be grateful for a cool shower, we took nappy sacks to use when visiting the loo as the thought of putting loo paper into a bin wasn’t appealing but all properties in Cyprus are the same and this is just something you have to deal with when visiting this amazing Island. Nappy sacks are the way to go 😁. The location is perfect, easy walking distance to Kapparis and the gorgeous Fireman’s Beach which has some fabulous snorkelling. You can park on the drive should you hire a car and have easy access to Pernera, Protaras and Ayia Napa. You can also easily get to the villages should you wish to go a bit further inland with Freneros and Vrysolous only about 30 mins away. In the Villa you have access to books, music, DVDs and a TV service plus WIFI that works throughout the Villa with occasional exception being when doors upstairs are closed. It was handy for outside as we where able to stream whilst sunbathing 😁. The Villa is very comfortable, there are a couple of downsides with regards to decoration, there is blown paint/plaster on the ceilings in the living room, family bathroom and one bedroom, however, this should not detract from the overall stay. We would definitely stay here again, in fact this could be our regular holiday go too.

Perfect location and contact with Steve was excellent to help out anyway including cleaning and maintaining the pool and also renewing bedding and towels. The property itself needs a little updating i.e decorating or painting here and there and renewing of particular furniture but doesn't affect the overall holiday experience at all. It was well equipped with everything we needed on a quite residential street which made it a relaxing holiday we were looking for. There is a choice of nearby bars and restaurants including a well equipped supermarket a short stroll away. We loved staying here and the location was perfect. You really have a great choice of things on your doorstep without the hustle and bustle of being in a more commercial town.

Flott villa med topp beliggenhet.

Villaen er fin og den ligger i nærheten av strender, butikker og restauranter. Villaen er perfekt for 7-8 personer. Eiere av villaen er hyggelige, serviceinnstilt og svarer raskt på mail el. mobil. Huset er registrert med 9 soveplasser. Vi er fornøyde med vårt opphold på to uker, men med 5 voksne og 4 barn er vi ikke helt enige i at huset har 9 tilfredsstillende soveplasser. Dette medførte litt utfordringer, men vi fant en løsning. Grunnen til utfordringen var et enkeltrom uten air-condition (kan leies) og en sovesofa i stua var beregnet som soveplass for to. Ingen ville sove på stua, så vi brukt enkeltrom uten air-condition til bagasje og la madrassen til sovesofaen (stua) på et av dobbelt-rommene for å løse utfordringen. Alt i alt er vi fornøyd med oppholdet og kan anbefale andre dette stedet, men er dere 9 personer er det viktig å være fleksibel.

Just perfect

Just had 10 nights at this villa, we were 4 adults and found we had lots of space, great pool which was cleaned twice a week with lots of sun beds. In the bedrooms the beds were very comfy and clean, showers were nice and powerful, the kitchen was very well equipped although we didn't eat much at the villa, just a bit of breakfast. There was a travel cot for babies and a beach tent which I think is something you wouldn't expect to have for your use in a villa rental. There's a table tennis too, which we didn't use, lots of books for you to read. Less than 5 minutes walk to the beach, it does get busy especially on a weekend, we found that if we went mid day we managed to get sun beds and umbrellas. Nice little cafe/bar and clean toilets by the beach. We ate out every day and mostly used the bars and restaurants in the area and food and service was brilliant every time. We went into protaras a couple of times to eat and it was the same there too, we took a taxi from the lady in Kapparis, she did have an eye roll when we asked her for a taxi so just go taxi numbers from others in protaras, the price was exactly the same even if they picked you up. We would most definitely return to this Villa, Liz the owner is so friendly and no question to silly, she was a star.

Good location spacious property

We had a fantastic holiday when we came to Cyprus in June and we could highly recommend this villa! It is in a perfect location- only a 2 minute walk from a beautiful sandy beach, it is very spacious and the beds are comfortable! Very good size bathrooms with good working showers, more than big enough seating and eating areas both inside and outside! There are also English plug sockets which helps, no need for adapters! The pool is lovely with the sun beaming down on it all day and it was big enough for our two families to play games and have fun in! There are plenty of really nice restaurants in walking distance which is ideal. There are also plenty of places to explore nearby, we recommend Cape Greco! Liz and Steve were very approachable and went out of their way to ensure we had a really enjoyable holiday! We would definitely go back.

There are also plenty of places to go for a nice evening meal in walking distance; our favorite was Just Italian! Protaras is a lovely little town nearby which has plenty going on there day and night and taxis aren't expensive! Overall very enjoyable holiday, would definitely go back and stay at this villa. The villa was dirty, covered in hair and our feet were black within 20 mins of walking around it. The aircon leaked and all over our clothes and when the handy man came round the filters were black! After using the sofa bed when there was a power cut our children's faces were covered in bites! There were sharp screws hanging out of two of the sun loungers, live cables hanging out of one of the bedroom fans and mould on the bottom of the shower screen which should have been easily cleaned. All in all a very shocking experience and one we will not be returning too. As I stated we had thoroughly enjoyed our previous experience but it would appear the money the owners receive to rent this villa is sadly not being put back into it to maintain it. After paying top money during the summer this was very upsetting.

Ideal location, lovely villa

Me and a group of friends stayed in this villa and we had a brilliant holiday! Very spacious and well looked after villa with enough room for a large group of friends to comfortably sleep, shower and get ready in etc. The beds were very comfy and the bathrooms were well equipped with good showers. There is a barbecue outside and we thoroughly enjoyed cooking meals in the evenings when the sun had gone down yet it was still nice and warm. However if you're not in the mood to cook there are a number of good restaurants just a 5 minute walk away from the villa! Especially Just Italian! We hired a car to get to the water park and Cape Greko however a car isn't a necessity as the local beach is only a couple of minutes away and the pool at the villa is very large and the pool water is nice and warm! Good variety of nightlife; Protoras has many nice cocktail bars and it is only a 5 minutes away in a taxi and there is also Ayia Napa which is only a 15 minute taxi ride. We would highly recommend this villa and would definitely return at a future date.

Lovely villa, good location!

This is a fantastic Villa. I and a group of friends stayed here for a week and we had a brilliant holiday. The villa has everything you want; spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, good sized bathrooms, air conditioning in every room, a barbecue and plenty of eating space with two large dining tables one inside and one outside. There is also plenty of room to relax with a large pool which gets the sun all day and plenty of sunbeds to go around! The villa is in an ideal location with a mini supermarket, restaurants and the local beach all within a 5 minute walk. There are also beautiful spots such as Cape Greko which are only 15-20 minutes away in a car/taxi. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful so you can enjoy your chilled days by the pool without any interruptions! Liz and Steve were very helpful and made sure we had a fantastic stay. Overall brilliant holiday and we would definitely stay at this villa again if we went back to Cyprus.

Excellent Villa, Brilliant Holiday!

A group of 6 of us aged between 22-24 stayed at this villa, we had high expectations beforehand due to the fantastic previous reviews and we were not left disappointed! Excellent living space, spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, especially the master bedroom which had a large en suite! Good outside facilities including the barbecue which we used several times and the large outside dining table. Large pool and pool area which is in the sun all day! The villa is in a brilliant location; 5-10 walk away from lovely restaurants, a mini supermarket and a nice sandy beach. However if you wanted to explore more of the island there are plenty of places to see in close proximity such as Cape Greko which is a beautiful location. Good nightlife close by; Ayia Napa is only a 15 minute taxi ride away and taxis are extremely cheap out there! The owners were really helpful and quick to respond to queries. All in all great holiday and we would definitely return next year.

Marvellous Villa, Brilliant Holiday

A group of 6 of us aged between 22-24 stayed at this villa, we had high expectations due to the excellent previous reviews and we were not left disappointed! Really spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, especially the master bedroom which also had a large en suite! Good outside facilities including the barbecue which we used several times and a big outside dining table. Large pool and pool area which is in the sun all day. Great location with lovely restaurants only a 5,10 minute walk away. Large sandy beach also only 5 minute walk away however if you wanted to explore more of the island there is plenty to see in close proximity such as Cape Greko which is a beautiful location. Good nightlife also close by; Ayia Napa is only 15 minutes away in a taxi and taxis are extremely cheap! The owners were really helpful and quick to respond to queries. All in all great holiday and we would definitely return next year.

Great holiday, lovely villa

This is a fantastic Villa. I and a group of friends stayed here for a week and we had a brilliant holiday. The villa has everything you want; spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, good sized bathrooms, air conditioning in every room, a barbecue and plenty of eating space with two large dining tables one inside and one outside. There is also plenty of room to relax with a large pool which gets the sun all day and plenty of sunbeds to go around! The villa is in an ideal location with a mini supermarket, restaurants and the local beach all within a 5 minute walk. There are also beautiful spots such as Cape Greko which are only 15-20 minutes away in a car/taxi. The neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful so you could enjoy your chilled days by the pool without any interruptions! Liz and Steve were very helpful and made sure we had a fantastic stay. Overall brilliant holiday and we would definitely stay at this villa again if we went back to Cyprus.

Why they chose this property

The house is perfectly located and enjoys being part of a small private estate, all of which have been purchased. The owners take pride in their homes. Peaceful, relaxing but just a very short walk to the beach and local bars and restaurants. We moved away from the agencies whose pool cleaners have to clean 20 pools in a day or clean a 4 bed house in an hour and a half and our guests give great reviews because they have great holidays!
