Le Cochet Penthouseは、St Martin de Bellevilleの主要ゴンドラ駅から20mに位置し、無敵のTrois Valleesへのスキーイン/スキーアウトを提供しています。 セント マーティンは1450mのヴァル・トレン地方の谷に位置し、メリベルと同じ高さです。 聖者 マーティンのスキーリフトは、4つのリゾートのSt. マーティン、メリベル、モッタレール、レメヌィエール、さらにクールシュヴェルまたはヴァレンタインのスノーテントスロープへの片道リフト。
- 3つのダブルベッドルームにはそれぞれ専用バスルームがあり、大きなロフトスタイルのメザニンエリアには6〜8名用の広々とした客室があり、さらに2つの「ロールアンダー」ベッドとメザニンのダブルソファベッド。

Great Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartmemt is comfortable, well equipped, and great location in St Martin. St Martin is a bit lower on the mountain, a nice quiet location away from loud partying, but still good restaurants and services. Highly recommemd

Fabulous spacious penthouse

We loved our stay at Le Cochet. The apartment is lovely with plenty of room for a party of 8 adults. The views are beautiful and the glass lift a delight. It would qualify as almost "ski in/ski out" as the gondola is just metres away.

Perfecte locatie!

Het huis is gunstig gelegen, de bedden zijn goed, heerlijke douche! Alleen de inboedel ( meubels en servies) heeft echt een upgrade nodig. Overal stukjes van servies. Bank en stoelen kaal en zitcomfort is niet meer wat het geweest is. Vaatwasser, wasmachine en oven functioneren zijn wel heel fijn

Great location, the gondola is right outside!

The place is a great set up, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The dishes and glasses were chipped pretty badly, and it could use a new couch. Other than that it’s a great rental & we recommend it!!

Can't be beaten for proximity to the lifts. Then every day finishing with the beautiful Jerusalem cruise. Spacious, clean chalet with comprehensive inventory. Saint Martin also benefits from a surprising number of fine restaurants, old and new/trendy. Recommend stocking up with supplies in Moutiers en route, as local supermarkets are small.

Great property/location, looking a little tired.

Fab apartment which is as convenient as can be for ski lift. All amenities worked well. Refreshed furnishings and appliances would make this rental next level (couldn't play music through speaker because of iPhone 1 connector).

Great apartment, perfect location

Spacious, well appointed apartment centrally located adjacent to the slopes, ski hire, bars and restaurants. It couldn't have been better. Hosts and their management team were very reactive to all questions which made it a great holiday.

Fantastic week

This has to be one of the best ski places we have stayed. From start to finish Dale has provided excellent communication. The apartment is a great size and the sofas are excellent to chill out on at night. The apartment is well stocked and the boot warmer worked perfectly. We managed to ski to all the resorts, the bubble is right outside apartment and you can choose to ski back or return in the bubble. Highly recommended a stay here and will certainly be returning.

A fantastic apartment perfect to explore the whole 3 Valleys

A group of 8 of us stayed at Le Cochet penthouse and had a wonderful time. The apartment is just as described. Truly ski in/ski out. Very comfortable and with everything that we needed. The balcony views with a morning coffee are awesome. The lift is a stones throw away and everything else in the village is easily accessible. Being able to walk to the shop in the morning for fresh bread was brilliant. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if back in St Martin.

Great stay in a beautiful and perfectly chalet

Our family had a wonderful 2 weeks skiing in the 3 Valleys. The apartment was well equipped and had plenty of room for all five of us. Despite only limited snow in the village we were able to ski home to the door and it was literally 50m to the Gondola each morning. Possibly the only thing which is worth mentioning was the boot drying rack was not functioning but this was hardly an inconvenience. Our hosts were easy to book through and their on-mountain team helpful and attentive during our stay. We would love to come again but it takes a bit of planning from Australia!
