Le Firs Garden Apartment constitue le rez-de-chaussée inférieur d'une belle villa victorienne indépendante. Il est autonome avec sa propre entrée et son parking. Le grand jardin privé de l'appartement le place en retrait de la route principale. L'appartement est décoré avec goût à un niveau élevé et comprend un salon, une cuisine et une salle à manger décloisonnés, une chambre séparée et une salle d'eau. Lovely place to stay in Ilkley

A great place to stay, Judith was a friendly host, flat was well equipped, and clean. Ideal location, 10 minutes walk into town and a very short drive to the moors. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend.

Everything perfect. Judith was very helpful especially with early check-in and with showing us the property and an introduction to Ilkley and the surrounding area. Apartment was spot on. Would highly recommend and we will return in the future.

Lovely place

On arrival Judith was there to meet us and made us feel right at home, absolutely lovely place to stay and 10 minutes was to the shops and a lovely river walk, we also drove to the moors which is 10 minutes from the property by car ourselves and the dogs loved it we will most definitely be back.

Gorgeous apartment

A lovely apartment in a beautiful house. Gorgeous scenery a short walk away plus the bonus of Ilkley on the doorstep. Friendly owner, very welcoming and a nice little welcome pack too.

We stayed at The Firs Garden Apartment in July 2016 and cannot recommend it highly enough! It was perfect, extremely clean and comfortable and very handy for Ilkley. We would definitely stay there again. The owner was very nice and helpful and provided very nice cake too!

Fab New Years Stay in Ilkley

Lovely, cosy apartment which is close to the centre of Ilkley and all its amenities. Many walks over the moor direct from the door, we didn’t use our car once during our stay! The apartment had everything we needed and our host was super-helpful with local suggestions. Lots of dog-friendly shops, bars and restaurants (try Brooks - fab food) in town made this a perfect stay.

Delightful gem

We had a wonderful stay at the Firs, it was perfect for the two of us. The warm welcome and explanation of the apartment was amazing and the cleanliness and amazingly comfortable bed were perfect after a long flight. Although our visit was mostly consumed visiting new grand children we were pleased by the short proximity to Ilkley restaurants and pubs and all the hiking and biking we didn't partake in but would be ideal for other guests. We'll be back!

Really beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Easy walk down to the river or up to the moor. We arrived by train and had no trouble walking from the station. Apartment was well equipped and the host was lovely, came to welcome us when we arrived as well as leaving a welcome basket for us and for the dog. All the small details were taken care of. Couldn't ask for more!

Always a Pleasure to Visit The Firs Apartment, Ilkley

Our second visit to the apartment and an absolute delight to meet Judith again and stay in this gorgeous home from home. It is perfectly located for walking into Ilkley, which has a FAB choice of shops/restaurants/bars, etc., plus a bus stop almost outside the apartment for the bus into Harrogate/Skipton. Mustn't forget train station within easy walking distance for trips to Leeds. Apartment is equipped with everything you'd wish for, pretty decor, plenty of hot water for shower and much more. Excellent night's sleep in a comfy bed. Really didn't want to leaveWe certainly hope for a third visit in the not too distant future to the apartment and Ilkley.

Perfect stay in Ilkley

This property was perfect for our needs- visiting family in Ilkley and exploring the beautiful area. We have stayed here twice in the last few weeks and have already booked again for July. The apartment was well laid out and equipped with ample living area looking out onto the outside sitting area and lawn. The apartment Is very private with it’s own entrance and parking space but Judith, the host was available if we had any queries. It was well decorated and comfortable. The cake and tea tray on arrival was very welcome. The apartment is minutes walking distance to the centre of Ilkley and all it’s lovely shops and coffee shops. We’re looking forward to our next stay already!

We really enjoyed our stay. Host Judith has created a lovely self-contained apartment and there are lovely touches everywhere. Riverside walks are close by and the centre of Ilkley is a short stroll away. The apartment has everything you'll need and the kitchen area is particularly well equipped. Highly recommended.

Wonderful Apartment

We had a lovely stay in this wonderful apartment. So clean and comfortable with everything you need, and do nice to have the garden area to enjoy. Great location for getting out and about and only a short walk into Ilkley. Judith was very helpful and left some lovely brownies for us on arrival along, with an assortment of teas and coffee, and milk and water in the fridge. Definitely recommend and will be visiting again.

Ideal base for two people from which to explore Ilkley & beyond.

Pleasant property in the converted basement of a large house. The apartment is lovingly tended by Judith, there was cake & fresh flowers waiting for us on arrival and everything you could need was provided. Judith is a very considerate host & we had a great week.
