Cuenta con 3 habitaciones, todas con baño privado (que es ideal para 3 parejas o 2 familias) y un aseo separado. Consiste en un hermoso y luminoso hall de entrada que conduce a un fantástico salón grande con TV de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD con más de 50 películas más Sky TV. Un comedor separado, cocina bien equipada y un área de servicio / secado con lavadora. El área exterior cuenta con una gran terraza con amplios muebles de patio para que todas las tumbonas y cenas al aire libre sean importantes para absorber esos fantásticos rayos de sol. También cuenta con una nevera exterior, barbacoa, ducha junto a la piscina, piscina privada climatizada de 9x4 metros, jacuzzi / jacuzzi americano de 19 chorros y una mesa de billar. La villa también cuenta con secador de pelo, alarma fácil de usar, caja fuerte con llave y caja fuerte y estacionamiento fuera de la calle. Más WIFI gratis.

Villa was stunning, in a quiet area,plenty of space for everyone. Pool area was spacious.No aircon made it uncomfortable in the middle of August. Thankfully Sean sorted fans out, thank you Sean.Note: Car is necessary if you have little ones or anyone with even mild mobility.Taxis are cheap enough, Still have not received damage deposit after numerous calls to VRBOUnfortunately would not stay again, or use Vrbo

Great family villa

Lovely week away in a really well equipped villa, great outdoor space with pool table and dart board that were a hit with our teens. Swimming pool was warm. Villa was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfortable.

Villa Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Paradise. The villa is equiped with everything you need and more! Our hosts Caroline and Noel were readily on hand to answer any queries we had both prior to and during our stay, and the welcome pack was gratly appreciated. The villa is ideally located for access to the beach/main part of town without being right on top of it, so it was a nice peaceful stay without any issues with late night noise.Should we return to Puerto Del Carmen in the future, we will definitely be checking Villa Paradise's availability before we look anywhere else!

Spacious villa

Large villa very spacious in very quiet area which was niceComfy beds well equipped kitchen villa in my opinion could do with some updating windows are tired couldn’t use alarm as I was told the sensor pads had a problem but we had no issue with that Kids loved the pool only gripe to outside was the seating area could do with new table and chairs for better comfort apart from that we had a fantastic time

Great villa has everything you need for a lovely holiday.

Villa was lovely and had all you needed to have a successful holiday. Pool area was magic and there was a fantastic sun trap area where you coukd shelter from the Lanzarote wind. Would visit the villa again as enjoyed our holiday. The walk to the restaurants and pubs is a down hill walk and is very pleasant and the taxi ride back up only cost 3 euro so very low cost.

Excellent Everything you need is there. I was very happy with everything. Pool was warm, Jaccuzzi was hot, WiFi was good. Very peaceful and isolated. I couldn’t have asked for anything else! Will be returning.

Perfect location, Villa full of character

The location was perfect for us, we could walk down to the beach/ restaurants in 25-30 minutes. The area was very quiet and relaxing, mostly large villas. We requested the pool be heated which the owner did for us at no extra cost (wife likes a warm pool). The gardens were quite large and well kept.There is a small supermarket about 5 minutes drive away and a much larger one about 10 minutes away. The owners left us a food package, cheese, ham, tea, coffee, bread etc etc which was very well received.Would I stay there again ... yes.

Great stay at Villa Paradise

We visited Villa Paradise in February 2016, it was our first stay here and we were very impressed. The villa is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped, perfect for a family! Having a pool table and darts board were hugh selling points and proved very popular. The Jacuzzi was also a hit with us all! The onsite manager was extremely helpful and very quick to respond should we have any issues or questions. He also recommended some great restaurants for us! We would recommend this villa ☺

Truely Paradise

Just returned from a lovely week in Villa Paradise. Was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The outside area was very spacious which got the sun from first thing in the morning until last thing at night. The pergola provided a welcome shade for us when it got too hot aswell a the lovely pool which was kept at a lovely temperature. The villa is very private surrounded by lovely gardens and trees. The area los mojones is a really lovely quiet place but only a lovely 10 minute walk into the old town or beach all down hill and a €3.50 taxi back if you don't fancy the walk home and there are no shortages of taxis to choose from. We shopped at Lidl which is a 10 minute walk got a taxi on our first shop back but other days it's just a gentle walk back no steep hill. Sean who looks after the villa was there to greet us and also told us when he was next coming to clean the pool so we knew when to expect him. On departure we were accommodated for an extra few hours as next guests weren't arriving that day. Sean also let the previous guests keep there suitcases at the villa until 3 when we arrived which is nice as you don't want to be walking round for 5 hours with all your luggage. All in all had a superb relaxing holiday and will definitely use the villa again. Thanks Caroline and Noel Neil and Kath

Family Holiday

We stayed at this villa for 10 nights in August with our 4 children, 12, 13, 14 and 14. We deliberately chose it for the outdoor space and it was absolutely the right choice for us. The villa is in a quiet neighbourhood on the outskirts of Puerto del Carmen. It took us around 20 minutes to walk to the beaches and main area of the town and around 15 minutes to get to the Old Town. There were always a lot of taxis around the main areas but we were happy to walk, although the walk home is uphill. The layout of the villa gave everyone their own spaces with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Any queries we had were answered promptly by Sean, whose details were available in the comprehensive welcome pack. The welcome food package left for us was very much appreciated and well thought out and overall this is one of the most well equipped villas we have stayed in. The pool area with pool table and dart board was perfect for our teens and we used the bbq on a couple of occasions. Initially we were worried about the lack of air con but each bedroom had a fan and with the Lanzarote breeze and windows secured with grilles we were able to sleep well with windows open and fans on, even through a heatwave. Towels were changed on day 7 of our break and the only improvement we could suggest is that a change of sheets could have been left too. Overall however, the villa was exactly what we hoped it would be and we had a fantastic family holiday.

Superbe villa ! bien équipée ! Bien située !

Superbe villa très bien équipée pour 6 personnes. Les pièces sont grandes, l’extérieur est bien aménagé, la place de parking pratique. Pour l’intérieur : 3 grandes chambres avec 1 lit double et 4 lits simples, 3 salles de bains, 1 salle à manger à côté de la grande cuisine, 1 salon spacieux. Très bien équipée : Machine à laver, lave vaisselle, sèche cheveux, télé, chaîne hi-fi, billard, baby-foot, fléchettes, console PlayStation. Pour l’extérieur : un grand jardin, bien décoré en plantes, une grande piscine chauffée (à une température raisonnable, je dirais 26 degrés) et un jacuzzi 3 places très agréable. Une grande table extérieur à l’abri du soleil et du vent. Un petit kit d’accueil très pratique , avec jambon , fromage , lait , eau plate. La plage est à moins de 20 minutes à pieds, et à moins de 5 minutes en voiture. Cependant, attention, car si l’aller est en descente, forcément le retour est en montée, on fait juste bien le savoir. Mais la sortie a pris est très agréable. Enfin, Sean, le point de contact sur place est très disponible et à l’écoute, un lit n’était pas préparé à l’arrivée, il a résolu le problème en moins d’une heure, pendant que nous étions parti visiter le secteur. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse.

Nice villa in lovely area

Great outdoor space, off street parking, sky TV, fab pool, really peaceful. Only builds I would make are ; villa wasn’t cleaned the 11 days we were there ? Only one bath towel each for 11 days so had to wash daily. Only one tea towel. Villa felt a bit tired and could do with a freshen up. No aircon I imagine will be tough in summer months. Communications from owners great - we had a problem with the alarm which was dealt with straight away.

Great Villa Great Location

This villa was really lovely and in a great location! Well equipped and clean ! I would definitely stay there again , just a couple of things for feedback considerations! The doors leading to pool area were really stiff and had to use force to open but was apprehensive as I didn’t want to cause damage! On villa information it said we would get a visit from the agent , this did not happen at all , not that this is a problem but do not say and then not deliver, Welcome pack was greatly appreciated and would highly recommend this wonderful villa

Great villa with a couple of buts...

The villa was beautiful, there were lovely touches like food and drink being there when we arrived, our only minor issues were that the beds were not overly comfortable and the sky TV paused a lot at times.

Villa Paradise

Lovely villa with great outdoor space, heated pool and hot tub. The villa is spacious and well equipped. We met Sean on arrival, he was very helpful and there was a lovely welcome pack in the kitchen, fresh bread, butter, cheese and ham. This was much appreciated. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area about a 10 minute walk to the nearest restaurant, shops and bars. We didn’t mind this as the walk is downhill and a few euros for a taxi takes you back again. The only negative would be the beds are not very comfortable and the villa needs a little TLC just to give it that sparkle again. Would go back again and recommend it to friends and family

Villa Paradise

Just had 3 weeks at this villa. Very enjoyable. The outside space was excellent, plenty of beds and chairs. The shaded eating area was brilliant, the pool and hot tub was used ✅✅✅👍👍👍. It was great having your own private parking space. And no long walk to the bins( no arguments about doing the bin run!!). The inside of the villa was spacious and comfortable however it needs updating! Especially the bathroom of bedroom 2 next to the master bedroom. To be totally honest there’s more good points than negative ones!! The beds 🛌 in bedroom 3 were really noisy when you move !! Would I recommend this villa, yes I would and I would also rent this again. It’s in a very peaceful area of Puerto del Carmen. So a car 🚘 is extremely useful. We’ve all come back with good colours, and rested. Sean is a very accommodating and interesting. Thanks 🙏Caroline and Noel.

Lovely stay at this nice villa in a great location

So glad we chose this villa to book our early summer break in April. Villa has everything you could want including a heated pool and Jacuzzi and 3 en suite bathrooms plus an extra toilet which not a lot of villas give you. Enjoyed playing pool, darts and table football on our hols whilst taking a break from sunbathing which was all good fun. 1 extra thing I have to mention is the villa has sky sports to have a tv that has a lot of channels is one thing but to watch live games was a great added bonus which we loved being football lovers. Location of villa is great only 10/15 mins to old town walking and a 5 min ride in taxi back home all taxis just over 3 euros and they all know the location. Some lovely restaurants in the old town and from not holidaying in Lanzarote for 20 years will definitely be going back. Thanks to owners who provided us with all information that we needed to make our stay great and a special mention to Sean the pool cleaner who suggested some great places to try. All in all a great holiday and would love to go back.

Everything you need for a family holiday

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Villa Paradise. The villa was more than we imagined and the kids loved the Pool table and Swimming Pool. The location is ideal for walking down into The Old Town approx 15 minute walk for dinner etc, although we were very lazy and did'nt fancy the uphill walk home, so we got a taxi each time at a unbelievably cheap rate of 3.50 Euros. The management team were on hand with any queries. Nothing to moan about and lots to shout about. A successful holiday. Many Thanks The Smith Family Oxfordshire

perfect peaceful paradise

Irish hospitality, Lanzarote style! Genuinely attentive owners and a treasure of a property manager. Lovely property and outdoor facilities. We arrived exhausted after a hectic few months, but these were forgotten the minute we arrived at the house. The two of us just chilled! The property offered everything we needed, and more, making it hard enough to drag ourselves out for a beautiful meal in the evenings. But we weren't there to cook, and happily explored the owner's recommendation to make our way to the old town . Pool table was super, indoor living was bright and spacious, and the property manager was on hand for anything we might have wanted- although everything was so well catered for already, there was nothing needed. This property is quaint, in a lovely area, and very accessible for that last minute dash to back to the airport. Can't wait to get back. Thanks lads.

A Happy New Year

We selected Villa Paradise for our family to bring in the New Year and were not disappointed. The Villa is bright, spacious and spotless clean. Facilities are excellent, the kitchen is well equipped, bedrooms are lovely, all en suite with clean linen and towels. Also wifi coverage was very good. We found the outside area to be private and tranquil very relaxing and it caught the sun late into the afternoon even at this time of year. Lovely heated pool but the jacuzzi was a welcome extra treat at the end of the day, we all loved it :) The Villa is well located with easy access to the new and old town. For those evenings you don't want to take that 10 minute walk the information pack has a taxi number, which only cost around €4 very cheap. There are lots of restaurants to choose from, one of our favourites in the new town is called Enjoy. Delicious tasty food and not very expensive. The Villa is accessible to other locations on the island. The Rancho Texas was a family favourite, particularly the wild bird show which is a day time show. The water park and go karting are also fun days out as well. There was great communication with the owners always happy to answer any questions before and after booking. There was a welcome pack on arrival and the manager was on hand and helpful if we had any queries. We have stayed in other villas in Los Mojones over the years and we all agreed that Villa Paradise is a favourite so far. We would recommend this villa to our friends and family and are looking forward to a return visit.

We are an Irish family, living in London, who have been visiting the island for the past 20 years. From the moment we laid eyes on Villa Paradise, we knew it was meant to be our special place, and we are beyond excited to share a piece of this paradise with you.

The Los Mojones area stole our hearts with its serene, peaceful atmosphere - perfect for unwinding -but it’s also just a short 15-minute walk to the beautiful beachfront, offering the best of both worlds.

Our family is our greatest joy, and we are blessed with five adult children and a growing number of grandchildren. Each of them shares our deep love for the island, and we cherish the memories we’ve made here together.

This villa is not just a property to us; it’s our "home away from home" and we are on a continuous journey to improve it, ensuring it’s a place where you, too, can create beautiful memories. Every detail, every update, is made with love and care, and we genuinely hope you feel that warmth during your stay.

Its' traditional Canarian charm, peaceful location, and the serene atmosphere of Los Mojones made it an ideal escape. We wanted a home that would offer us the tranquility we sought, yet still be close enough to enjoy the beautiful beaches and local amenities, which is exactly what this villa offers.
