Lower ground level: 2 Bedroom with Double bed En suite and laundry ares with washing machine and dryer. Snooker table and ping pong table.

Ground floor: Large Hall area with storage facilities, two single beds, bathroom including shower, modern well equipped kitchen with door access to the back garden, large dining area with 2 sets of double doors to the back garden, large living room with double doors to the front of the house.

First Floor: Large master bedroom with bathroom including bath and separate
shower en suite, large triple bedroom (double & single beds) en suite. Large Double bedroom with bathroom. All bedrooms has private balconies.

Safety: Main gate is automatic and the surrounding area is fenced off.

Outside: Leisure area with terrace/patio with table and chairs, barbecue, swimming pool, sun beds and shades, garden with orange and lemon trees. Sun terraces to the front and rear of the villa, electronic vehicle access system and manual pedestrian access which can be locked, providing a safe environment for children to play in.
