Beautiful views

The location of the property was great; quiet neighborhood, but close to the cute small town of Luz. The views were spectacular, the place was spotless and very comfortable.

This is an exceptional property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and were so impressed by the attention to detail. The location was perfect for our group, and we loved the well-appointed kitchen and balcony with its stunning views. All the amenities were truly top-notch. The host was also very helpful with great suggestions. We would absolutely recommend this rental.

We had a great vacation at the condo; excellent location, very close to Praia da Luz but far enough away from any noise or traffic. Condo was situated in a nice quiet neighborhood. It was very clean, quiet, and well-equipped with beautiful unobstructed views of the ocean. We enjoyed the nice large balcony for breakfast and dinner.Richard was a great host and provided recommendations for nice places to discover and restaurants to try. Highly recommend!

Excellent stay

The property is maintained to a high standard, spotlessly clean and well equipped to meet all your needs. Lovely pool and personal sunbeds with gardens too. A very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Only 15 minutes walk into town with a good selection of eateries and bars. We would stay again.

For the price we paid its a bang for the price. Richard offered us a very nice stay. Its super calm place away from the busy Lagos. perfect for a family getaway. We were there for 4 days. Don't forget to visit Burgau!

Lovely property in an excellent location with a gorgeous view. Located in a quiet residential area of Praia da Luz. The pool was large and clean. Sunbeds available by the pool. The apartment was clean and modern. Kitchen was well stocked. Two full bathrooms with excellent showers. A/c in all rooms. 20 minute walk to restaurants and beach in Luz. We also loved going to Burgau beach a 5-minute drive away.Only downside was the quality of the mattresses and how the noise travels easily from other units. Bring earplugs.

Excellent Apartment

Large super modern and refitted with quality fittings etc. kitchen very well equipped. Really good to also have all the kitchen essentials left for us like washing up liquid etc etc. gSuperb views and lovely 15 minute walk into Luz. Beds very comfy. Everything worked really well for us. Our weather in early April was still average and the pool whilst heated is still not useable for kids. We’d stay again for sure.

Stunning views!

We loved our month long stay at this beautiful property! It was a perfect location…just on the edge of Luz. We loved exploring Luz and nearby Lagos. We enjoyed great live entertainment and delicious restaurants very nearby. Our two faves were The Dolphin & Alloro…Kelly’s was good too. Richard was an amazing host and answered all our questions so quickly. We would love to return in the future!

Gorgeous ocean views, sunrise to sunset

The perfect place to stay in Praia da Luz - breathtaking ocean views, walking distance to gorgeous beach, town restaurants, shops and oceanside walking paths. We enjoyed dining alfresco on the terrace, swimming in the large pool. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, well maintained, everything you need for an enjoyable home away from home. Thanks for everything Richard. We look forward to returning!

Unbeatable View

We loved the view, the pool, the location and everything about this condo. It was easy to get to and from. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, grocery store in town and access to walking paths. My son loved the pool and I was able to watch him from the balcony. It was also very convenient to have a washer in the unit and a drying rack (the dryer never actually dried…). The beds were very comfortable and the unit throughout is updated and clean! We loved our visit to the Algarve region and this was the perfect spot for us. Thank you for having us. We would love to come back in the future and stay here again :))

Wonderful location

The condo sits up on a hill overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, and the Luz community as the pictures show. The beds are comfortable, the showers are great, parking is available, the patio porch with the it's view is relaxing, the pool was clean & refreshing, and the kitchen met our expectations. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had a car, so it was easy to get around, and drive to beaches, castles, restaurants, and hiking trails along the coast. Some day we'd love to return to the Algarve! The bed covers did smell of too much detergent for my wife (I don't have a sense of smell), so that was unfortunate. Lastly, if you go, use the "scratched" side of the key facing up, the key only works one way, which we discovered by accident. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

Cozy Sea View Retreat

This is a comfortable, very clean two bedroom apartment with stunning sea views - just a little more than a 20 minute walk into Praia da Luz. It has a well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds (we only used the master bedroom), dining area and a modern, beautifully finished bathroom with a large shower. The apartment has access to a large heated pool out back which serves only 7 units so while we were there we usually had it to ourselves. There is a small balcony off the master bedroom and a veranda off the dining area. We had breakfast on it every morning soaking in the views and the sun. We occasionally had lunch or dinner on it too. The short walk into town gives you easy access to numerous restaurants, bars and shops as well as other amenities too. We will certainly stay here again if it’s available on our next trip to this amazing country.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Richards Apartment! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Alles war sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist hochwertig und mit allem Erforderlichen ausgestattet. Très agréable séjour

Appartement très fonctionnel, très propre et conforme à la description dans une petite résidence très bien entretenue et calme. La vue sur la mer et entendre le ressac la nuit sont un vrai plaisir. Si je peux proposer une petite amélioration: des lampes de chevet pour une lumière plus douce dans la chambre à 2 lits.Les plages de Luz et Burgau à quelques minutes en voitures sont très jolies. Belle promenade en bordure de mer en bas de la résidence.En résumé nous avons passé un agréable séjour très reposant.
