Great Place to stay! Perfect communication, easy check-in and everything in you need for wonderful holidays. Beach, a small supermarkt and restaurants are in walking distance, so there is no need to make use of the car. Personally enyojed most the Weber Barbecue and the sea view from the balcony!

Clean and comfortable. Everything worked well. The view was spectacular! A small but convenient food store is minutes away. The host was kind and very helpful. I would stay there again should I travel in the area again.

Cosy place with stunning panorama

The place is ideally located to reach the pampelonne beaches and gigaro as well even by a short walk. We felt very good accomodated in this house and enjoyed wonderfull time on the marvelous terrace.

Beautiful area of France

We had a perfect time, thank you for being so accommodating. The house is beautiful and the photos do not give it justice. It's perfect for families. The area is lovely and you can walk to the beach. There are some amazing restaurants at the beach. We loved it and will be back next year, thanks again.

Holiday home in a quiet, green area

The house was neat and clean and nicely decorated. It was nice that there were beach towels. The landlord responded quickly. We had a heat wave and the house stayed quite warm at night. Great house with beautiful views.

3 Hauts de Gigaro

My family and I stayed at this property for two weeks in July/August 2023. It is a well located and equipped bijou residence with stunning views of the surrounding hills and the sea. The Gigaro beaches are within easy reach by car. Thoroughly recommended.

Great holiday

We really enjoyed staying at Kate‘s house. It is lovely decorated and very tidy. Kate was always available when questions arised on our side. We would highly recommend to close all windows in the afternoon / evening due to mosquitos. We would definitely stay again. Thank you, Kate!

Restful and restorative

Kate’s place is set in an area that feels like a secret still. In amongst the umbrella pines and cypress trees, it is a short walk to Gigaro Beach and on to Cap Lardier. Ramatuelle is a short drive for delicious suppers in the evening sun and we even found a couple of excellent jazz festivals. All in all, we spent a week which was both restful and restorative.The house is just as described in the details. Communication with Kate was speedy, informative and helpful. Neighbours were both quiet and respectful. Stylishly furnished, well equipped and comfortable we can definitely recommend Kate’s place.

Gigaro

The house was in a lovely position on the hill above Gigaro coast surrounded by greenery and with sea view in the distance. We did walk down the hill a couple of times but got lazy in the end and drove, it was a quick to drive to the Spa bakery in the mornings and there are lots of beaches to access. Kitchen was well equipped and sofas comfy for lounging and looking out at the view. The beach bars with sun beds have gone upmarket since we were last here, a bit too much for our taste in the case of le Brigantine (ex little rustic Pepé le Pirate) but Heraclée (la Cabane) we still liked. Lovely couple of weeks.

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis en vooral van het prachtige uitzicht vanaf het terras. Wat een rust en prachtige natuur. Het strand dichtbij en mooie dorpjes in de omgeving. Het huis is gezellig ingericht, knus. September is een fijne maand om er te verblijven. Wij komen zeker weer!

Relax!

Wir haben 2 Wochen in Kate's Strandhaus verbracht. Dieses Häuschen hat alles was zu einem erholsamen Urlaub beiträgt. Angefangen bei der geschmackvollen, heimeligen Atmosphäre, die durch Bücher, Bilder und bequemen Möbeln ergänzt und durch den Willkommensgruss, eine Flasche Champagner, eine persönliche Note bekommt. Die Kommunikation mit Kate war angenehm, umgehend und bei Problemen immer lösungsorientiert und wertschätzend. Die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön - Ausblick von der Terrasse auf Pinien und Meeresrauschen Einkauf kann im Spar in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht werden. Strand und Gastronomie ebenso. Empfehlenswert ist der Weg zum Kap Lardier und natürlich die gesamte Cote Azur. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt bei Kate.

Bon séjour

Maison très bien équipée et joliment décorée. L'extérieur est spacieux et agréable, orienté est, ce qui permet d'en profiter pleinement dès la fin d'après-midi lorsque le soleil a basculé de l'autre côté. La chaleur est en effet torride au mois d'août et l'absence de climatisation s'est fait durement sentir. Deux points importants manquent de précision sur l'annonce : (i) la maison est mitoyenne avec une autre, la terrasse de l'autre dominant celle de la maison (avec une petite haie entre les deux toutefois), nous avons eu la chance de n'avoir que peu de voisins pendant notre séjour, mais ça aurait pu être un point très négatif, et (ii) la maison est vraiment dans le haut de Gigaro et il faut au minimum 20 mn de marche soutenue pour atteindre la plage, en aucun cas 10 mn comme il est mentionné dans l'annonce ! Enfin, la deuxième chambre gagnerait à être équipée de 2 lits simples plutôt qu'un lit double pour accueillir des familles, pas moyen de faire dormir deux ados ensemble par une telle chaleur, l'un d'eux a fini sur le canapé... Bref, nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour, mais nous estimons que le prix est élevé compte tenu de l'absence de climatisation et de la distance à la plage. Kate a été une hôte très agréable et réactive. Nous avons apprécié la remise accordée du fait de la présence d'une grue de construction juste sous la maison à cette période (aucuns travaux en été, juste la vue gâchée).

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses schöne Haus nur empfehlen. Für eine Familie mit 2 Erw und 2 Kindern perfekt. Für 4 Erw ev zu klein, da nur ein Bad. Wir waren zu zweit und würde gerne wieder mal kommen.

Dear Thomas and family, Thank you for taking the time to review the house and it was great to have you to stay this summer. As you mention we don't have aircon but we do have Pro Breeze 5L powerful air coolers which definitely keep the bedrooms at a nice temperature and a fan in the living room although during the day the house stays quite cool with its situation on the hill. We may be a little more expensive than some but we do include all sheets/towels/beach bag & towels/toiletries and many other small things to make your holiday easy & an even better experience. Wonderful fall vacation with family

We just spent a wonderful week in Kate's vacation home, after having made a last minute decision to head to St. Tropez region for our fall break. Kate was wonderful in responding to our short-term booking request and getting the place in a great shape for our stay. As we've been to the area before, we like the neighborhood and the beach access nearby. All in all, the place is wonderful for a family vacation with small children, relaxing, quite and just perfect. thank you so much!

Schöne Wohnung, aber nicht perfekt

Gut ausgestattet, schöner Blick, aber etwas weit vom Meer( 20 bis 25 Minuten Fußmarsch). Leider die ersten Tage Baulärm vom Nachbarn. Sauberkeit könnte besser sein ( unter Betten nicht gereinigt, benutzte Cafekapseln vom Vorgänger, …)

This was just one morning of your stay, unexpected and dealt with immediately. The walk to the beach obviously depends on how fast you walk, via maps or Waze it is 17 minutes and 1 kilometre! So it isn’t too far away.. The last comment I do feel disappointed you hadn’t mentioned during your stay.. I have two wonderful cleaners who are extremely good. We have never had complaints of any part of the house being unclean… I apologise if we missed the coffee pods this time! I hope you have a safe trip home. Kate Hill & family.

Wunderschöne Aussicht

Ein feines kleines Häuschen mit allem was es braucht. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Gute Lage zu den Stränden. Wir würden es wieder buchen. Klimaanlage haben wir etwas vermisst, es war schon sehr heiß teilweise nachts.

Gorgeous Gigaro

Had a lovely stay… Kate is an excellent host. The apartment is beautifully decorated. Bed linen and towels were included, and the kitchen already had lots of essentials which was handy. It is a large terrace with a view of the hills and sea. Would definitely recommend.

Calme , détente , et vue magnifique

Très bel endroit , avec belle vue mer et colline . maison spacieuse et jardin agréable . Manque une climatisation , d'autant que la moustiquaire d'une chambre est dégradée , ne permettant pas de laisser ouvert . Un peu loin à pied de la plage , et route fastidieuse pour rejoindre les plages ( lesquelles sont magnifiques et variées ).Très bon séjour , et Kate très sympa !

Dear Eric It was lovely to have you all to stay! And thank you for looking after the garden and watering for us on the hottest days , really kind ! I understand the mosquito net in the bedroom Wouldn’t close. I wish you had told me before and we would have fixed immediately - we will do so now. We love the road to the beach as you say it is really pretty and quiet .. and taking 3 minutes by car I think it quite close yet far enough away in the hills there is some air in the evenings- We look forward to seeing you next year ! Thank you Stefan for your great comments ! Agreed Pampelonne is amazing now with the PopUp new restaurants and more local beach space! There is also a great walk from Gigaro to Pampelonne taking 4 hours in time for lunch ! It is a very very beautiful morning out.

The tranquillity of the house with a 18 minute (approx- depending how fast you walk!) walk to one of the most gorgeous beaches in the South of France, 7 minutes to local village for all shopping needs and lastly 15-18 minutes by car from the vibrant St Tropez, provides the perfect mix.

Absolutely gorgeous position in the area: 1) close enough to walk to the lovely beach, great restaurants and well equipped beach supermarket. Just high enough on the hill to get some breeze in August! 2) Just being south of the centre of Saint Tropez, there is never much traffic driving in the back roads (15-20mins). Walking distance to the new Lily of the Valley beach club & Hotel
