Approximately 1 mile west of the town centre, Newquay is the ideal location for a wide variety of holiday pursuits. For walking enthusiasts the North Cornwall coastal paths and the beautiful AONB of the Gannel Estuary are less than five minutes walk away. If Golf is your sport, Newquay Golf course is a short stroll away. Nearby amenities include a local shop, selling newspapers, just to the right, family pubs, cafes and several restaurants within walking distance. Hibiscus House offers secure storage, ample parking and a south facing garden that receives the sun all day long. If the beach does not beckon you then the decked and furnished garden can be enjoyed at your leisure. The south facing garden offers you the chance to follow the sun! This property does not have child locks on the kitchen doors nor windows. The stairwell and banisters have no child security so please be vigilant. This property is non-smoking and pet free. Towels are not provided . There is wifi in the house but can be intermittent.
