Nuestra casa está convenientemente ubicada a menos de media milla a las afueras de Crieff y está situada en una zona tranquila que ofrece excelentes vistas del campo y también de la ciudad de Crieff. Encontrará la casa extremadamente espaciosa tanto por dentro como por fuera, con estacionamiento para varios autos y también un garaje doble que se puede utilizar. A special stay in a special place

We usually holiday in Scotland and are always on the lookout for a special place and we struck gold with this one. It was great to be able to bring both of our pets, who loved the place as much as we did. The view from the lounge is pretty difficult to beat out of any of the places we have stayed, and the kitchen was a lovely place to cook in. The master bedroom was a lovely room, and there was so much storage. Crieff itself is the ideal place for a holiday in Scotland, with great trips out and about just a short drive away (Callander, St Fillans, Killin, and Comrie come most to mind). But the special feature here are the hosts themselves, a pleasure to talk to, on hand but not obtrusive, expert hosts, generous and genial. Would happily return.

Just perfect!

This was the location for the second week of our Honeymoon. The hosts George and Morag (and the official boss, Buddy the Golden Retriever) greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and made myself, husband and two little doggos very welcome. Some lovely local gifts to help us settle in and the attention to detail was above and beyond what we expected. This has now gone down as my favourite place to stay in mid Scotland. Crieff 2023.

A week in Paradise

Everything perfect from step one. A beautiful property, immaculate, well heated and welcoming. George and Morag made us feel very welcome in their “LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE” what an amazing place, and we can’t thank them enough for letting us share it with them. Linda, Sandra and Archie our dog.

Idyllic bungalow and grounds.

This is the best equipped property we have ever stayed at. The views from floor to ceiling windows are amazing with a variety of wildlife constantly..better than any television. We wouldn't hesitate to return.

Absolutely 5 stars all round! The hosts, George and Morag, were lovely. They went above and beyond to make our stay both tranquill and special. The extremely spacious bungalow was beautiful, clean and well equipped with many extras not normally found in holiday homes. The beds are really comfortable and bedrooms have masses of storage space. Dressing gowns and slippers were provided too. The grounds are fabulous. Even better than photos on listings. Lots of wildlife and so peaceful. Plenty of outdoor seating too. A sturdy table tennis table was a bonus. There was also a tennis court but we didn't use it. We noticed a quality bar b que which would be a nice touch in the summertime. Avid readers are well catered for as are lovers of jigsaws and games! The log fire is cosy with an ample supply of logs. There are no negatives at Little Braidhaugh, book with confidence!

George and Morag's beautiful house and grounds is the best place we have stayed! Its a home from home. The house is excellently equipped and everything you can wish for in a home is there. The views out across the loch are spectacular and there is so much wildlife to watch in the extensive grounds. George and Morag are superb hosts. Highly recommend.

Excellent accommodation and hosts

Just returned from a week at Little Briadhaugh, the bungalow was spotless, well equipped with amazing gardens. Hosts George and Morag were so welcoming and left a lovely welcome pack for us to enjoy. Will definitely return.

Family break after lockdown

We really enjoyed our weeks break at George and Morags holiday home They were very helpful if you needed to know anything, could not fault them or the accomodation which was provided with everything you could need. The grounds around the property are fantastic and there is plenty wildlife around to watch or listen too, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful break. Also crieff is well placed for visiting other areas of Scotland.

Fantastic getaway from it all.

Fantastic accommodation and grounds

Upon arrival we where greeted by George and Morag who proved to be the perfect hosts. We all enjoyed our stay in this perfect holiday home, so much so, we have already booked our return next year. You will not be disappointed when you spend time here. The bungalow and gardens are immaculate. There is also a huge plot of wild land beyond the garden, where 3 roe deer seemed ever present, to explore and enjoy. I don’t normally leave reviews, however, this place is something else.

Fantastic

This is without a doubt the best self catering we have stayed in, it really is a special spot. George and Morag were brilliant hosts along with their retrievers Barny and Buddy who enjoyed playing with our spaniel. It has a beautiful large garden and the has everything you will need in the very spacious house. We will definitely be back. Thanks David & Sheena not forgetting Sami

Amazing location and hosts

From the very beginning the process was flawless. George is really responsive to any questions. On arrival George and Morag were there to greet us and were available if needed during our stay. The property itself is amazing, wonderful views and a perfect base for exploring the area. We couldn’t have chosen a better location.

Fantastic House & Owners

My wife and I have stayed in the Crieff area many times and have enjoyed some excellent properties. However, nothing compares to "Little Braidhaugh" and its owners Morag and George Penny. From the welcome pack of home made cake, shortbread, sweets and wine, the beautifully furnished house and the wonderful scenery and wildlife. Perfect. George even provided a complimentary taxi service when he learned that we had a restaurant booking in nearby Comrie. If I could, I would have given this property six stars. We will certainly be back. Beyond expectations!

Wonderful property with an overwhelming view. Perfect place to start all kind tours to the surrounding Highlands or cities like Edinburgh or Glasgow. The house is very spacious and absolutly siutable for a wheelchair. We really enjoyed the huge property for walks with our dog, often accompanied by the owners playful golden retrievers Barnie and Buddy. But the best of all are the wonderful owners themselves, Morag and George are always helpful in any way if needed but at the same time leave you the space you need. Definitly the best property we've ever been to!

Best location our family has ever experienced

We were met by the nicest people in the world upon our arrival. They made our stay in Scotland easy and helped us in every way they could. The place was spacious and clean and you could see there was put a lot of work in details to make the place look nice. It didn't lack of anything. Everything you would need in a regular home was there. We were also welcomed with strawberry tarte and wine. Cant top that. Also the surroundings were fantastic. from our bedroom window we could see deer fight and lots of bunnys running around on the lawn. Also the owners to dogs were the nicest ever. Friendly and loving dogs. Not afraid at all to leave the kids alone with them. Our children loved to be there and we already talk about coming back. If you are looking for a central place in scotland with all the rest I have been talking about. Look no further. You WILL guaranteed love it.

From the arrival till our departure, we had an amazing time staying at your property! We really appreciated how you made us welcome and looked after us. The house was spotless and we found everything we needed there. We especially appreciated the views from the sun lounge overlooking your lake. Our boys loved playing table tennis and tennis, and they will miss Barney and Buddy. We will be back next year!

Morag and I are both keen golfers and enjoy being members of Crieff Golf Club. We have enjoyed playing many of the golf courses that are in this part of the world.

Both of us were born in Crieff and spent most of our working careers in and around Crieff.

We have spent many enjoyable holidays renting apartments or villas in the UK, Europe and Florida and think that we have brought these experiences back to our holiday home and provide you with the level of comfort that will make your stay here an absolute pleasure.

This location is one of the most desirable locations in the Crieff area, situated in a peaceful spot and less than a mile from the attractive tourist town of Crieff. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the countryside.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We enjoy the open spaces, the peace and quiet and being able to take our Golden Retriever, Buddy long walks round this wonderful part of Perthshire. Over 90 per cent of our guests come back every year and some have already booked directly with me over 2 years in advance. Saving money and hence the limited number of reviews we get via VRBO during the last few years.
