Nethercote House is a wonderful 6 bedroom traditional Cotswold stone property dating back to approximately 1780 that offers all the conveniences of modern day living following an extensive renovation. To the front of the property is a traditional Cotswold stone wall with a path leading to both the front door and the door to the utility room. To the side is a gravelled driveway for parking up to 4 cars and solid wooden gates with a security access lock. Behind the gates is a further parking area for an additional 2 cars if required. There is a good size garden enclosed by a stone wall to three sides which is mainly laid to lawn and well stocked borders. A large patio area can be accessed directly via French doors from the kitchen/diner and has a large table and chairs for 8 people and a picnic bench ensuring plenty of outdoor seating. During the summer months a barbecue is available. The games room is located in a wooden clad building in the rear garden and has a table tennis table and table football.

Located only a 5 minute walk to the centre of the village, Nethercote House is within striking distance of all the attractions and amenities that Bourton on the Water has on offer, as well as being a perfect central base from which to explore the Cotswolds. There are 6 bedrooms, 3 bath/shower rooms, 3 reception rooms including a fantastic open plan kitchen/diner, off road parking for up to 6 cars, a private walled garden and a games room.
What makes this House unique
Bourton on the Water is world renowned as one of the must visit locations in the Cotswolds. The idyllic village, with the River Windrush running through it's heart, has shopping and dining a plenty and a plethora of traditional Cotswold properties that give Bourton it's special feel. The house sleeps a maximum of 12+2 people in 6 bedrooms. There is a twin room on the ground floor overlooking the garden at the rear serviced by a shower room. The second floor has a shower room, 2 doubles, a twin and the Master suite complete with walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate walk in shower. The third floor has a very large bedroom with 4 single beds and can either be used for occupancy of between 1-4 guests.

Absolutely gorgeous house in the centre of the town. Had everything we needed. Would return!
Gorgeous house. We stayed in a group of 6 adults and 3 children aged 1, 2 and 6. The enclosed garden was perfect for the children to run around in and the 6 year old and adults loved the games room. One of the table tennis bats broke during our stay and we reported it straight away and we were sent a new set in the post next day delivery. Excellent service! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The arrival basket was well received too with essentials to start us off. The only slightly negative thing always that some of the outdoor chairs were falling to bits but we made do bringing the indoor chairs outside to sit on instead. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return!! Happy customers!
The house lived up to our expectations
There was plenty of room for all 13 of us. There were a coulple of problems during our stay but a call to the service company was answered straight away and dealt with immediately. We throughly enjoyed our stay .

Very nice house that is well equipped and in good condition.
We had a few minor niggles that we have passed on to the owner directly by email.

Spacious, generously equipped with 'little extras' & fantastic welcome basket together with supplies in 'fridge. Perfect location just outside the busiest part of Bourton but within easy walking distance. Lovely sunny garden. Comfortable living area & bedrooms. Fantastic property.

Very well set up house for a large family get together, plenty of space and lovely garden. Gorgeous location, easy reach of the village (5 min walk) and activities in the surrounding area. Perfect venue for a family weekend.
