Wooded and maintained neighborhood thanks to its location on the edge of the golf course.

The house has 3 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bedroom with twin beds and a through bedroom with a bed + an extra bed.

Around

Nuevo Portil is located by the sea, a premium residential area, built around an 18-hole golf course. The nearby beach is pleasant thanks to its location (Ria del rio Piedra), allows swimming without waves. Nautical activities offered (sailing lessons, kite surfing)

The main beach is less than 3 km by car. It is a sandy beach 10 km long, preserved on the edge of the pine forest.

You can easily explore the surroundings, including the village of El Rompido, fishing port and numerous restaurants.

A few kilometers away, the town of Huelva, with all shops, bars and restaurants.

Also to visit, the typical village of El Rocio and its sandy streets

Seville is an hour's drive away.

Todo estupendo, la casa es amplia y tiene un patio fantástico para las cenas y comidas, las playas buenas hay que coger el coche 5 minutos pero vale la pena, los pueblos de Portugal que están a 50 minutos valen mucho la pena

Te house and the area is very nice and recommendable for families. We spent an agreeable week there. The house was clean and everything was functional. However, I would recommend to have WiFi for the guests included.

Nous sommes une famille franco-espagnole très attachée à cette région de la côte de Huelva. Nous avons choisi Nuevo Portil pour son environnement préservé, ses longues plages, la pinède, le golf et l’atmosphère familiale du village.

Cette maison a été pensée comme une vraie maison de famille : un lieu où l’on peut se retrouver à plusieurs, partager les repas sur la terrasse, profiter de la piscine et du jardin, tout en conservant suffisamment d’espace pour que chacun puisse vivre à son rythme.

Nous y séjournons nous-mêmes chaque année et avons essayé de l’équiper comme nous aimons trouver une maison lorsque nous voyageons : une cuisine réellement fonctionnelle, des espaces extérieurs agréables, une literie confortable, une connexion Internet fiable et une organisation adaptée aux familles.

Why they chose this property

Nous avons choisi Nuevo Portil pour son équilibre rare entre nature, tranquillité et vie locale. Le quartier est bordé par la pinède, proche du golf et à quelques minutes à pied de la plage. On y trouve une atmosphère résidentielle et familiale, loin de l’agitation des grandes stations balnéaires, tout en restant à proximité des commerces, des restaurants et d’El Rompido.

Ce que nous apprécions le plus, c’est la sensation d’espace et de calme : les promenades sous les pins, la lumière de la côte de Huelva, les longues plages, les couchers de soleil et la possibilité de vivre dehors une grande partie de la journée. C’est un quartier où l’on peut profiter de la mer, du jardin et de la piscine, mais aussi découvrir une Andalousie plus authentique, entre villages, marais, gastronomie locale et nature préservée.

Ce qui rend notre maison particulière, c’est d’abord son caractère profondément familial. Ce n’est pas un logement aménagé uniquement pour la location, mais une véritable maison de vacances, pensée pour être confortable, agréable à vivre et adaptée aux séjours à plusieurs.

Elle offre cinq chambres, de beaux espaces intérieurs et plusieurs lieux de vie extérieurs, avec un grand jardin sans vis-à-vis, une piscine privée sécurisée, une terrasse et une vue dégagée sur la pinède. Chacun peut ainsi profiter du séjour à son rythme, se retrouver pour les repas ou s’isoler au calme.

Nous apprécions aussi sa situation : la plage est accessible à pied, tout comme les commerces et les restaurants, tout en conservant une réelle sensation de tranquillité. Cette combinaison entre espace, intimité, proximité de la mer et environnement naturel est ce qui, à nos yeux, distingue vraiment la maison.
