Two Bedroom Chalet

A beautiful two bedroom apartment in a traditional chalet style building constructed by MGM to their usual high standard. A lift takes you from the main entrance, the secure ski locker room and your reserved space in the underground parking area directly to the apartment door on the first floor. The apartment is in a fantastic central location being just a two minute stroll into the heart of the stunning Savoyard village of Samoëns with all its shops, cafes and restaurants. Just as handy is the free ski bus service that stops immediately outside Villa Monette with just a one minute ride to the telecabine to whisk you up to the large beginner's area and access to the 265km's of the grand Massif. Our home from home has a south facing balcony with 180' view of the Giffre valley and surrounding mountains. The apartment has full Wi-Fi, Uk and French satellite TV with DVD, a CD player with iPod docking as well as a selection of CD's, DVD's and books. WiFi available throughout. There is a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom and WC, another with a pair of single beds and a separate shower room with WC. The main room has dining and sitting areas with a well appointed kitchen.

A welcome pack was received well in advance of our arrival. The pack was extensive, extremely clear instructions and very helpful. This made our stay very enjoyable and problem free. The location is first class and we found the apartment a comfortable base for our stay.

Lovely central apartment

Great apartment close to the centre of Samoens. Unusually for this area, it has 2 decent sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has a well equipped kitchen, cozy lounge, and sunny balcony.

Perfect base for a ski holiday

We had a brilliant stay. After squeezing into some very cosy ski apartments in the past this felt very spacious for a family of four. It was great to have a bath tub to soak in after a day on the mountain (albeit a small one) and two bathrooms. The apartment was really well equipped with everything you need, including a great stash of essentials (condiments, tea, coffee, olive oil etc).The location is ideal for accessing the pretty town centre. It's above a well stocked grocery shop, 2 minutes from an amazing bakery and about ten minutes walk from the main gondola.

Charming, well equipped rental in heart of Samoens

I spent three days in this lovely flat last week - it was super clean, comfortable and convenient. I was worried it would be noisy, being above the supermarket and right on a major roundabout, but actually was very quiet. Would highly recommend for a small group interested in spending time in this beautiful French village.

Very convenient apartment in Samoens.

The apartment is on n a very convenient place in Samoens. The ski bus stops right outside and the supermarket is very handy and is well stocked. The apartment is a good size for 4 people and has everything that you could want for your stay. Having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus and there is an endless supply of hot water. The apartment managers were very quick to respond to any queries we had.

A perfectly formed apartment and very homely. Well equipped kitchen, which can be a rare find! You can walk to the gondola or get a bus by the cinema just outside. We hired from Extreme Glisse who let us leave the skis and boots there, which took the hassle out of taking everything with each day. We came during half term, if coming in peak periods I recommend booking restaurants before you get here as most were fully booked.

Well equipped appartment with excellent location.

Absolutely spotless and with a well equipped kitchen. Size was good for 4, not sure it would really work for 6 as the kitchen/dining/living area is quite snug. We were very disappointed that the property details listed a washing machine and tumble drier as we had packed accordingly assuming we could wash and re-use some ski gear. Rang the agent to find out where it was and were told there wasn’t one, contact the owners. Emailed the owners but didn’t get a response. It wouldn’t have been a problem if we had known but cross about the misleading info and lack of response. I note the details still list the machines but it is not true.

Superbe appartement, idéalement situé!

Appartement spacieux pour une famille de 4 personnes, bien agencé et chaleureux, très bien équipé. On s'y sent tout de suite chez soi! Proximité immediate du centre-village, et des navettes ski-bus. Village animé, belles balades à proximité, vaste domaine skiable, ... Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Samoens!

Appartement spacieux et tres confortable à quelques minutes du centre du bourg. Parfaitement équipé (cuisine, literie, linge de maison), deux salles de bain et une place de parking en sous sol. Seul petit bémol, un rond-point à proximité et donc un peu de bruit si les fenêtres restent ouvertes.

Belle expérience à Samoens

Très satisfait de notre séjour. L’appartement est très proche du centre ville et haut dessus d’une supérette/boulangerie ! Le parking souterrain est un grand plus et la finition du bâtiment est de très bon niveau. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine équipée, les 2 salles de bain, les 2 chambres et le grand balcon ! Bref une très belle semaine de vacances !

Perfect

We had a lovely 5 night stay. The apartment was spacious in comparison to others we have stayed in in the grand massif. It was spotlessly clean. We cooked in each night and had everything we needed to do so. Convenient to supermarket downstairs , ski hire at the back and a bar across the road.. option of ski bus and ski train to the bubble just across the road.
