Apartment of 90 m2, with a large living room and kitchen and terrace of 10 m2. It has a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two bunk beds. Also in the room has a sofa bed. As services it has wifi, air conditioning, elevator, and a parking space for small car (type C3 or Opel Kadett. Dimensions: 4mx2m). Possibility of parking space for large cars in a parking lot 300 meters away, free of charge for more than 1 week. Reservations in advance.

The apartment is walking 3 minutes from the train station (every 15 minutes you have a train to Barcelona, ​​Sants and Paseo de Gracia) .

Also walk, 5 minutes are the most commercial areas of Vilanova (Capuchins Street and La Rambla Principal) and the center of town (Town Hall Square), and within 10 minutes the port area and the beach

Sizeable, quiet apartment

Me and my wife stayed here for more than two month (Nov/Dec/Jan) for a mixture of work and holiday. The description/pictures correctly reflect the apartment and the host provided all the relevant information. It is on 4th floor and the building has a lift. For both of us working WiFi/internet was important and it was alright. The apartment is facing the sea even though you can only glimpse it in the distance from the balcony. Every local infrastructure we could think of was just around the corner (super markets, shops, bars, etc) without being too close. Because Vilanova is a proper town rather than a tourist development, all local infrastructure was open (this being off season) even though we didn't notice loads of other tourists. The apartment is quiet without much noise from either street, churches, or trains. Because our car was too big for the underground parking, the host arranged parking on the Redbar (restaurant) parking space (gated, 24h accessible) about 3-4 blocks away. There is an easy train connection to Barcelona and Barcelona airport. If we wanted to spend more time in Catalonia, we would be happy to consider this apartment again. Definitely a "thumbs up"!

Das Appartement liegt zentral in Vilanova I la Geltru, alle Dinge des täglichen Lebens sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Strand ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten erreicht. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen wunderschönen Balkon mit Blick Richtung Meer, der zum Frühstück im Freien einlädt. Carlos ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber, die Kommunikation im Voraus unserer Abreise lief perfekt und bei unserem Eintreffen hat er bereits auf uns gewartet um uns alles zu erläutern. Auch sonst war er jederzeit für Fragen zu erreichen. Wir können das Appartement und auch Carlos als Gastgeber zu 100 Prozent weiterempfehlen.

Un buen piso, bien situado.

El piso está situado cerca de la estación pero sin oír los trenes. Cerca del centro en una calle tranquila.

Very Comfortable , poor WiFi

I rented this place for 30 days in March, it’s large enough for 5-6 people; the platform bed in the large br is comfortable, but I turned it around due to the air coming from the window, even with the shutters down. There's bunk beds in the small, the sofa is really cool, that the front bottom lifts up and the sofa turns into almost a full size bed and there are two stools tucked under the end. The balcony is nice,but the condo sits in the back of the building, so your view is of the back of the police station and backs of all other apartments. There is some street view and the light house.the large bathroom has shower and tub; con; the shower head needs replacing due to calcium deposit buildup and the cover does not fit properly-so you don’t get a proper flow of water; it takes a long time for the water to get hot, so just wait. The kitchen is nice and large; cons: the oven has a rack that hangs out from the oven keeping the door open, so I didn’t use it; the cutting boards are a health risk, they are extremely old and smell really bad from the bacteria build up, I purchased my own cutting board and cutting knife and gave them away when I left. The other rooms I never used. Con: the WiFi was terrible, I spent over an hour of my time with the company allowing them to trouble shoot the problem through my laptop. The location is perfect, you have just about everything you need from A to Z. The people are kind and helpful, I went across the street occasionally for coffee and a tuna sandwich, just to hang out, I purchased most of my fruit from the store just right of the building. The center of Barcelona is an awesome place to visit, I didn’t eat out at any restaurants, for I cooked and prepared my own foods. I did however frequent several of the cafes for coffee and pastries. There’s lots of transportation, it cost me over 8 Euros for a train ticket going one way and back, the train station is right behind the building. The marina is not to far and they give sailing lessons. I would only recommend this place if you don’t require WiFi; however, I highly recommend the area. I will certainly come back to Vilanova it’s wonderful, the poor WiFi is a deal breaker for me, so I won’t return to this lovely condo, one star taken away because of the WiFi.

Très bonnes vacances

Très bon accueil de la part de Carlos, appartement en très bon état et spacieux. Quartier calme et sympathique à proximité de la gare pour aller à Barcelone ou autres et d'une grande plage. Très bon séjour !
