Orchard View forms one of six sympathetically restored apartments in a period Regency Country House in Fowey. It is set in large beautifully maintained gardens and benefits from the use of an indoor/outdoor heated swimming pool (40' x 20'), sauna, and a changing room with shower and cloakroom. Orchard View is on the first floor, and has high ceilings, large Georgian windows and solid oak flooring. Outside there is parking for two cars. The nearest beach is Readymoney Cove, a ten-fifteen minute walk from the end of the garden via a picturesque wooded footpath known as The Parade. Readymoney Cove has a sandy beach with rock pools and safe swimming. Walkers can easily access the south west coast path and the Saint's Way from the gate at the end of the garden. Polkerris beach can be reached by both paths. Polriddmouth, which is a gently shelving beach and ideal for picnics and swimming, is a twenty minute walk. Par and Polkerris beaches are approximately a ten minute drive. Fowey town centre is a 10-15 minute walk.
