Ejendommen ligger i Central Algarve mellem Porches og Armação de Pera i en afslappende beliggenhed med udsigt over en uspoleret dal på 60 hektar.
Villaen ligger 3 minutter i bil til landsbyen Armação de Pêra og dens hvide sandkrystallstrand (6 km lang) og 10-15 min til andre 13 smukke strande). Det er en unik ejendom på 2 hektar, fuldt indhegnet, omgivet af 60 hektar uspoleret grøn dal (National Protected Area). Stedet er meget roligt med total privatliv og omgivet af lignende egenskaber. Der er en stor infinity-swimmingpool (17ftx33ft), grill, 15 000 kvadratmeter græs og haver. Restauranter, supermarkeder, kaffebarer, bank, postkontor i en afstand af 1,5 km. Vigtig note: Villaen er officielt godkendt til leje af rådhuset og turistministeriet i området Algarve (17031-399 / 2015).

Great stay. Host was very attentive and the Villa provided a great holiday destination with everything you need for relaxed stay.

Amazing Villa, excellent layout, very clean

Absolutely loved this place, ticks all the boxes. Great layout of bedrooms and very easy to see the kids at all times. So clean and tidy. Would definitely recommend staying here and we would like to return!

Perfect holidays

Everything is perfect, the house, the pool, the view, the silence with no neighbour, the communication with Baltazar. All the shops and beach are at 5 min by car Thank you very much

Fantastic villa!

The villa was perfect in every way. Its in a beautiful setting with gorgeous views and feels really private and secluded even though you're only a few minutes drive away from amenities. There's loads of outdoor space and a huge infinity pool which was a big hit with the kids. Inside the villa is really spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The location of the villa is fantastic - Armacao de Pera and the beautiful beaches of Praia Grande are within easy access but its also a great base for exploring the rest of the Algarve. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend.

Amazing villa in a perfect location

What a gem! The house is way better in reality than in photos. Amazing pool, tons of space and privacy, and the view.... close to a chick vineyard, old town center and a quick drive to all beaches and attractions Baltazar was gracious and professional, the house is clean and loaded with everything one might need A++

A wonderful stay in a beautiful villa with lots of nearby attractions, beaches, water parks

We had a wonderful three weeks in Villa Garbe. The villa had everything we needed including poolside lounges and comfort bean bags. The pool was great for the children. The large outdoor table and substantial BBQ meant we could enjoy alfresco dining or do a short walk to porches for an evening meal. Baltazar, our host, was really helpful and responded quickly to queries. A fabulous holiday for friends and family.

Villa in great location with beautiful pool

We are 2 families who holiday together every year. Villa Garbe was perfect for the age range of kids/young adults from 11-18 as well as us adults. The pool was the highlight, just beautiful and kept the kids and adults alike amused for hours. The villa was clean and functional and it was lovely that everyone’s bedroom had its own patio doors onto the garden. Close enough to walk to Porches, the nearest town and a short cab ride to the beach so great location. Can’t recommend it highly enough. Thank you to the owner for his prompt communication too with any queries.

Fantastic Villa, great location

We have been renting villas all over the Algarve for 20 years and this is the best one. We wanted a private, quiet location within a short drive from shops, restaurants and bars. We wanted a good sized swimming pool, a comfortable bed and decent air conditioning. We got all of that at Villa Garbe. The kitchen was very well equipped. It is a great base from which to explore the surrouding area by car, and an Uber into Armacao de Pera was just 5 euro. Finally I would like to thank our host Baltazar. He responded to our small queries quickly and positively. We will definitely return here in the future.

Such A Relaxing Place To Stay

We had a very enjoyable and relaxing 2 weeks at Villa Garbe. The house is very well designed for either a couple like us or for larger groups. The living and sleeping accommodation are in separate wings and everything is well maintained with everything one would need. Garbe is in a very peaceful location overlooking Vale do Olival, a protected natural area, and yet is only a 10 minute walk into Porches or a 5 minute drive to the coast. The grounds are beautiful with a lovely pool and are not overlooked, all of which adds to the feeling of privacy. Balthazar, the owner, was most genial and answered our questions promptly and in a friendly way. We would highly recommend this villa, the area around Porches and the service from Balthazar.

Cracking villa in a great location

Our family of six (two adults and four children) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the villa was a short drive away from all of the amenities which is what we were looking for. The villa was lovely and we were very pleased with it, and it was exactly as advertised. Two builds; The sofas in the lounge weren’t very comfortable for an evening of relaxing, they really could do with replacing for something more substantial. The other build would be to have a visitors book, we find local recommendations second to none. The owners had kindly provided many great books on the locations and best beaches etc, but there is nothing like recommendations from people who’ve stayed. All in all a fantastic holiday!

Superb!

This villa gave us everything we needed for our holiday. It is absolutely lovely, especially the gorgeous infinity pool, which was plenty big enough for our family of 9. The bedrooms were great with really comfortable beds. The living area was spacious and the gardens are beautiful. The location is great, down a quiet street which means it isnt overlooked at all - it looks over a quiet valley. The villa was really clean and everything was dealt with smoothly - Baltazar is easily contactible and communicated everything we needed to know before we arrived. The village of Porches nearby is truly a hidden gem, away from the tourist crowds but with some wonderful restaurants. It is possible to walk to Porches from the villa and there are plenty of other towns within driving distance. The only thing to say about the villa is the kitchen is quite small so be aware if you are planning to cook. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat difficultnearstreetsarfantadtic.

Couldn’t fault a single thing, the perfect holiday!

We’ve been travelling to the Algarve for nearly 10 years and have stayed at a lot of different properties. We booked Villa Garbe last minute after another villa owner let us down with just one weeks notice and despite the panic, it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. The villa is stunning! It’s in the most fantastic location, and in our opinion close to the best beaches in Portugal around the Lagoa district. It’s so peaceful, no noisy dogs, music and on a quiet resendential street away from the main road. If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is for you. The grounds are very big and picturesque with a large, deep infinity pool that was very clean. Every window looks out over the hills and out to sea in the distance. The whole place is spotlessly clean, very well equipped and had a great living area and comfy bedrooms. We were welcomed with a lovely welcome basket from Baltazar and when we had a small issue he kindly arranged for it to be fixed straight away. Thank you. Overall, an amazing holiday in an amazing villa. We will be saving up to come again!

Beyond exceptional- just exquisite!!

So - this was a pretty late booking and we were getting a bit panicky!! We being 2 grandparents in our 70's, son and daughter in law (late 30's) and children aged just 3 and 6. We had holidayed in Portuguese villas together several times previously and wanted something comfortable , spacious and tranquil - we were not disappointed. The villa is lovely and I need to say the photos do not convey how stunning is the location - it is exceptionally peaceful and for the entire holiday we were on our own and totally undisturbed with views of the countryside across the huge pool (what a bonus). We decided to "risk" not hiring a car as we would have needed an estate or similar so we used Uber exclusively - trips to the supermarket were 5 Euros return and only slightly more to reach golf courses (Dad and Grandad) and beaches/water parks (the whole family). The gamble was a huge success saving us literally hundreds of Euros over the 2 weeks. As everyone on the reviews has already said the area lacks for nothing in shops, beaches, entertainment and restaurants at significantly lower prices than more vaunted areas in this brilliant part of Portugal. We really had a fabulous 2 weeks and then there is Balthazar who looked after us royally . If you don't believe he can be as amazingly efficient as everyone else has said then think again. We were only sorry we never got to meet him in person - a top guy. We are still buzzing - if you get the chance book it. You will love it. We did.

Amazing Villa, Amazing Owner, Amazing Location

As soon as we got to our villa, we were met by a local lady who gave us the keys and a quick tour, even though we didn't arrive until 11pm. This was really appreciated. As soon as she let us through the front door, we knew we were in for an amazing week ahead. The villa was bigger than we expected. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and the location was amazing, really quiet with some lovely views. The owner himself was always reachable, before and during our holiday, and always responded quickly to questions or queries. When something was accidentally broken (nothing urgent), a replacement arrived the next day. He was such a lovely man and did everything he could to make sure we had a lovely holiday. This is the first time I have used a service like HomeAway to book a villa (previously booked directly through someone we knew), and this man has given me the confidence to book again. He was so nice. Portugal itself is a gorgeous country and the locals were very welcoming. There are so many beaches within a 20min drive, probably something like 20, some as close as 5mins away. Highly recommend doing the cave tour by boat down at Benagil Beach, was a highlight for us. I cannot recommend this villa highly enough. Everything about it was amazing. The bedrooms were all a great size, plenty of bathrooms etc, the front room was large with double sliding doors opening out on to the patio and down to the pool which was excellent and the kids spent hours in. The owner was excellent and couldn't have been more helpful. The location was quiet but only 5mins drive to Armacao de Pera and about 20mins to Albufeira. A handful of supermarkets are within 5-10mins drive or so and a couple of waterparks also only 10mins drive away. We will have to visit Portugal again one day due to the country having so much to offer and a week just wasn't enough. And if we do, we would not hesitate in staying in this villa again. Just amazing....

Très belle villa calme et reposante en pleine nature

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très belle villa. La terrasse et la piscine à l’arrière donnent sur une magnifique réserve naturelle. La villa est située dans un endroit calme mais proche des plages et commerces.

Great house for a family holiday

We had a fantastic holiday here and would recommend 100%! It was honestly all perfect. The house is super clean and even nicer than the pictures. It has everything you could need for a perfect stay! The pool is beautiful and very well maintained, while we were there Mr Eduardo came twice to make sure everything was clean and ok. We stayed there 2 weeks with our parents and our 2 children (2year old and 3 month old) and Baltazar the owner even got a new cot for our baby which was perfect. Baltazar is super attentive and nice! We look forward to coming back!

Un séjour parfait

Nous avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette superbe villa en Juillet 2019. Tout est parfaitement conforme aux descriptions et aux photos jointes. La villa est idéalement placée à proximité des plages et des magnifiques criques de l'Algarve. Cette villa dispose de tous les éléments de confort nécessaires à un séjour parfait. Elle est située dans un havre de paix. La piscine est parfaitement entretenue. Un grand merci également à Baltazar pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette magique villa pour des vacances très réussies

Mooi smaakvol ingericht vakantiehuis met een schitterend zicht

Het huis is comfortabel en erg mooi ingericht. Voldoende ruimte voor 2 gezinnen met kinderen. Zowel de woning, de tuin als het zwembad zijn erg netjes en goed onderhouden. De eigenaar evenals de verantwoordelijke dame ter plekke zijn attent en makkelijk bereikbaar voor vragen of kleine probleempjes. Het zicht vanop het terras en vanuit het zwembad is spectaculair. De woning is makkelijk bereikbaar en goed gesitueerd voor diverse uitstappen of strandbezoek. Deze woning is zeker een aanrader!

Absolutely brilliant!

The Villa massively exceeded our expectations. There were 6 adults, 2 children and an infant in our group and all of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have all discussed returning to same villa next year as we loved it so much. The Villa itself is well kitted out. A cot and high chair were provided at no extra cost upon request and communications with the owner were seamless. The whole place was immaculate and the views from the infinity swimming pool are sublime and you can even see the sea! Excellent weather and location. Incredible relaxing place with great privacy with gardens and a private infinity swimming pool. The nearby beaches are white sands and crystal waters. Excellent place to relax after playing golf at nearby courses. Also, there are lots of great activities in the surroundings: boat trips to caves, scuba diving, fishing and many other water sports.
Nearest restaurants and cafés at 800 yards(Porches).
At Armação (1500 yards) many restaurants with excelent fish.
it is 4 min by car to Aqualand Alcantarilha,6 min to Slide& Splash at Estombar,15 min to ZooMarine at Guia all of them excelent for children.
The Sand City is 3 min away.
A large shopping Center is located at Guia 15 min by car.
We have at the villa several books with detailed descriptions of either walking trails and bike trails.
