Asturian Adventure

Perfect getaway from all things hectic. Simple, but beautiful, rural retreat, made a great base for exploring the foothills of Picos de Europa and further into the national park, but also close enough to enjoy the coast too. Very attentive host who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Excellent 5G reception across much of the area meant we only had to be as cut off from the rest of the world as we wanted to be.

The cottage was lovely . Larger than photo shows.

The cottage was set in a very rural village. The views of The Picos de Europa mountains amazing. Plus only 30minutes to some really lovely coastal resorts such as Llanes and Ribadesella.The snow came early and it turned very cold for a number of days. If taking holiday here late in the year you need to prepare for this. The plus of the snow was even more beautiful views.

Au calme dans un petit village dans les montagnes. Un excellent lieu pour se ressourcer. Le seul bémol est la mitoyenneté avec un autre gîte ; fort heureusement celui-ci n'a été occupé que pendant une journée et nos voisins très respectueux. Cette mitoyenneté devrait être signalée dans l'annonce. Sinon rien à dire, tout correspondait au descriptif de l'annonce. Excellente communication avec Dory très réactive.

Optimaler Ausgangspunkt

Wir haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in Dory's Haus verbracht. Das traditionelle Haus ist geräumig, gemütlich, sehr sauber und ruhig. Bei kälteren Temperaturen leisten die beiden Pelletöfen mit Zeitschaltung gute Dienste. Unser Lieblingsort war der Wintergarten mit einer sensationellen Aussicht auf die Picos. Die Lage eignet sich perfekt zur Erkundung der Picos de Europa und der Küste. Sehr gerne empfehlen wir das Haus weiter.

Fijn verblijf!

Hele fijne en compleet ingerichte vakantiewoning, fijn contact met de zeer attente gastvrouw. Woning is rustig gelegen met zicht op de Picos de Europa, goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie wandelingen in de buurt, strandbezoek en bezoek aan kleine dorpjes/wat grotere steden. Voor herhaling vatbaar!

Nos ha gustado mucho. El trato recibido excelente, nos estaba esperando la propietaria, con la que pudimos hablar antes de iniciar el viaje, nos indicó cómo llegar, nos enseñó la casa muy coqueta y fresquita, y nos comentó varias rutas y sitios de interés. Un lugar con vistas, tranquilo y un tiempo increíble. Bien situado para ir a la ruta del Cares, hacer el descenso del Sella, subir a los lagos de Covadonga, etc

In de bergen en niet ver van de zee

We hebben genoten van onze vakantie in Pandiello. Een eenvoudige woning maar alles wat je nodig hebt is er. En het huis is zeer schoon! Een prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan de Picos en ook de zee ligt op slechts 30 autominuten. Dory is een prima gastvrouw

Rustikales Feeling

Wer das einfache ruhige Leben in den Bergen mag, ist hier genau richtig. Bei schlechtem Wetter vielleicht etwas abgelegen. Dory ist eine ausserordentlich liebenswürdige Person und sie genug Tips für die Freizeitgestaltung.

Haus mit viel Charme zum Wohlfühlen in kleinem Dorf abseits der Straße

Das Haus wird von Dory und ihrem Mann selbst genutzt und sie haben es selbst umgebaut. Das merkt man an der Einrichtung und der Ausstattung. Es ist ein richtiges "Zuhause", ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen und Wohnen. Das Haus liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf abseits der Straße und hat eine tolle Aussicht in die Picos de Europa. Dory hatte das Haus gut für uns vorbereitet, es war sehr sauber, Holz für den Küchenherd war ausreichend da. Der Pelletofen heizt das Haus in kurzer Zeit auf. Im Dorf gibt es Kühe, Esel, Schafe, Hunde, Hühner und Pferde, die ganze Bandbreite eines Bauerndorfes. Es hat uns ausnehmend gut gefallen und wir haben in den vier Tagen dort viel gesehen und erlebt.

A good property in Asturias

The casa is an old farmhouse that has been extensively and tastefully modernised. It is spacious, well equipped and clean. The location is good for visiting various locations in the northern Picos de Europa. The owner gave accurate directions to reach the property and was very efficient and helpful. We had an enjoyable holiday in a spectacular part of Spain.

Buen sitio para pasar unos días, buenas vistas, la casa es cómoda, está bien decorada. Hemos tenido un buen trato con la propietaria y con los pocos vecinos que hay en el pueblo, la recomiendo.

Fantástico

Una estancia para repetir

Casa muy acogedora y en una zona muy tranquila. Hemos estado como en casa. Se pueden realizar muchas rutas de senderismo en la zona y las playas se encuentran bastante cerca. Seguro que repetiremos.
