Flat 3 is a convenient base for exploring all that Devon has to offer, including sandy beaches, walks, cycling, National Trust properties and grounds, and seaside resorts. Note: First £5 pounds of electricity inc. in rent, remainder by coin meter. Note: There's access to the sitting room from the double bedroom. Note: Apartment accessed via a curved staircase. Care needed when using the path down to the harbour -we do suggest wearing suitable footwear and would not recommend heels.
