BEACH LIFE! Big, spacious house with ice bath, 2 mins to beach.

Our house is a lovely, light, modern 70's style house with a big garden and a games room/teenage den at the end of it. It has a trampoline, a large outdoor table, a barbecue, an outdoor gym/yoga space and an ice bath.
It's a two minute walk to the beach (usually uncrowded) and a 5 minute walk to the village (shops, pubs, doctors etc).
East Wittering has a really cool, relaxed vibe and there are loads of cafes and independent shops. There is plenty to do: watersports, horse riding, cycling, walking and more and dogs are allowed on the beach. Chichester and Goodwood are within easy reach as well.

We also have a one bed self contained annex that can be rented together with the house for an additional cost. The advertised price does not include the annex so please discuss with me if you'd like the extra space. It sleeps up to 4 people. Wonderful well appointed home near the beach

We booked this property for us to spend time near the sea with family visiting from the US. The property was even better than expected - clean, comfortable and well appointed - and the uncrowded beach is just a few minutes walk away. The garden was a real bonus too, with comfortable sofas, chairs and BBQ, and a cabin at the bottom of the garden with additional relaxation area, gym equipment. There is also a sauna, although the weather was far too nice outside for us to use. Bibi was an excellent host, with great communications. We very much look forward to staying again.

Great Family Home

The house was just fab. The Owner was lovely and soo helpful. 2 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes to the shops. It was clean, all beds were made up, we arrived and were on the beach in no time. The garden is great for kids and dogs! The house is spacious and well looked after. We had a really lovely time. Thank you.

Wonderful house & location

Bibi was a great host, very good communications and loads of info on what to do. The house & garden was immaculate with loads of facilities & amenities and just a short walk to shops, restaurants, bars & beach. Would be perfect for a couple of families with kids

Lovely family minded home

We had a lovely holiday in East Wittering. The house is well laid out and presented, and was overall clean. The garden is very big and spacious as well as having toys for the kids to enjoy. Bibi was helpful and easy to deal with from start till end, even though we had some issues with the hot water it was dealt with quickly.

Fabulous ,fully equipped house and garden

We had a three night break with our kids and 4 grandchildren and found it to be the perfect house and location for a family holiday. We all relaxed and enjoyed the huge garden, there was plenty of space for games, trampolining and fun in the tree house. The decking area was enormous and perfect for apperativos in the evening sun. The layout of the house was well thought out with a large playroom off the dining end of the kitchen and the bedrooms were roomy, we all slept well. The three year old loved walking down to the bakery in the morning. The local shops are an easy walk away with everything you need - there is an excellent butcher who sells the best meat pies. We all loved the fact that the sea is just round the corner and we wished we could have stayed for longer.

a lovely stylish home with a huge garden

We really enjoyed staying at this house and comfortably fitted in me and my partner, two kids and two grandparents. The enormous garden was great and the kids enjoyed the trampoline. The house is very stylish and comfortable and has all the facilities you would expect. It is a 5 minute walk on very quiet roads to the beach, so we swam every day except one. We hope to go back again.

We are a family of four and this is our main home that we rent out when we are away. We love where we live and hope you enjoy it too. We have tried to make the house as "user-friendly" as possible.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

It's a really happy chilled area, mostly focused on the beach. There are some fantastic pubs, shops, walks etc in the area and there's LOADS to do if you want to or you can just do nothing and relax. We are a family of surfers and windsurfers and it's the perfect location with the beach at the end of the road.

Our house is really well proportioned with a great big enclosed garden. It's really family friendly and you can bring a dog as long as you agree it with us first (and there may be an additional cleaning fee). It's lovely and warm in Winter with a cosy log fire and in Summer it's light and fresh and quiet.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

Well, we are really close to the beach. We have recently built a teenage den/games room at the bottom of the garden and we've added an outdoor kitchen area, outdoor gym/yoga space, an ice bath a sauna and plenty of seating.
