Fantastique propriété de style chalet dans le centre de York

Un vrai bijou d'une propriété qui plaira à beaucoup. Cette propriété mitoyenne récemment modernisée est située à quelques minutes à pied du centre-ville. La rivière Ouse et des restaurants populaires sont également à moins de 2 minutes à pied. La propriété bénéficie d'un stationnement sur rue pour une voiture, avec la possibilité d'un parking supplémentaire pour une deuxième voiture. En interne, la propriété a été meublée et équipée à un très haut niveau. Le salon, la cuisine et la salle à manger décloisonnés allient style et confort. Le salon peut facilement accueillir 4 avec une télévision LCD murale pour votre plaisir. La cuisine est équipée d'une grande cuisinière et d'une cuisinière à gaz. Une caractéristique unique pour une propriété du centre-ville. Il y a aussi un lave-vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse avec beaucoup d'espace de rangement et des chaises pour 4 personnes.

La cuisine est dotée de portes-fenêtres doubles qui donnent sur une cour bien entretenue avec une table et des chaises pour 4 personnes. Juste parfait pour profiter des soirées d'été et des jours d'automne.

Le deuxième étage de la propriété dispose d'une salle de bains moderne complète avec une douche sur la baignoire. Une chambre flexible occupe également cet étage. Les lits de cette chambre peuvent être soit deux lits simples ou un lit double, ce qui en fait une excellente option pour les familles.

Un escalier mène ensuite au troisième et dernier étage où se trouve la chambre principale. Une chambre double très bien présentée avec des meubles de chambre assortis.

Lovely property in great location

Second time staying here and we will definatley book again next time we are in York. Everything you could possibly need in a fabulous location close to the centre and all the restaurants/nightlife and tourist areas but in a quiet street a few minutes walk away. Perfect.

Buckingham Cottage fit for a Palace

Super cottage

The house was perfect. Super clean and very comfortable. Excellent location. BishopThorpe rd has a great wine bar and fish and chip shop. Zuzanna was a great host, good communication. Look forward to coming back again.

Location, location, location

Fantastic location - so close to the city centre but tucked away on a no through road. Cute traditional terrace with lots of nice touches, such as an assortment of condiments, plenty of tea and coffee plus wine and milk chilling in the fridge. A on street parking pass is included, but York is so compact that we walked everywhere. The courtyard was a bonus as it was very warm for our first few days. Communication with Paula pre and post stay was great - so helpful and welcoming.

Clean, Cozy & Prompt Response

Love the space of this 3-storey house. It was comfortable & cozy. As it is an older building, there seemed to be a slight musky odor when we first entered. And a bit of a water leakage in the kitchen. But the response from the agent & owner were so prompt and helpful, it made everything better. Overall a wonderful stay!

Highly Recommend Lovely house excellent location within 5 mins walking to town centre

Lovely little place, Spotless clean very well presented twin beds huge super king size on top floor room plus sofa bed. Plus everything you need including, washer, dishwasher, washing machine. Everything you would expect in your own kitchen even down to washing up liquid and bleach. Even tea,coffee,sugar & a fresh bottle of milk in fridge. Plus a stunning touch of a cheeky little bottle of Red Wine sitting on dining table.. Highly Recommend will stay again x

This beautiful apartment is the perfect lodging for a stay in York. It has everything for comfort and security. The ground floor has a living room, kitchen/laundry, and patio. There are chargers, a Bluetooth speaker, a washing machine with drying rack, patio set, and beautiful furnishings. On the next level is a lovely bathroom (with closet and additional drying rack), and a bedroom with two single beds. Up top, there’s a cheery, light-filled king-size bed bedroom with lovely rooftop views. Everything is spotless and designed for beauty and comfort. We will definitely book this apartment on our next journey to York!

Lovely house in a great location

We had a lovely 4 night stay here over half term. The condition/cleanliness of the property was immaculate and the location was perfect too. A quiet side street but literally a 5 min walk to one of the main bridges into the centre of York. Great for a family of 4 too. Would definitely rebook if/when we return to York.

Perfect Location for a City Break

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house is spotlessly clean and has all the finishing touches to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The house is well equipped and extremely close to the city walls, no car is required as everything is accessible on foot. My only advice would be to purchase a couple of fans, with our summers getting warmer it’s very hot in the evening (especially on the top floor)

Perfect for family

My wife and I stayed here three nights with my two teenaged kids, and it was perfect. The house is extremely well appointed (kitchen equipment, washer, soap, sheets, towels, etc.), very well kept, and very comfortable. The location was perfect for us as well - inside the old walls, but not in the busy east side of the river. The host's information and communication were complete and effective, right up to when we arrived. Our only issue was being Americans not used to some of the appliances, but we figured it out. We enjoyed the neighborhood, and the price for the four of us for three nights was exactly as I'd have expected. Definitely the nicest place and best experience we had along our 2-week, 4-city vacation.
