Construit en 2007, cet appartement moderne de 2 chambres peut accueillir 6 personnes. Piscines communes (non chauffées) pour adultes et pour enfants et jardins paysagers. Résidence sécurisée, idéale pour les enfants. Les installations sur place comprennent un restaurant, un snack-bar, un golf fou et une aire de jeux pour enfants au club Corcovada. À distance de marche de la plage, des boutiques, des restaurants et des bars. Le centre commercial Algarve, les parcs aquatiques, le zoo marin et d’autres parcs à thème sont facilement accessibles. Il y a 18 terrains de golf dans un rayon de 20 km. WiFi gratuit, climatisation, TV satellite, lecteur DVD. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Chambre à coucher principale en suite. Chambre Junior avec balcon privé. Salle de bain 2 est à côté de la chambre junior. 1er balcon table et chaises donnant sur les jardins avant. 2ème balcon avec vue sur le complexe Corcovada. Love the Algarve

This was the second time we stayed at the complex, area is perfect, accommodations with the pool were great. Anita who was our host upon arrival was absolutely wonderful and as well her response to communication, owner of the property was also a 5/5. Highly recommended.

Brilliant 11 night stay. Will definitely look to book again. Used Yellowfish taxi to and from airport. Very reliable.Check in was simple.The apartment has everything you need and is located near shops and restaurants. Aldi is a 5 minute walk away. Swimming pool and sun loungers are clean and well managed.Used Uber to take us to the old town, marina, waterpark etc.The beach is walkable but it's over a mile away. A few Euros though in an Uber.

Great location, fantastic place to stay

This very spacious modern apartment was ideal for our family holiday in Albufeira. It had everything any family could need and that made our stay really enjoyable - walking distance to an Aldi but also close to plenty of restaurants and bars. Short taxi ride to the Old Town. Very clean and kitted out with washing machine, dishwasher, air fryer and coffee machine plus the essential WiFi and TV especially when travelling with teens!! Pool and surrounding grounds so well maintained with sun loungers for all. Delighted to have found this spot. Highly recommended

Belting apartment

Apartment was amazing. Kids loved the swimming pool and garden area but be warned no ball games allowed between 8am and 5pm. Great location, short stroll (5 mins) to restaurants/bars and 10 mins to the strip. Owner of property(Adrian) so easy to deal with highly recommend this property if staying in Albufeira.

Corcovada Appartement

We had a perfect stay in this big, clean apartment. It’s a apartment on the First floor in the corner overlooking on the right hand the pool. For my daughter en her friends a perfect stay to go out at night and chilling by the pool or sea which is nearby. for me also perfect with the restaurants, shops en sea nearby. A perfect combination. I thank Adrian and Anita for you kindness.

Corcovada Apartment 2f Block 38

A beautiful spacious apartment with everything you need to enjoy a comfortable stay in Albufeira. We were a family of five staying for 10 nights end of July. The welcome pack was great as we arrived late in the evening. The pool was also great and well managed during the day with no issues availing of sun loungers. Apartments are located in a quiet area but within a short walk to the Strip or a short taxi / bus ride to the old town. Thanks Adrian / Anita and we would definitely stay here again.

Great Experience!

I booked this apartment with three friends. When we arrived we were kindly welcomed by Anita and she showed us around and informed us very well on things to do and where to go nearby. Communication pre-arrival went extremely smooth and quick. Adrian was very easy to communicate with and extremely kind. The apartment itself was much more spacious than we had expected with two bathrooms near each bedroom and quite a large living room. There were lots of good facilities (Netflix on the TV, good airconditioning, etc.). The balcony was very cute and great to sit on in the morning for breakfast or in the evening when the sun went down. The pool was nice, quite big and usually not too busy so enough room and a great place to relax. For younger people coming here to party, I definitely recommend this apartment as long as you treat it with respect and we were lucky to have two incredible apartment owners who were helpful and who we could contact if something went wrong. The Strip is only a 5-10 min walk and the Aldi is just around the corner (~ 3min walk). Even though it is quite close to The Strip, we didn’t experience any noise issues and the music is not too loud. Truly a lovely place to stay for both families and friends. We definitely recommend!

Accueil et logement décevant

Logement situé en bout de résidence à proximité de deux rues qui peuvent être bruyantes la nuit. L'adresse donnée par le propriétaire ne permet pas d'arriver à la résidence ! Terrasse en plein soleil l'après-midi sans parasol, ni store. Pas de climatisation fonctionnelle dans le séjour. Pas de gaz le jour de notre arrivée. Gaz opérationnel le lendemain soir 20h. Deux jours sans eau chaude. Un jour avec un débit d'eau extrêmement réduit ne permettant pas de se doucher. Nous louons chaque année depuis 20 ans et c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus par l'accueil, la réactivité face aux problèmes et par les prestations...

Absolutely terrible guests, isolation switch for the gas was on the wall , which they were shown when they arrived along with everything else , Unfortunately the water pressure in the whole complex was Dow due to a fault in the water mains , which was rectified after 2 days , that’s why pressure and water was so low. The pictures of the apartment showing the balcony didn’t show an awning or umbrellas, our air conditioning in the living room was down i will acknowledge it was due to be serviced, The 2 lady’s that look after the place for me are very professional and helpful but couldn’t understand the negative attitude of these guests I have been renting now since 2015. And have never had less than a 4 star review,just have a look, but unfortunately there is always people out there that are problematic, Don’t rent to these people

Albufeira - Férias em família

Já tínhamos estado neste apartamento e como gostámos imenso do Condomínio e da envolvente do mesmo (ex. Piscina é ótima; a varanda da sala tem uma excelente vista para o jardim / piscina e onde se podem efetuar / disfrutar algumas das refeições) voltámos a alugá-lo. O apartamento está muito bem localizado e equipado, e tem umas ótimas áreas. As camas são muito confortáveis. A limpeza (ex. vidros das janelas) poderá ser um aspeto a melhorar. Para finalizar gostaríamos de enaltecer a simpatia, disponibilidade e amabilidade com que fomos recebidos pela Anita, a pessoa que na ausência do proprietário é quem toma conta do apartamento e trata dos assuntos do mesmo. De qualquer maneira, gostaríamos igualmente de enaltecer a boa comunicação com o proprietário e a prontidão do mesmo para as questões pendentes.

Family holiday

The apartment felt like home to us. Clean, comfortable beds, great location and we also enjoyed the swimming pool. Lynda and Adrian are great at recommending activities for the family to do when the weather is not great. . We will definitely stay again.

Super apartment in a lovely location.

This is a super two bedroom apartment (with 2 bathrooms). Kitchen is very well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine etc. We found the location perfect as it was slightly away from the main drag. The complex is very attractive, lovely gardens, swimming pool, sun loungers etc. It also has plenty of parking. I would have no hesitation in recommending this area and apartment to family and friends. I am certainly looking forward to staying there again. Thanks also to the owners, Anita &a Adrian.

My wife and I had been looking in Spain, France and Portugal for something suitable,we finally
viewed Corcovada in the beautiful Albufeira and were sold within 5 minutes. We have 4 young children so we were immediately impressed with the enclosed security in the complex and also where our apartment is located we don't hear any noise but yet close enough to see the swimming pool.

The apartment is walking distance to the strip and the beach, it also has two on site restaurants and a children's playground, communal swimming pool. There is a train which will bring u to the old town and there is plenty of shops/restaurants and pubs to seek out, water parks and golf courses are nearby to explore.
