About the property.This is a brand new 2015 penthouse that caters all the family because it serves with lift. It is on the 4th floor and it has a large front terraces with outside sofa. All the rooms are served with air conditions In all 3 bed rooms and living and kitchen,it has a bathroom and ensuit,the living has LG42 led smart television with cable TV,The kitchen has all you need toaster, kettle,oven,fridge,freezer, dishwasher, microwave.dishes,pans.

The apartment has a garage available to guest so if our guest find it hard to park as it is a problem to find parking space in the evening it's available to them included in the price .

Beautiful property

Our stay at this property was a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. It was very spacious and modern. There was restaurants and the beach were a short walk away.we met Steve the host and he was such a lovely person.I would recommend this property to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay in this large, comfortable flat. It is well equipped and only a short walk to the bus terminus, where you can catch buses to various places.

Excellent relaxing stay

The apartment was brilliant and spotlessly clean. There was everything we needed. Easy 10 minute walk down to the bay at Marsascala or 5 minutes down to St Thomas’ bay. Lovely bars and restaurants at each.

Lovely apartment

Loved the apartment which had everything needed to make our stay enjoyable, this was our first time visiting Marsakala, the beach and town were really nice so we hope to come back. Jason was a good host responding to any questions we had quickly.

This apartment is very well equipped and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. My only suggestion would be to provide shampoo as a courtesy; otherwise it was perfect!

Recommended Place

The apartment was spotless. Area is quiet, but has some good restaurants. With the centre of the town a 15min walk for more restaurants. Communication with Steve was great. If you have come to Malta for the scuba diving there is very good dive centre a 10 minute drive away. Divemed. I would highly recommend them.

Wonderful penthouse apartment

We had a lovely family Christmas holiday in Malta. The apartment has everything you need and is large and spacious. Steve and his wife were both very accommodating, giving advise about the surrounding area. The apartment is in a quite residential area, 5 minuets from a nice small beach, and 10 minutes from the small town. Great location, I’d definitely go back but possibly in summer time when the weather is a little warmer!

Excellent base

The apartment has large rooms and a great front terrace which gets the morning sun. It is very well equiped too. There is a lot of building work in Marsaskala, thankfully this didn't disturb us. Marsaskala is a good base to explore from. We took the bus into Valletta most days to sightsee there or take a second bus to see more of the island. If planning on using buses buy your weekly ticket in the airport. Should we return to Malta we wouldn’t hesitate to book this apartment.

Super Appartement

This is a VERY nice apartment with big and modern rooms, well furnished, a huge and well equipped kitchen, a big garage and with a very kind and reactive owner. Since there is a key box check in and check out was very convenient. The only negative point for us was the very dirty and stinky underground garage (but we were happy to have a garage since parking outside would have been very complicated). We thank Steve for the great holiday we spent in his apartment and we definitively recommend this place! Regards Thomas & Stephie from Germany.

Apartment is great

The apartment is great! With 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is very spacious and leaves nothing to be desired. In addition, it is very well equipped. You can find everything you need in the kitchen and the apartment. It is also very conveniently located. You can walk to the city center and the bars and restaurants in 5 minutes. You can also reach the beach and the beach bars in 5 minutes on foot. A great apartment with a good location and transport links. Communication with the landlord is flawless and problem-free. We were able to get into the apartment earlier and the parking in the underground car park is also very good

Big and clean apartement with drawbacks

Nice, very large apartment, very good condition, very clean. Nicely furnished, lots of storage space. Kitchen well equipped. The large balcony is in the shade from late morning. The apartment is directly under the roof, so it gets very warm. The A/C in the master bedroom blows directly onto the bed and is quite loud. The internet in the apartment was slow (5-10 MBit). The mattresses are hard. There is no smoke detector in the bedroom. The surroundings are not so nice: no sea view, just houses. Since you are on the 4th floor, you can still see quite far. There are a lot of construction sites in the area, so it can get quite loud starting at 7:00 in the morning. There is a small supermarket around the corner. It's about a 10-minute walk to go swimming. The entrance was a bit difficult to find, but the owner took good care of it and responded immediately, even late in the evening. The garage entrance is so steep that our car crashed the first time we tried to drive in. We always parked on the street, which actually always worked with little effort. Warning! The A/C in the living room and the kitchen must be paid (free in the bedroom). For us it was around €1 for two evenings.

Wir waren im September 2025 auf Malta. Die Wohnung, die wir gemietet haben, war sauber, gepflegt und sehr gerĂ€umig – so groß, dass sich fĂŒnf Personen darin ausgesprochen wohlgefĂŒhlt haben. Sie ist typisch wie eine Ferienwohnung eingerichtet, jedoch fehlt es an nichts, was man im Alltag braucht. Besonders angenehm waren die große Terrasse und die gut funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Hervorheben möchte ich auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ĂŒber WhatsApp – er antwortete stets sehr schnell und war in jeder Angelegenheit Ă€ußerst hilfsbereit.Zu Beginn hatten wir einen Mietwagen, einen CitroĂ«n Berlingo, der problemlos in die Garage passte. Leider mussten wir dieses Auto reklamieren und bekamen als Ersatz einen grĂ¶ĂŸeren Peugeot 5008, mit dem die Einfahrt in die Garage schon schwierig war. Deshalb haben wir auf der Straße geparkt. Die ParkplĂ€tze direkt am Haus und in der Umgebung sind am Nachmittag meistens belegt, aber wir haben trotzdem immer einen Platz gefunden – meist in der NĂ€he des Kreisverkehrs.

Sehr schön großes Appartement

Unser Aufenthalt war echt super,wir konnten ohne Probleme die Wohnung beziehen. Wir haben alle Informationen rechtzeitig erhalten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber,doch war leider ein Geruch von"Keller"vorhanden,weswegen wir auf die Nutzung der SchrĂ€nke verzichtet haben. (Deshalb der kleine Punktabzug.)Die RĂ€ume entsprachen den Fotos. Die meisten Elemente der Beschreibung waren vorhanden.Im grĂ¶ĂŸeren der beiden Badezimmer ist nur eine Badewanne, leider ohne Duschvorhang, also nur sehr schwierig als Dusche zu verwenden. Einen Grill haben wir nicht vorgefunden,(allerdings haben wir auch nicht nachgefragt )und der angegebene WĂ€schetrockner, war eine WĂ€scheleine.Kochutensilien waren genĂŒgend vorhanden und in gutem Zustand, Kaffeemaschine war nicht vorhanden,nur ein Mokkakocher. Unser Tip: VerlĂ€ngerungskabel mitbringen,da im Bad keine Steckdosen fĂŒr einen Fön sind und sie in den Zimmern hinter den Möbeln versteckt sind.Wir wĂŒrden wiederkommen. Es war ruhig,der Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke,das Meer ein paar Minuten entfernt und die Busanbindung ist auch sehr gut.

Splendide Penthouse

TrĂšs facile d'accĂšs, nous sommes rentrĂ© dans un penthouse extrĂȘmement lumineux, trĂšs spacieux, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, totalement Ă©quipĂ©, au dernier Ă©tage de l'immeuble Ă©quipĂ© d'un ascenseur. Le propriĂ©taire,trĂšs sympathique et trĂšs disponible a la moindre question , la mer est a seulement 5 minutes a pieds, restaurants sport nautique,bar a cocktail, nous y avons passĂ© de belles vacances, je recommande vivement ce logement

Nice holidays

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. L'appartement était bien propre à notre arrivée Il est bien équipé et est spacieux (nous étions 3 adultes et 2 enfants). La garage a été trÚs apprécié lorsque nous ne trouvions plus de place pour se garer dans la rue. L'hÎte a été rÚs reactif aux demandes que nous lui avons faites. Nous recommandons cet appartement

Zum Jahreswechsel nach Malta

Sehr interessant wenn man SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten wie Historische StĂ€tten und GebĂ€ude besuchen möchte. Mit einem Mietwagen lassen sich in kurzer Zeit mehrere an einem Tag besuchen. Landschaftlich eher eintönig aber oft spektakulĂ€re Aussichten von den Klippen.

Un peu Ă©tonnĂ© par l'environnement, beaucoup de terrains vagues. L'appartement est trĂ©s spacieux et trĂ©s agrĂ©able. Par contre des Ă©tagĂšres ou des placards seraient bien apprĂ©ciables dans les salles de bains car on ne sait pas oĂč poser ses affaires. Nous avons dĂ» dĂ©boucher un lavabo. Magnifique appartement, spacieux trÚs agréable

TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour, mĂȘme si difficultĂ©s de calage au dĂ©part pour y rentrer, trouver l'adresse, indications du parking, un peu compliquĂ© avec la fatigue du voyage, et surtout une porte d'entrĂ©e de l'immeuble un peu capricieuse au niveau de la serrure, mais la qualitĂ© du sĂ©jour a ensuite largement permis de dĂ©passer ce petit dĂ©sagrĂ©ment plus dĂ» d'ailleurs Ă  notre fatique qu'au logement ! A recommander.
