Hibiscus 101-B Ocean Front, Ground Floor Unit

Situated just behind the sand dunes/nature preserve with an unobstructed view of the ocean beyond, this condo feels private and secluded. Its generous porch and wide glass doors admit the rising sun and provide a perfect shaded spot for watching wildlife in the early morning. Bring your binoculars. This particular location is on a broad beach great for tide pools, walking and sunbathing whether the tide is in or out. A tide clock at the kitchen bar tracks them with the hour. We stayed here in April; it was quiet and peaceful. Only one other building can be seen from the ocean side porch; the pool, hot tub, grill and walkway to the beach are all close; there's no foot traffic from other buildings passing this condo. We appreciated the amenities: A kitchen well supplied with small appliances, pots and pans, ample silverware and dishes in addition to what you would expect. Large, comfortable living room furniture, very good mattresses and personal touches made it feel like home. We will be back.

The condo was the perfect location. Could see, hear and smell the beach. Only about 10 minutes from downtown. The beach restaurants were only about 5 minutes away. The condo had all we needed for our stay. Was very clean and well decorated. Some updating would be nice (new shower heads) but not a deal breaker at all. Sharing the info with friends who are considering a trip over the summer and we'd definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed the welcoming environment that accompanied this trip. The basket of beach towels was a great touch. A fully and thoughtfully equipped kitchen made meals a joy. And the lovely porch overlooking the dunes with glimpses of the ocean was transfixing.

Closet space was great and linens and all things needed were splendid. Listening to the ocean each night was just what was needed. Loved the washer and dryer. And dishwasher.

Another dresser in Master and Guest room would be great.

Nothing is better than hearing the waves of the ocean from this unit. Views of the ocean & sand dunes are from just about every room in this condo. The covered, double porches extend the inside to the outside making it easier to enjoy several different species of wild life and of course the daily sunrises! I was told this unit has new owners bringing contemporary, modern furniture and upgrades to B101. I love that it is a first floor unit especially when my parents come to visit. The complex's private beach access & boardwalk are a stone's throw away from this condo. I truly feel at home here. I need to bring nothing but my clothes, food & sunscreen. Kitchen has full size appliances with a large dining room table for renters and their guests. Washer, dryer, flat screen T.V.'s, WiFi, toiletries and blow dryers are also included with your stay. I am already booked for my next trip and hope you are too. St. Augustine has so much history and fun things to do for all ages. The light house and fort must not be missed.

Our family of four had a wonderful time here! The condo has a beautiful ocean view with floor-to-celing windows and doors on the ocean side. It has a private ocean-view terrace, and the beach is very easy to access via a one-minute walk on the boardwalk. The condo seemed newly remodeled, all of the furnishings seemed brand new, and the beds were super comfortable. The master bedroom has an ocean view, a king bed, a private bathroom, and a sliding glass door to the terrace. The second bedroom has two twin beds, which the kids loved, and a bathroom that is accessible from the bedroom or the main living area. The washing machine and dryer in the unit were very convenient. The unit is well stocked with everything you need-plenty of blankets, linens, towels, and every kitchen item you can think of. The kitchen had everything we needed, so we cooked all of our meals at the condo, which saved us a lot of money. We planned to do lots of touristy activities in St. Augustine during our trip, but we enjoyed the condo and beach so much that we hardly went into town at all! I definitely recommend this condo, and will absolutely stay here again in the future!
