Daró 3D 48 - close to the beach, A/C, WiFi and parking

The house at 50 metres from the beach in Mas Pinell (Torroella de Montgri) has 3 bedrooms and a capacity for 6 people. Accommodation 100 m², comfortable and fully equipped, with aire conditioning, Wifi glass fibre and use of the communal swimming pool.

The house is spread over two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with fireplace, airecon, TV and WIFI and exit to the terrace of the private garden (fenced and manual sunscreen) with garden furniture and barbecue.



The independent kitchen hob is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils, coffee maker, mini pimer (mixer) and toaster. There is a toilet on this floor.

Upstairs there are two double bedrooms (2 single beds and 1 bunk bed) with bathroom with shower and washing machine and a suite (double bed) with master bathroom (bath) and a small balcony.



The bedrooms have air conditioning. The garage is closed and is not usable. However, it is easy to park in front of the house.

It is located 50 meters from the beach and is located in a quiet area in urbanization Mas Pinell. It is a privileged area of ​​the Costa Brava, located near the towns of Torroella, Pals and L'Estartit. Mas Pinell is a large and quiet residential area, away from the bustle of the town, which has a long sandy beach overlooking the Medes Islands where you will find the peace you are looking for your holiday. Mas Pinell area is away from the urban core; in peak season, there is a restaurant/bar in the urbanization and some beach bars at the beach.



MPORTANT: The reasonable consumption of electricity up to 15 Kwh/day is included. The surplus will be charged. In case of monthly rental out of season with discount, electricity is NOT included. Small pets are welcome (1 pet/booking). Groups of young people are not accepted. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The garage is not available for guests.

Top-LAge aber leider untere Ausstattung.

Die Lage in Nähe der Dünen und des Meeres ist super. Der Service ist einwandfrei. Beanstandungen wurden sofort behoben und die Kaution sofort zurückerstattet. Die Inneneinrichtung könnte etwas modernisiert werden und der untere Bereich mit einer besseren Heizung versehen werden.

La nevera desde luego :-) es un poco antipatica. A los pomos y visagras de puertas (+tornillos de la litera) les iría bien un poco de aceite. En la cocina nos faltó el cacharro donde escurrir los platos/vasos y abridor de vinos. El resto todo bien!

Lage sehr schön nah am Strand Grundstück zwar klein, aber schattig und zweckmäßig gestaltet der Service bei kleineren Problemen war hervorragend! die neu vorhandene Sat-TV-Anlage ist genial Klimaanlage in allen Räumen war wunderbar! großzügig bemessene Zimmer Die Küchenausstattung ließ zu Wünschen übrig(z.Bsp.nur 4 Kaffeetassen,obwohl das Haus für 6 Personen ausgeschrieben ist Mikrowelle vorhanden, aber kein Geschirr dafür keine kleineren Schüsseln für Salat oder Speiseeis

Locatie was echt prima, vlak bij strand Huis is groot met 2 badkamers en 3 toiletten Airco Bed is echt vreselijk, piept aan alle kanten Douche in de kleine badkamer niet te gebruiken, je kunt de douchekop niet naar beneden bijstellen

Der Service war sehr gut. Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 6 km entfernt! Vergleichbare Unterkünfte kosten im gleichen Zeitraum 1/3 weniger! Die Sauberkeit in den Unterkünften muss besser werden (hier war es das gesamte Geschirr).
