We stayed here with our 3 children in their 20’s. The layout of the villa was ideal.

For a family with children of any ages the property is ideal. Well layed out, fully equipped, close to all local amenities from the water park to the nightclub & casino and supermarkets. If there was one thing i think needs upgrading it would be the bbq, We didn't bother as it would have been impossible to cook for 5 on the existing one. A full 10/10 for Anna she could not have been more helpful from the time of booking until the day we vacated the villa.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Claudine. Anna war immer erreichbar, wenn wir etwas brauchten. Leider war es nicht so sauber. Betten waren super und sauber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Dejlig hus - Dårlig udlejer

Dejlig hus og dejlig placering, men mange problemer som ikke blev rettet. Da vi ankommer lugter der fælt i huset, kaffemaskine virker ikke, næsten ingen ting i køkkenet bl.a. kun 2 vinglas. Der kommer rengøring med rent sengetøj og håndklæder som også lugter surt, kaffemaskinen bliver lavet og vi får lidt glas og talerkener. Det værste var dog at det ene toilet ikke kunne skylle ud. ejeren kigger på det dagen efter, men det hjælper ikke. Efterfølgende prøver jeg at kontakte bureauet, men får ingen svar. Så vi må skylle ud med en spand vand hele ugen. Da medarbejderen fra bureauet kommer for at checke os ud igen, påtaler vi det, med det resultat at hun siger hun har givet prolemerne videre til chefen , og bliver sur og går! Virkelig dårlig service

Very nice villa great location

We had a lovely stay at this villa with local shop/facilities very close and the beach roughly 15 minutes walk away with kit and kids. Lots of places to eat or stay in BBQ etc. Point to note the barking dog next door was annoying at times but didn’t bother us too much. Pool was lovely and warm by lunchtime and could be used in the morning but a bit more on the chilly side. Management company were great and easy to contact on WhatsApp

Not quite what we were expecting but still good

Firstly you cannot faulty Tonja and Nela, couldn’t do enough to help and welcome us. We were delayed arriving due to our awful car hire company (don’t use centauro) but we easily kept in touch with Nela. Villa was easy to find and key was waiting for us. The property didn’t have the bath as pictured (which is now a much nicer walk in shower) which was a bit of a problem to bath our 5 month old. Nela immediately arranged for the owner to bring us a baby bath over. The property isn’t quite as modern and ‘white’ as the pictures appear but it’s very spacious, well kept and clean and the pool while a smaller than some is perfect for a dip and stays at a great temperature. The air conditioning was extremely good! Some annoyances for us - the next door neighbour has a small yappy dog which did not shut up barking right next to the villa most the time we were there, especially in the evening until about 3am! Slightly spoiled the ability to sit out and enjoy the patio, several times we all went to bed earlier rather than listen to the dog any longer. The neighhood was not quite what we expected, the hidropark has some form of party on both the Thursday nights we were there which blasted heavy bass dance music until at least 3am. Given the distance from the property it was still very audible even inside. We regularly heard other music from other villas and nearby hotels. Basically, it wasn’t the relaxing villa we’d expected. Otherwise it was about a 15 minute walk to the beach and 35 minutes to the old town. Parking on street was very easy and the villa was well equipped. We’d definitely stay in another villa managed by Tonja and Nela, maybe just not in this location for us.

Jolie villa de vacances

Jolie villa de plain pied, commerces a proximite mais plage a 15/20 mn a pied. Propriétaires charmants mais agence non recommandee car ils rajoutent des taxes apres le paiement , ne respecte pas les horaires de depart de la villa . La femme de menage nous a mis dehors alors que l agence avait accepté notre depart a midi . D autre part , quartier bruyant avec le chien des voisins qui aboie tous les soirs .

Schönes zweckmässiges Haus

Wir waren dort um nur auszuspannen...Das Haus war zweckmässig eingerichtet. Pool ok um sich abzukühlen, ausreichend Liegen vorhanden.Tonja war super erreichbar und hat sich Zeit genommen für ein kleines Schwätzchen, sehr nett.Auch der Besitzer war sofort greifbar, als,ein Sonnenschirm defekt war, wurde sofort Ersatz geliefert. Ich fand das Haus lag nicht so ruhig wie vorher beschrieben, zwar in einer Seitenstrasse, aber wenn man im Garten war, konnte man die Musik von einem grossen Hotel schon gut hören(Animation)und die Strasse war halt auch da.Aber nachts und sonst alles gut. Strand super schön weitläufig und toll für kleine Kindermann kann sehr weit rein laufen(10 Minuten zu Fuss) Gruss aus Langenfeld

Lovely villa, great location and fabulous service

The villa was spacious and clean - perfect for 2 couples or a family. The location was good with plenty of restaurants and the beach within walking distance - I would recommend having a car if you wish to go out and explore what Majorca has to offer. Tonja made us feel welcome from the start and provided us with basic amenities to get us settled and quickly provided extra pillows upon request. We had a lovely holiday and would highly recommend this villa.

Gelungener Urlaub

Die Villa ist OK und groß genug. Man kann den Strand und den Hafen zu Fuß erreichen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Auch die Erstausrüstung mit Oel, Essig usw. inkl. Chips, Cola und Muffins! Die Betreuung durch Tonja ist erstklassig! Sie hat sich fürsorglich um uns gekümmert und gute Tipps gegeben. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit. Danke.

A lovely, clean & spacious holiday villa, ideal family home from home.

Villa Claudine is a lovely, clean, well furnished and looked after property. It served very well as a home from home holiday base. It's very spacious with great facilities; i.e. washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster etc., and towels are all provided (even pool/beach towels). The beach & seafront is approximately a 10-15 minute walk away, with a few nice places to eat/shops to browse en-route! Tonja was a very pleasant and helpful host ensuring you have everything you need. Would definitely recommend this villa as a family holiday base.

Well presented and very good location

The villa is a relaxing place to stay, with a covered area just outside which was good for eating out in the shade or having breakfast in the morning, .... while the table could be moved a little to allow family members who want to sit in the sun to still do so while eating at the same time. I was pleased to find that the villa ´s air conditioning was very efective! The BBQ was just perfect for our dinner outside. The staff from the agency was very friendly through the week. The next time we return to Mallorca, this will be the first villa which we check for availability!

Ideales Ferienhaus im Hafen von Alcudia

Ein rundum komplettes Ferienhaus uns so zentral gelegen, dass man alles fussläufig erreichen kann. Der Strand von Alcudia ist wunderschön und weisser Sand soweit das Auge reicht. Wir sind von Tonja sehr herzlich mit Wein, Wasser, Obst und Snacks sehr herzlich empfangen worden und da wir bei unserer Ankunft noch kein Abendbrot gegessen hatten kam und dieser Willkommensgruss perfekt um den ersten Hunger zu stillen während Tonja uns alles erklärte. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war sie immer ansprechbar und half uns bei Fragen umgehend. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und Restaurants und Supermarkt sind gleich ums Eck. Sogar die Bushaltestelle befindet sich in ca. 400 Metern, sodass ein Auto nicht notwendig ist. wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Ferien

Wir haben 14 tolle Tage Ferien mit unseren Kindern (8 und 10 Jahre) verbracht. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und wir haben dort herrlich gefrühstückt und zu abend gegessen oder gegrillt. Der Pool ist immer für eine Erfrischung gut. Das Haus ist schön eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Neue Wasch- und Spülmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist auch super da alles fussläufig zu erreichen ist. Die Betreuung von Tonja war auch tip-top und hat uns alles erklärt und war immer erreichbar wenn wir sie gebraucht hatten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank

Perfekter unkomplizierter Urlaub

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus ! Perfekt für 6 Personen geeignet . Zentrale Wohngegend, sehr empfehlenswert auch aufgrund des Verwalters - sehr nett . Eine Einweisung sowie Tips und Tricks wurden in einem kurzen Meeting weitergegeben (Einkaufen, Strandlage, Restaurants). Ein Mietwagen ist nicht nötig, da alles sehr nahe liegt. Gerne wieder

Strandnahes und komfortables Ferienhaus

Mit unserem kleinen Jungen und einem befreundeten Pärchen verbrachten wir die erste Aprilwoche in diesem zauberhaften Häuschen. Wir hatten Glück und bis auf den Abreisetag jeden Tag Sonnenschein und sommerliches Wetter. So konnten wir unser Frühstück täglich im Freien auf der riesigen Terrasse bei herrlicher Ruhe genießen. Die Abende ließen wir bei einem Gläschen Wein und einem traumhaften Sonnenuntergang ausklingen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig. Nachdem wir unser Kind ins Bett brachten (Zimmer liegen nicht Wand an Wand und lassen Kinder ruhig schlafen und Eltern laut lachen), machten wir es uns im Häuschen gemütlich. Eine Couchecke lädt zum Faulenzen oder Fernsehschauen ein und an einem großen Tisch aßen wir jeden Abend gemeinsam (die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet). Den wunderschönen und langen Sandstrand von Alcudia mit glasklarem Wasser erreicht man zu Fuß in ca. 10min. Für Autofahrer steht ein Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Für Familien mit Kindern ist der Strand ideal, da das Wasser unter anderem seicht abfällt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im Ort ca. 200 Meter entfernt. Alles in allem: gemütlich und sehr erholsam.
