Terrible communication. Would never use again. Extra cost for bedsheets. Caused unbelievable stress.

My father had a stroke so I was never able to stay at this property and the owner refused any refund even though this was a life threatening family emergency, I am utterly disgusted. In addition on top of the expensive fee for the Villa before we even arrived we were told by the host that we had to pay 35 euros per bedroom for bed sheets otherwise we would not be provided any for the beds. Obviously we didn’t have to deal with this as I was never able to stay in the end due to the emergency. I found the host particularly unhelpful and they made the “holiday” experience completely stressful. I would never book with this host ever again. I have never had an issue with any holiday in the past and have never felt the need to write a review even if the accomodation was slightly disappointing, but this host was so difficult and unhelpful It ruined our trip. I would as h d
