Experience oceanfront living at The Breakers 307, where comfort, convenience, and location all come together. Guests often tell us they loved being able to walk everywhere—from the beach to dining, shopping, nightlife, ice cream, and even the grocery store—without ever needing their car.

Sleep comfortably in the queen-size master bed with a plush mattress topper. The kids or young adults will love the bunk beds, and the living area features a new queen sleeper sofa, making this home ideal for families of four or five.

Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen for easy meals at home, or dine out just steps away. For added convenience, our brand-new in-home washer and dryer are perfect for beach days and longer stays.

Outside, relax at the heated oceanfront pool which is open year-round, or take a short walk through the dunes to feel the sand beneath your feet!

Perfect location

I have only been to Hilton Head one other time but didn’t stay the night. This time I decided to stay and glad I did. The location is perfect for walking to the shops and restaurants. Plus the beach is also walking distance so you don’t have to worry about parking. Overall amazing will definitely be staying here again.

Location was perfect, close to shopping restaurants and right on the beach. The unit is totally remodeled and the hosts provide beach towels and chairs which is very helpful for those flying in. Also, they provided a packet which contained dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent and garbage bags. All of these extra touches are greatly appreciated. I would stay here again and recommend it to others

Alison and I have been married for 44 yrs and are from northeast Ohio which is where we raised our two, now married children. When we're not spending family vacation time on Hilton Head we're hanging out with our 6 Grandchildren every chance we get!

Well, we finally made the move to purchase a second home and what a great place to end up. Who doesn't love the ocean beaches and as a bonus, our family loves golf and tennis too!
