Nueva lavadora y secadora instalada el invierno de 2018.

Esta unidad de 3 ª planta tiene algunas de las mejores vistas en todos los interruptores. Nada dice las vacaciones como beber su café de la mañana mientras que escucha las ondas golpeó la arena apenas pies de su unidad. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama Queen, y un sofá cama en la sala de estar.

Las comodidades adicionales hacen de este un lugar verdaderamente único para vacacionar. The Breakers tiene su propia pasarela privada de acceso a la playa, y le permite ir de tener los dedos de los pies en la piscina, a los dedos de los pies en la arena en un minuto.

The balcony view was very pretty. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for our stay. We were in an ideal location for enjoying walks on the beach and Coligny Plaza.

Excellent location

Condo was very clean. The location was perfect. We could walk or bike ride wherever we wanted to go. Restaurants and shopping are right across the street.

Relaxing Getaway

This is our second trip to this group of condos. We love the convenience of the location, the great views of the ocean, and the condos have been very nice. Communication was great throughout our trip with great instructions provided through a texted link. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Fall trip

Great location, fantastic views! I wish the deck furniture was taller because we looked thru the railing at the beach. The bedroom door needed to be repaired because in order to close it, to open it made a a loud noise and we were afraid it might break. The hall closet was fantastic! I did let management know about the door and got quick response.

Location, Location, Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have just returned from a beautiful week at The Breakers #339. There are many good qualities about this unit, the location tops the list. The view is amazing and the location is convenient to everything on the island. All of the amenities needed for a stay in 339 are available. Comfortable bed, fully supplied kitchen, all linens, washer and drying beach chairs and deck chairs. The interior is in need of a deep cleaning, a fresh coat of paint and newer accessories. We enjoyed our stay, but I would not recommend it to a friend or relative nor would I lease this particular unit again unless it was properly maintained.

Nice place

The property was nice. It was close to the shops and restaurants so we easily walked to them. The view from the condo was great, having morning coffee from the balcony was my favorite. The only thing negative I can say is there wasn’t any luggage carriers so if are like us and pack a lot of stuff, then there will be many trips to the car. But there was an elevator and we got some extra exercise in,LOL, so no terrible complaint. Over all the condo was clean, convenient and perfect size for a party of 2.

Not as described, tiny with poor accommodations

Listing includes mention of bunk beds in the hallway. There are no bunk beds. Instead, the hallway has been converted to a closet. Condo is tiny. Kitchen Doesn’t have an oven or basic cooking essentials. Microwave can serve as a convection oven, if you know how to use it. No countertop space, cabinet space for food or food prep. No dinning table. Directions for opening sliding door to balcony have been torn in half, with only part remaining. Low Water pressure is like being spat on. Impossible to rinse well. Toilet can only flush once every 10-15 minutes due to the low pressure. No carts available to help with unpacking the car. Beach chairs provided contain pockets for personal items and an insulated compartment for drinks or food, but the zippers do not work on several of the chairs. Umbrella is cheap and can’t handle the wind. Mattress is sunken in and provides very little support. Linens were rough. No towel holders or hooks to let bath or beach towels air dry. Bedroom is tiny. “Queen bed” felt like a double. Bedroom faces the front of the condo toward the breeze way where children run up and down the hall giggling and screaming. All sound can be heard from bed. Parking lot is a nightmare. Overcrowded, tiny pool area. Not conducive for disabled, elderly, or wheelchair users. AC works well. Couch is comfortable. Washer/dryer work. Plenty of hot water. Great view. Nice blackout curtains. Hard to open and close but very effective. Strong shower at beach access.

Beach chairs and bikes were provided, enjoyed both. Pool is very nice & relaxing. Garbage gets picked up at 5:30, with all the noise, could be worse I guess, just annoying. Was nice to have security on scene, pleasant woman, and helpful with questions. Would recommend to others, place is older, but mostly upkept. As far as rental company, informed them I arrived 2 hours early for check in at 4. They informed me that I would have to check in at 4. When I arrived on scene, was informed that I should have been informed that I could have used property, pool area, till my room was ready. Spent 2 hours waiting in car, 90 degrees, A/C running,would have been nice to know.

Great location

The owner was kind to accommodate a 10 day Friday to Tuesday rental rather than the normal Sat to Sat term. Great location, terrific view,comfortable bed and homey feel. Instructions for TV were confusing and wrong, Took significant time to unwind. Only one trash bag so mid-clean up of dinner needed to run to store for more bags. Sunning on deck when a realtor enters to show property. I would stay again, but these simple things should be corrected.

Breakers 339

PROS Great view, easy access to the beach, very comfortable & quiet. CONS Internet sucks late afternoon & early evening it was almost nonexistent. Cable froze on us twice, you have to unplug it & wait 20 minutes for it to upload. We knew it had a stovetop, but could have used a large fry pan. It only had a 8” pan.

Convenient location but be cautious!

Convenient location to beach and shops. Even though the weather was cold, was able to have easy access to the beach and come back to the warm deck. If traveling solo, be weary!!! The security guard makes unwanted advances and doesn't understand the word no. He even shows up at the unit uninvited and doesn't leave.

The kitchen could have had a few more items. It would have been nice to have a larger skillet. The toaster oven worked well, but an oven would have been better.
