ALOHA, Thank you for considering staying in our Maui condo home at Papakea Resort.My husband and I both grew up in the Pacific Northwest and have always enjoyed travel & the outdoors. I was a flight attendant for NWA and had the opportunity to get to see the US and many other places.We chose Maui as our go to Island in Hawaii. We absolutely love Maui and Papakea Resort is our special "happy" place on earth! We enjoy traveling together on the mainland in our travel van and have found Papakea on Maui to be our favorite spot; 'our home away from home'!! Papakea has the casual life style, ocean beaches and the Aloha Spirit of the Islands. There is something to be said about doing the 'Maui Shuffle'!! It's that slow down, easy does it pace of life on Maui that keeps us coming back. We want to share our piece of paradise with you at Papakea. Papakea Resort... LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!! We became owners in the ocean front L building unit in1997. We began our journey as interval share owners in the K building at Papakea and we loved it so much that we decided to purchase our oceanfront unit as our second home. We fell in love with the property with its 13 acres of lush and beautifully maintained grounds. Our oceanfront 3 bedroom unit has been totally updated. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with plenty of cabinet space. All 3 bathrooms are finished in stone and granite. The outdoor fully extending glass sliders open up the condo to the ocean, incredible views, tropical breezes, and amazing sunsets. There is a dual Air Conditioning system in the unit including a separate master bedroom control. We love the sound of the surf and evening sunset views from our direct oceanfront lanai and master suite. Great dining out on our lanai too. Papakea's grounds are beautiful with koi ponds and putting greens, 2 pool areas, Jacuzzi spas, gas BBQ's and covered pool cabanas with bathrooms. Papakea Resort is family friendly and a very comfortable complex close to all other activities on the island of Maui. We hope you enjoy this piece of paradise as much as we do. What makes this Condo unique

Papakea is a very special resort on the ocean that is centrally located. to World class golf, restaurants and shopping which are only minutes away. The quaint town of Lahaina is less than 10 minutes by car. Papakea has the ocean beach and green manicured lawns. Koi pond, putting greens, shuffle board, tennis courts, pool cabanas, BBQ by pool. Hang out at the pool or on the lawn lounge chairs next to the ocean. Putting greens to play golf, tennis courts, shuffleboard, 2 pools with BBQ's and koi ponds on property. Very friendly front desk and Expedia services to book any activities and reservations. You can walk for miles on the beach just south of us and new boardwalk to Duke's restaurant at Hanua Kai and Whaler's Village all the way to Kaanapali Beach resorts and hotels! We are located just north of all the hotels, so it is a very relaxing place to hang out or get in the car to the many beautiful beaches to find your own piece of paradise, knowing the sunset will be waiting upon your return to your private lanai at L402. We love to walk in the morning and golf at the world class golf courses nearby,shop or sunbathe in the afternoon, chill out by the beach and BBQ in the evening. Dine on our lanai. Star gazing is also fun to do at night down on the lawn chairs!! Frog hunting by the ponds is super cool with flashlights at night. Watch the whales and sea turtles right on your lanai! This private three bedroom three bath prime forth top floor location is direct oceanfront and faces due west with fabulous sunsets and views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai. Twenty-four hours of waves to listen to and lull you to sleep. Papakea is a peaceful Hawaiian Style low rise resort situated on 13 acres right on the ocean just a short walk distance to three mile long N. Kaanapali Beach. The lushly landscaped grounds are immaculately maintained and adorned with red ginger and red palms.
