The apartment:
The 75 m2 REFLECTIONS apartment in Sitges has been renovated and redecorated in 2016 and it’s located on the second floor of a building with lift. As you enter the apartment, the bright and spacious living room with dining area welcomes you. The whole property has been decorated in a clean and comfortable style. The living room has a comfortable dining area with an extendable table where our guests can enjoy a wonderful meal.

In the living room there's a comfortable sofa with chaise-longue.

For the entertainment, the REFLECTIONS apartment offers free fiber optic wifi Internet and smart TV.

From the living area there is direct access to a balcony overlooking the quiet street below and equipped with a table and two chairs.

The modern kitchen is completely equipped with just everything necessary to feel like home, including dishwasher.

A small utility area with washing machine, iron, ironing board, etc.. is located right next to the kitchen.

The REFLECTIONS apartment offers a comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests in three double rooms.

The master bedroom suite has a double bed and a private and modern bathroom with walk in shower, shower screen, hand basin and WC.

The second bedroom has again a double bed and the third bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a pull out bed underneath.

All three bedrooms have some storage space to hang your clothes and drawers under the beds for extra storage.

There is a full second bathroom also with walk in shower to share between the second and the third bedrooms.

Central air conditioningand heating in all rooms provide a pleasant and comfortable stay throughout the whole year.

We also manage the MANDALA apartment in the same building so, booking both properties together we can accommodate up to 13 guests.

The surroundings:
The REFLECTIONS apartment is ideally located in a quiet street in the center. Due to its central location it takes only a 4-minute walk to get to the famous main beaches of Sitges.

All attractions and amenities such as cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops are also nearby. The railway station and bus stops, with frequent departures to Barcelona and El Prat International airport, are within easy walking distance. It takes about 40 minutes by train to get to downtown Barcelona, making it the perfect day trip from Sitges.

The local tourist tax is NOT included in the price. The cost of this tax is 1€ (VAT not included) per person over 16 years of age per night, for a maximum of 7 nights. This amount is payable to your greeter upon arrival at the property.

As per Catalonian regulations, all property guests must register by providing full name, passport details, and address. You can share this information before arrival or on check-in day. All guests must present identification documents and will need to sign the tourist rental agreement. Thank you for your cooperation.

Any check-in later than 9pm has an extra cost of 40€.

Damage deposit collected by credit card on your arrival date (unless otherwise agreed in advance) to entitle us to charge you up to 300€ in the unlikely event of finding any issue when we visit the property after your check out.
