Generally speaking, the flat was as described. However, on arrival the electric sockets were fused owing to a faulty storage heater. This was resolved by the property company promptly. Although clean, the property could benefit from some redecoration and better heaters. That said, we would definitely stay again. It was perfect for the beach, town, shops and pub. Thank you.

A perfect location to stay, approximately 15 minutes walk to Aldeburgh town centre and seafront. A lovely compact apartment for 2, nicely decorated and furnished.All very clean and in a quiet location.

Ideal base

The property was easy to find , and the people we spoke to in the area were friendly and helpfull . A nice 12min walk to the sea front and the property. Had plenty of tourist attraction brochures. The property is an ideal base to explore the area and we even had a new fridge fitted on day one. Plenty of car parking and nice touches like washing up liquid provided and plenty of coat hangers etc. Local tesco 2 mins away . Overall a nice relaxing base for a stunning area
