CASA PIEDRA MALLORCA

Lovely, quiet and cozy villa with private pool and BBQ.

Excellent location in residential area of Son Ferrer next to Port Adriano (Calvià), 5min from the beach, golf and shops. It has private parking inside.
Ideal for families with children or groups of friends.

The Villa has a large terrace with porch around the whole house with private pool and BBQ.

It has 3 bedrooms (3 with double bed), living / dining room with TV and free Wi-Fi.
Complete bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning hot / cold throughout the house.

Bed linen and a set of 2 towels (big & little) per person are included.
If your stay is longer than 7 nights, we will provide you an extra set of towels and additional bed linen without any extra cost.

On the terrace/porch there is a dining area and another to relax with sofas and a chill out area.

The pool is private and has sunbeds for sunbathing. There is a solarium area with great views.

On request we can provide baby cots and other additional services without any costs.

Check-in and check-out are flexible if it's possible.
In high season check-in would be from 16h and check-out at 10h maximum.

A perfect taste of Spain

The property was a little gem…. Great location.. minutes from the beaches. And the pool was just perfect. Central air-conditioning made for an enjoyable sleep. Great house for a great price!!!

Ideal Holiday Villa

The communication with Manuel was excellent throughout our stay. The villa is charming and situated in a quiet neighbourhood but is close to shops and amenities. All in all highly recommended. A car is essential for exploring the island.

Lovely stay and great host

We've just stayed at this property and absolutely loved it. Manuel was so helpful with suggesting things to do and places to go around the area. The villa is central and approx. 20min bus ride to busy areas of Santa Ponsa and Palma Nova. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend. Thanks Manuel.

Outstanding vacation home!

We truly enjoyed our stay. It was five adults but there’s was plenty of room for us. We used the outdoor grill for dinners, used the pool on lazy days, explored all the close by beaches and more! I do recommend a rental car for the exploring of this beautiful island. We would not hesitate to come back and stay at this lovely home again! Great communication and super nice host that recommended some excellent places to dine. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home!

geat place to stay, clean an cosy

we stayed there in september. It will be even better during summer when you can really use the terrasse and the pool. But for us it was enough as we played golf. Also nice to stay there with kids. Everything was well organized and Manuel cared about us. Any time again.

Perfect Retreat for a Relaxing Getaway

We had an amazing stay at this wonderful holiday home! The house is a perfect retreat, fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. It’s a peaceful place where you can truly relax and unwind. Despite the quiet surroundings, it's centrally located, with a beautiful beach just a short distance away. Communication with Manuel was seamless—he was incredibly accommodating, even going out of his way to adjust our booking when our flight plans changed. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to return!

Great Villa

We stayed for 10 nights in this outstanding villa , which has everything you need for a very enjoyable stay , 3 terrific bedrooms a beautiful bathroom and a comfortable lounge and not forgetting a lovely pool which is ideal for cooling off Check in was smooth with Manuel sending instructions as how to access the villa a few days beforehand. Manuel was in regular contact as to which restaurant or beach to visit in the surrounding area and his advice was very useful indeed Overall we had a great visit at this beautiful villa and should we head back to Mallorca again i would certainly stay here again

Beautiful villa in great location

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa! Everything was very beautiful and clean. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything we needed. The kids loved the pool a lot and it was very private. The location is also great, very close to beautiful small beaches or if you prefer, Magaluf Beach is also only a 10 minute drive. The communication with our host was excellent and he gave us very useful ideas about what to do on the island. Thank you Manuel! We highly recommend the villa and would come back anytime!

Great Holiday Villa

Just got back today from our lovely holiday. The villa exceeded our expectations, being modern and well equipped. A great roof terrace that has the sun all day and a welcoming pool to cool off in. In the evening, there is a nice and comfortable seating area to relax in. The location is great for exploring the surrounding resorts and very quiet at night. Perfect for recharging your batteries. The owner, Manuel, couldn't be more helpful and keen to make sure you have a good experience. The next time we go to Mallorca, we would stay again.

Stay at Casa Piedra

We really enjoyed our stay here. Casa Piedra is well situated in a quiet residential area, within a short drive of many pretty villages and beach resorts. The house itself is encircled by lovely gardens with lemon trees and many outside seating areas to enjoy the weather. There is also enough space to park your car inside the property securely behind gates. Inside, the house was very well kept and spacious enough for us, with three double bedrooms, a nicely renovated shower room, a well-equipped kitchen and a comfy lounge to relax in the evening. Our host Manual was very responsive and helpful, answering all of our questions on sightseeing and the local area. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks again, Manuel!

Highly recommended place to stay!

Well located within a quiet and safe residential area close to a good range of amenities, eateries and coast. A car is recommended if you want to venture beyond San Ferrer. Our host Manu was exceptionally helpful and friendly and quickly attend to any queries we had about the property and Mallorca life before and during our stay. He also checked all was ok with the property during our stay via What’s App. Property well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Outside area and pool beautiful, tranquil, private and well tended by a friendly handy man. Lots of shady and sunny spots to enjoy. Highly recommended for couples young and old or families. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit the island, which says it all! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Süßes Chalet mit 3 Schlafzimmern

Süßes Chalet mit 3 Schlafzimmern und einem Wohnzimmer sowie Küche und kleinem Badezimmer. Wir waren mit unserem Kleinkind dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Küche war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Da wir Mitte November dort waren, konnten wir den Pool leider nicht ausprobieren. Die vorhandene Waschmaschine war sehr praktisch und die Wäsche trocknete schnell auf der Dachterrasse. Die Klimaanlage war großartig. Wenn wir es kalt oder warm wollten, hat sie dies schnell getan. Etwa 12 Gehminuten entfernt befand sich EROSKI für den täglichen Bedarf an Lebensmittel. Ansonsten gibt es nicht sonderlich viel zu sehen in der näheren Umgebung, aber durch den gemieteten Mietwagen war dies kein Problem. Die Anlage wurde alle zwei Tage gepflegt. Eine super schöne Insel. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch in der Nebensaison zu empfehlen.

Schöne Familien Auszeit

Wir haben 6 wunderschöne Tage auf dieser sehr schön authentisch eingerichteten Finca verbracht. Das Haus hat alles , was man für den gelungeneren Urlaub braucht , ist sehr sauber und schön renoviert . Besonders schön ist die Terrasse , die voll in den grünen Garten mit Zitronenbäumen eingebettet ist . Wir hatten das Auto gemietet , und konnten sehr schnell alles erreichen , aber zu Fuß geht es auch sehr gut . Bis zu nächsten Strand El Torro ca 1,8 km zu laufen , davon 2/3 eine schöne Promenade voller Blumen rechts und links . Da ist man auch gleich am Porto Adriano . Und Manuel ist ein wirklich toller Gastgeber , der sich viel und mit Herz um seine Gäste kümmert😊 Vielen lieben Dank !

Die Finca ist super sauber und schön. Besonders die Außenanlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen - die Zitronenbäume sind wunderschön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls super.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt im Frühling

Wir haben mit fünf Freundinnen fünf tolle Tage in dem Chalet verbracht. Es ist wirklich fast alles so, wie die Bilder und die Beschreibung es vermuten lassen. Die Küche ist mit Gläsern, Geschirr und Besteck gut ausgestattet. Der Außenbereich ist schön angelegt und gut gepflegt. Alle zwei Tage kommt jemand um sich ganz diskret darum zu kümmern. Ganz besonders haben uns die vielfältigen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen gefallen.Die Insel lässt sich von dort aus gut mit dem Auto erkunden. Wie schon oft beschrieben ist Manuel ein wirklich toller, fürsorglicher Gastgeber, der auch unaufgefordert viele Tipps bereithält und nahezu immer per WhatsApp erreichbar ist. Vielen Dank dafür!

Tolles Feriendomizil

Wir waren mit zwei Kindern hier und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, gepflegt und liegt in Son Ferrer sehr ruhig. Man gelangt von hier aus sehr schnell in umliegende Orte, an tolle Strände (Portals Vells) oder zur Autobahn. Manuel hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert. Ob Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele, er hilft immer und schnell! Deshalb wollen wir auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Danke für alles!
