This Large luxury apartment, located in the Amathus area of Limassol. It sleeps 5/6 guests comfortably and is spacious with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in this very pretty and popular area of Limassol.
We also have a 3 seater Sofa bed in the lounge, that opens to become a double bed.
The apartment is Air conditioned throughout, we also have ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the lounge, and has been furnished to a high standard in a comfort style.

The master bedroom and lounge lead out on to the large spacious veranda for relaxing and enjoying an afternoon drink in the afternoon sun.

Bayview is a very quite residential complex, ideal for young families or couples and is located 2 minutes walking from the beach, restaurants and bars. Its an ideal location opposite the wedding venue hotels, Elias, Le Meridian, St Raphael and Grand Resort.

The communal pool and mature gardens are beautifully maintained throughout the year

Bayview Terrace review

Great location. Pool and garden were amazing. Close walk to the beach, coffee shop and souvlaki shop which we loved and visited often during our stay. Car rental company close by. Great to have air conditioning in every room and large balcony area.

Well equipped apartment in a great location!

Very nice apartment in a great location with a lovely swimming pool. All appliances worked well, especially the air conditioning, which is very important in Cyprus in the summer. Communication with the host Ian was very easy and efficient. Would definitely stay again!

Met our needs

The location was perfect for us but is quite a distance from Limassol. Beds on arrival weren’t clean or made up. We had an issue and did not have any water for 5 days. I feel this could have been resolved sooner. Overall the 2 months we stayed here it met our needs. Apartment was well equipped and a good size with a fantastic balcony with sea view.

l'appartement est situé le long de l'autoroute, il y a du bruit tout le temps ! la propreté laisse aussi à désirer ; l'annonce n'est pas conforme à la réalité ; nous sommes très déçu . the apartment is located along the highway , there is noise all the time !! cleanliness leaves something to be desired , the ad does not correspond to reality , we are very disappointed !

Stunning Bayview

Wonderful from start to finish, Great communication from the Host. Apartment didnt dissapoint, light, airey and comfortable. Huge terrace with loungers, table chairs etc. Overlooking immaculate gardens and pool area. Good location, short walk to a clean sandy beach, great beach bar to serving good food and drink. All in all a great holiday location, we will be back!!!

Sehr gemütlich. Mit eigenem Pool, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben als Familie. Leider fast kein Meerblick, weil große Blöcke dazwischen gebaut wurden. Strand in Laufweite. Aber zwei stark befahrene Straßen in der Nähe. Sauber, bis auf das Geschirr, welches die Gäste selbst spülen.

AC, Parking, and WiFi

The property was clean and while we stayed there it was quiet. There are some restaurants that are an easy walk from the location and a small grocery store which can cover some immediate basics. The property manager, Mandy, is very responsive to any problems you may have and it is resolved quickly. Sometimes the fuse box in the hallway will trip the fuse for the living room AC and you just need to flip the switch. It is not a big deal but you just need to be aware of it so you don’t think the AC does not work. There were four of us in the apartment so having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is very convenient.

Perfect flat for a summer holidays close to the beach

We had a perfect holiday week. The area is quiet and nice, and the flat is very close to the beach, only 3-4 minutes walk to Malindi Beach with nice sunbeds and restaurant. We can highly recommend this flat for future guests.

Very nice apartment in an excellent location

The apartment is in a very good condition with a great location, the complex is very quite and clean, the pool is in very good condition and well maintained. The apartment have almost everything, it just need an oven and a coffee maker will be a plus. the bus station is just few minutes walk and so the beach. Mandy the lady who take care of the property is very kind and helpful, we had enjoy our stay and we will try to stay again there in the future.
