This charming chalet in Biniaraix, in the midst of the Tramuntana Mountains is perfect for 5 people. This amazing mountain cottage is set in the village of Biniaraix and counts with a nice terrace where you can prepare a tasty barbecue. Lay down on one of the four loungers and enjoy a lazy afternoon. There are no direct neighbors so you will enjoy from privacy.
After a day full of activities you can sit down on the sofa in the living room, watch a film on the satellite-TV or enjoy a good book next to the fireplace. The open kitchen is fully equipped, including a gas hob and a dining table. Besides, there's a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
There are two bedrooms; one counts with a double bed and the second is a triple room offering a 135cm x 190cm bed and a bunk bed. Both come with fan and wardrobe. The tripe room has a small ceiling window. There's one shower bath. Besides, this house works with solar cells and an alternator.
The village of Biniaraix is set in the middle of the Tramuntana Mountains, declared as a World Culture Heritage in 2011 by Unesco. It is located in the Sóller valley where you can explore nice trekking and cycling routes. Furthemore, it is recommendable to visit the towns of Sóller, Valldemossa, Banyalbufar and Fornalutx. The next sand beach,supermarkets and restaurants are in Puerto de Sóller, 13 km away. Mind that the access road to the house is non-asphalted and it is a winding road. We recommend a small car.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season.
