The villa with an excellent view of the sea, inserted in the Mediterranean scrub, is located in a small tourist residence with white beaches, granite rocks and crystal clear sea. The house is about 200 meters from the sea. The house, on several levels, has 3 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, fireplace, two toilets, double covered terrace, free wireless Internet access, air conditioning, satellite TV, washing machine, barbecue and outdoor shower.

The house is located about 50 Km from Cagliari (and its relative ELMAS airport) and can be reached through the scenic and scenic coastline (SP 17) overlooking the southeast coast of Sardinia. Another solution is the new SS 125, which is fast-moving.

Guests can enjoy all the amenities listed. The residence also features a shared swimming pool, which is currently closed for renovations until 2026. There is also a shared tennis/soccer court.
