First Time to Tenerife

The apartment was very clean, has a nice kitchen along with a washing machine for clothes & is very well located. Close to the beach, shopping, grocery stores & restaurants. The Roja Square is where all the local families gather in the evening to socialize & let their kids play is right across the street. Grab some gelato, sit on a bench & enjoy the Tenerife lifestyle.

Great central apartment

Juan met us as we arrived, welcomed us with a bottle of wine then showed us around. The apartment is in a good central location really close to the beach. Médano is a lovely quiet place. We’ll be back.

Vacances idéales

Le logement est très propre et bien équipé, à proximité d'une grande plage et de nombreux commerces, idéalement situé pour visiter l'île. Les propriétaires sont charmants et très accueillants, ils ont été très patients malgré notre arrivée tardive. Le soleil, la mer, des paysages magnifiques , un dépaysement total au coeur de l'hiver. Merci encore Juan. A louer sans hésiter

A delightful holiday in El Medano

We had a perfect laid back holiday at Juan's apartment in El Medano. The apartment contained everything we needed, it was very comfortable and extremely well equipped. Juan met us at the apartment and was most helpful, putting himself at our disposal during our stay. The apartment is only moments from the charming market square where we strolled each evening, window shopping at the independent shops and boutiques full of character and enticing goods. There are also numerous restaurants to choose from. The beaches were also less than five minutes walk from the apartment.

Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt

Das Appartement ist hell, großzügig und liebevoll engerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich für seinen Urlaub nur wünschen kann. Es befindet sich in einer bevorzugten Lage von El Medano. Der Vermieter ist jederzeit ansprechbar, sodass auch die Übergabe reibungslos verlief. TV gibt es nur auf Spanisch, aber wir kamen erstaunlicherweise auch sehr gut ohne aus. Danke Juan, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Bello e accogliente

Juan è stato molto cordiale e simpaticissimo. Il posto si trova appena fuori dalla parte turistica della città (meno rumore) ma a due passi si trovano un piccolo negozio, dei bar, una gelateria e dei buonissimi ristoranti. L'appartamento ha tutto quello che una persona necessita e il tutto è molto pulito e ordinato.

Propietario y lugar muy preciosos

Juan est une personne très cordiale et aimable à l'écoute de ses locataires. Malgré notre arrivée tardive et je m'en excuse encore, Juan a été très compréhensif et nous attendait avec un présent de bienvenue. Son appartement est très confortable et très propre, il ne manque rien et nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. El Médano est vraiment un endroit charmant avec de belles plages et de nombreux commerces. Nous avons adorés et un très grand merci à Juan pour son accueil et sa disponibilité

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

El Médano is a place I always went to spend short seasons, or beach days. I always took the opportunity to enjoy some good fresh shrimp, a few chipirones, eat good fresh fish from the area...
I came across this house almost by accident, and I thought it was fantastic. So I bought it, completely rehabilitated it and equipped it to enjoy it myself. Some friends asked me to rent for a weekend, and one thing led to the other ...
And here I am, renting it frequently, to friends, of course.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The property is very close to everything, right on the front line. You park the car and you do not use it again all the time you spend in the house. On the other hand, it is very close to everything: from the access to the El Teide National Park, the most picturesque hiking trails, walks along the sea ... I need to walk daily, and the area has ample walks by the sea. Sometimes I walk to Pelada, a forgotten cove (and less bad, because thanks to that is a beach wonder to which we go only a few).
