About Sarah Hall

The property has been in the family since the early 1960's, it was one of the first homes built on the lake.

Sarah Hall purchased this house in 2015

Why Sarah Hall chose Bellingham

Peace and tranquility describes what I find most appealing about the setting. Looking out over the shimmering lake simply can't be beat. There is a vast array of birds including resident Eagles and cranes as well a beaver or two just down Friday Creek. A silky quiet kayak ride down the creek or bike round around the lake are special events we do most every time up in early summer. Take the SUPs for an evening paddle is a favorite among all.

What makes this house unique

We offer amenities for all ages both for both inside and outside: games, cards, toys, train sets, books, puzzles, horseshoes, beach toys, and the lawn game Kubb.

Cozy lake house

  • 5 of 5

We truly enjoyed our stay! My family and I spent Christmas here and the house was great, with a cozy fireplace and beautiful view of the lake.

Beautiful cozy house perfect for friends and families.

  • 5 of 5

We planned a small friend/family reunion and we absolutely loved this house! The view of the lake was amazing to wake up to, and the living room was cozy with the fireplace. Even though it was in December and it was a bit cold to take advantage of the kayaks and paddle boards, we had some great brisk walks, had two eagle sightings, and got to spend a lot of time cooking together and playing games. I definitely recommend this spacious house that was big enough to feel we weren't stepping on each other's toes, and still feel cozy and social around the kitchen and living room. The owners were very responsive and easy to coordinate with. We'll definitely be back!

A Must stay!

  • 5 of 5

I like to thank these owners for such a lovely Expereince! The views had a very nice and cozy feel...I love the quality linen and the small yet thought out touch...the living room chairs had a historical charm and loved the idea that we had something for all to do! Very clean and warm! I had a VRBO owner cancel on me the day before Thanksgiving (was my birthday as well)...VRBO and owner open this home to me in no time...I thank you and will be back! By the way...rarely do I rent from someone that has a housekeeper live-in. The housekeeper lived in another story (totally separate)...but never saw them during my 4 day stay. Very private! Loved it! Great time with the family

  • 5 of 5

Very nice house on the lake. Stayed with our daughter, her husband and our grandson and we all enjoyed the house. Plenty of room, nice kitchen, great deck overlooking the lake. Plenty of toys in the house and on the beach to keep our 3 year old grandson busy and happy. Nice sunset views. Kayaks and paddle boards. Covered parking for our 2 cars was great. Very comfortable and had a great stay. Huge fridge and freezer. Cooked numerous meals for ourselves and guests. Ate on the large deck with electric awnings a number of times.

fun place on quiet lake

  • 5 of 5

It was a lovely home on a quiet street and quiet lake. It was clean and comfortable and was also very near I-5 which gave you fast access. One complaint, and it is minor, is there is only 1 bathroom, albeit a very large bathroom, for the entire house with 4 bedrooms.

There is a couple, caretakers, who live in the lower level. We never heard them and seldom saw them, so have no worries about sharing the home with others.

Wonderful times swimming and playing

  • 5 of 5

It was great to swim, kayak, and play at the beach everyday. So awesome to pick the ripe blackberries along the road on our daily walks! Can't wait to come again!
