About Sarah Hall

The property has been in the family since the early 1960's, it was one of the first homes built on the lake.

Sarah Hall purchased this house in 2015

Why Sarah Hall chose Bellingham

Peace and tranquility describes what I find most appealing about the setting. Looking out over the shimmering lake simply can't be beat. There is a vast array of birds including resident Eagles and cranes as well a beaver or two just down Friday Creek. A silky quiet kayak ride down the creek or bike round around the lake are special events we do most every time up in early summer. Take the SUPs for an evening paddle is a favorite among all.

What makes this house unique

We offer amenities for all ages both for both inside and outside: games, cards, toys, train sets, books, puzzles, horseshoes, beach toys, and the lawn game Kubb.

Quiet lake holiday

  • 5 of 5

We went with 4 kids and 2 adults. The house was a bit dated but everything worked and it was well appointed. The lake was VERY shallow (chest deep I’m 5’11”) but warm and refreshing to swim in.

There are lots of lake toys that we used every day! The lake has little bass and the kids had a blast fishing off the dock.

All in all a great time there. We were there for 6 nights and wish it was longer. We’ll go back!

Well-stocked, amply sized house right on the lake

  • 5 of 5

With two young children (ages 4-1/2 and 2-1/4), our family group of six wanted a house right on the water----which is what this property provides. The lake is shallow at this end, therefore warmer than normal in the Pacific Northwest. Lots of water equipment provided: kayaks; paddleboards; innertubes; children's toys outside and in. The kitchen is also stocked with small but adequate amounts of necessities like flour, ketchup, foil----so you don't have to run to the store for one forgotten item. Only one bathroom, which is on the main floor: not a problem for our group. Three bedrooms up a spiral staircase, which our kids were just old enough to negotiate on their own. Fans and awnings to control heat and stuffiness: might not have been enough upstairs had the weather been consistently hot (which it was not). All in all, a lovely stay.

Perfect Lake House

  • 5 of 5

Location was perfect. Low key place to stay, awesome lake frontage. There is a couple living below, but that was not a problem, we didn't notice. In fact, it was handy having them down there a couple times when we had questions. Good deal. Would easily come again!

Wonderful stay by the lake

  • 5 of 5

We loved it and will definitely coming back. It was perfect with the easy access to the lake with the kayaks and a big lawn for the kids to play on. Well kept house and property.

Great location, on the lake with plenty of room for the family

  • 5 of 5

We had a great stay at Seven Cedars. The location was great at the south end of the lake. The house was well furnished and stocked enough for our needs. Three bedrooms are up a narrow spiral staircase, which was fine for us, but could be an issue with less mobile guests. Although there is only one bathroom, it is large with two sinks allowing two to get ready at one time. We enjoyed using the SUPs to paddle around the lake and just sitting on the dock. I only wish we had more time to just hang out at the house and enjoy the lake. I will definitely book here again when I'm in the area with family. Thank you.

Always great

  • 5 of 5

Our stay #3 (or is it #4) was just as great as ever. We'll be back! The only negative is that we did not have longer to stay on the lake. Thanks!
