Una estancia espaciosa y única en 5 hermosos acres en la ciudad

Este gran apartamento es el nivel inferior de la casa principal. Está completamente separado con su propia entrada y un control deslizante que se abre al área del patio. Nos complace compartir el acceso al resto de nuestra hermosa propiedad. Es un gran lugar para pasar el rato y divertirse con muchas áreas disponibles para juegos de jardín o pasar el rato junto al fuego.

El alquiler está bellamente remodelado y es muy espacioso pero acogedor. Ambas habitaciones tienen camas queen, más una tercera área para dormir con un sofá IKEA que se convierte en una cama queen. La zona de cocina / sala de estar de concepto abierto es ideal para familias y grupos pequeños. La cocina no incluye una estufa / horno, pero hemos incluido electrodomésticos para que sea fácil cocinar comidas simples. Estos incluyen un quemador de inducción, un horno / tostador de convección de encimera, plancha, olla de cocción lenta, microondas y un pequeño horno tostador. La cocina incluye un fregadero completo, un refrigerador del tamaño de un apartamento y mucho espacio en el mostrador. Además hay acceso a la parrilla. Orgullosamente ofrecemos café tostado localmente y tés mezclados localmente.

Loni y yo vivimos en el nivel superior de la casa y tenemos nuestras propias entradas y la cubierta superior. La mayoría de las veces estaremos disponibles para recibir ayuda, preguntas o incluso un chat. Entendemos si le gusta su privacidad y haremos todo lo posible para respetarlo, pero si desea elegir un cerebro local, siempre estamos felices de compartir una bebida juntos.

Nuestro vecindario está convenientemente ubicado para estar cerca de muchas opciones. Estamos a 4. 5 millas del centro de Bellingham, a 1 milla del lago Whatcom y el lago Toad, y cerca de la autopista Mt Baker Hwy para acceder a las actividades de montaña. Además, hay parques y senderos cercanos para caminatas, caminatas y ciclismo de montaña. Somos muy afortunados de tener 5 acres tan cerca en la ciudad. Es nuestro pequeño oasis en el medio del barrio.

What a great, cozy, spacious place for our family to celebrate graduation weekend! It has everything you need with great and responsive hosts. Only 6 minutes to Whatcom Falls and about 15-20 minutes to downtown Bellingham and WWU.

The property was beautiful, 5 acres that included a live stream, a forested area and a pond. Wildlife was abundant. The host was friendly and helpful. The only real issue was making a reservation, which I blame on VRBO. The dates we thought we reserved were not what we ended up with. We decided to use our reservation anyway and stayed in a motel the first two nights. I would caution future users to review the amenities carefully to ensure the appliances they need are available

Second stay at this property. Great hosts, location, and property (inside and out). We like being close to Lake Padden, Whatcom Falls Park, and all the downtown breweries and restaurants. All of my comments still apply from my review a year ago. Highly recommend. Thanks again Alana and Loni!

The property is pretty, has all you need for a nice and comfortable stay.Unfortunately the laundry room, bathroom and one of the bedrooms had a strong cigar smell :( and for non-smoke family as mine was very annoying.

Great location!

Cozy place with excellent hosts who provided everything and more. I really appreciated the local coffee beans and coffee grinder! They went above and beyond with the delicious local hard cider! Close to the water, great neighborhood, I definitely recommend this place.

Serene and beautiful property.

The house was warm and inviting with a gas "wood burning" stove. We were able to enjoy a small group of old friends, even though the kitchen is relatively small, as we gathered together at the beautiful and spacious dining room table. As advertised, there is no stove top or oven, but plenty of electric appliances to make cooking easy. Alana was very welcoming and easy going. We really enjoyed our interactions with her. We loved sitting in the living room enjoying the view of lovely apple trees that were in bloom. The remodeled bathroom is beautiful and the bedrooms were quite comfortable. We would definitely rent this property again.

Great spot, great hosts

Very comfortable stay, three beds, nice couches, outdoor fireplace on a great piece of property. Host welcomed us with cider and was attentive but not intrusive. Would definitely stay here again.

Great family hideout while visiting

Loved this location for my wife, 2 sons and I. It was much more relaxing than a hotel and everyone had space. Great hosts!

Easy access comfort

Comfortable bed and furniture, cool artwork, very friendly and responsive hostesses. (This vrbo works well if you have a walker, providing it folds up side to side. Otherwise you won’t have access to the kitchen area or living room seating.)

Very nice, owners very helpful

Cute cozy clean basement apartment. The grounds are very nice for walking, and quite extensive. We had a lot of rain so could not take much advantage of it. Also, we were not in the place very much because we were mostly there to visit family. But as a place to lay our heads each night it was very nice. The location was perfect for us.

Wonderful Stay!

Our stay here was incredible. The walkable trails around the property were a nice bonus to explore with my coffee in the mornings. The space is the lower floor, so if some puppy gallumphing and tiny human pitter patters will greatly irritate you, you may want to find another location, but they are very upfront about this. We had minor issues with some of the kitchen appliances, but the renters were very responsive to all issues. Was VERY close to almost everything on the list of things we wanted to see in and around Bellingham. Overall, incredible location!

Wonderful Stay in Bellingham

Highly recommend! This was one of our favorite vacation rentals by far. The property is beautiful and the rental was great, very comfy beds and sofa area! Alana was so friendly and very helpful in providing info on hiking trails and good restaurants in the area. Her complimentary hard cider was delicious and a wonderful bonus. We will definitely be back!

Just what we were looking for and more

Very accommodating to our needs. A lovely place to spend a fall weekend with our young Adult children. Carving pumpkins and utilizing the great outdoor space was just what we needed. Then we were offered the most amazing local cider and found a new favorite place to add to our collection of faves in BHam! We will be back!

Fantastic Property!

We really enjoyed our time at Bed and Brew and wished we could have stayed longer! Such a peaceful and beautiful property and Alana and Loni truly thought of everything to make our stay great. So many extra touches that we appreciated (coffee, delicious cider, a nice grill to use, washer and dryer, fabulous outdoor area). If ever back in this area, we would choose this again without hesitation!

Great property, location, and hosts!

A wonderful month-long stay! The property is well appointed and clean with a nice layout and large living area space. It is on a large, wooded lot where you were guaranteed to see deer and other wildlife daily from the back porch or on walks through adjacent neighborhoods. The location was perfect for us as a base to explore lakes, parks, restaurants, breweries, and hikes in Bellingham or neighboring towns. Proximity to Lake WhatCom and it’s large park was ideal for walks with our dogs. A big difference maker for us were the hosts, Alana and Loni. From making lists of recommendations based on our “likes” to having cider or cocktails on the back porch, they were perfect hosts! Having friendly and engaging Bellingham experts close by is an advantage we absolutely appreciated. We would highly recommend this property and hope to make it back next summer.

Loni and I have always loved to travel. What we love most about traveling is being able to experience the life and culture of each area that we visit. When we are not traveling, we love to open our home to family and friends and have hosted several events. This got us thinking that our home is a perfect set up for the traveling adventurer such as ourselves.

Plus we are pet lovers and are always happiest when we can take them with us. We have 3 dachshunds (Rolo, Bella and Beans) and a beautiful cat (Cece). They have lots of personality and entertain us regularly. This is why we have decided to be pet friendly with our rental. As long as your pet is house broken, friendly and adorable they are welcome!

We purchased our property from family and it has been in the family for many years. It has 5 park like acres and there have been many celebrations and good times had on it. Our friends and family have often said we should host a B&B. It finally sunk in and got us thinking...

Our home is conveniently two separate levels. After a beautiful remodel we turned the lower half into a gorgeous and comfortable rental. You may be wondering "Why Bed n Brew?" While we weren't interested in providing breakfast, we don't do anything without our morning coffee so we decided to provide guests with locally roasted coffee and locally blended teas.

Additionally, Bellingham is quickly becoming a beer connoisseur destination. With several breweries up and running and more on the way, it makes this little town a fun location to taste craft beers. We are happy to share our knowledge of the local beer industry and direct people to experiencing the best Bellingham has to offer.
