The Casina Lorenzana
LA CASINA,
RUSTIC ANTICO FINALLY RENOVATED IN OPEN SPACE.
La Casina combines ancient Tuscan style with our personal taste for modern materials. It is an old fully rebuilt carriage where every detail is extremely well cared for.
The interior is an open space of 90 sqm with mezzanine, so divided:
- Ground floor living room with central fireplace, fully equipped kitchen Lube (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and corner hood), bathroom with large shower and slate wall.
- On the mezzanine there is the bedroom with tatami and oak bedside tables.
Outside two verandas, one of 15sqm on the main entrance side and a 25sqm on the back of the house.
The house is sandblasted brickwork, an outdoor garden of 1250mq, a dozen fruit trees, an overgrowth poplar, a dozen cypress trees and other trees.
The floor heating is powered by a pellet heater, the chestnut, steel, Tuscan mezzanine and antique tiles,
The natural oiled oak flooring throughout the house including the bathroom, the Brazilian wooden fixtures, white lacquered.
The location is in Lorenzana, 20 km from the sea, on the first hills behind Livorno.

The landscape is very beautiful.

In keinster Weise zufriedenstellend!Ein, ansonsten privat genutztes Haus, wird hier vermietet! Man lebt zwischen vielen privaten Gegenständen!Ein Sammelsurium an Lebensmittel, Geschirr, Pfannen( hier keine wirklich intakt),Aluminium Besteck, kaputte, alte Handtücher, Kosmetikartikel, Kleidung……..Die Matratze war nicht nur schmutzig sondern ekelhaft.Diese wurde nach massiver Reklamation gewaschen!Unter einem Swimmingpool stellt man sich etwas einladendes vor. Auf dem Grundstück sind viele Gegenstände, die eigentlich entsorgt gehören!Die Treppe ins Schlafzimmer ist ohne Geländer und nicht gesichert und bei 70 cm Stufenbreite gefährlich.Dieses Haus, für diesen Preis können wir nicht weiter empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Fotos gezeigt. Der Empfang durch den Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, und die Kommunikation bei Fragen oder Problemen schnell, unkompliziert und hilfreich. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
