Home was perfect for a little friend and family reunion. We had plenty of room. The kids had toys to play with and the hot tube was an amazing bonus at the end of the day. Kitchen was stocked with all you would need to cook! Everything was clean and the host was great at communicating. We would definitely stay again if we are down that way

Everything was as described and very nice. The SHARC passes were a huge hit. The hot tub very relaxing. It worked great for our family of 14. We would stay here again

The home was good. We had two complications. One minor and fixed quickly. The other very troubling. We encountered a strong gas smell at the lower entry way. We contacted property management and they said we should vacate the house and she would send gas company people asap. We followed directions but we had an almost two hour wait and it was almost three hours before we were cleared to reenter. This was very stressful and we were over tired and eaten up by mosquitos while we waited. With two children who usually head early to bed, the late night meant we lost the next morning as well. The problem was that the vent from the water heater expelled the gas smell right into the entry/carport area. This happened every time the hot water hearter functioned. The gas company said it was not any threat because it was just venting and there was no actual flamable gas coming out. However, the upset, especially to the littles and their parents was very unfortunate. I would strongly suggest the vent system be moved to vent either upward through the roof or outward to a side of the garage where people do not walk. Venting even just the smell right at the entry door and garage door means that anytine an entry or exit that happens at the same time as the water heater vents it would mean that another family might lose part of a night's sleep or portion of a day. Good house, hard experience. Please change the vent.

Great location near the river. Bedrooms are nice with very comfortable mattresses. Kitchen is well stocked with cookware. Bikes were provided, especially one with a bike trailer.Overall a great place for family, will definitely return. One minor issue was the lower rack of the dishwasher which kept going off the rail.

Family ski weekend

Very good place for our group of eight guys ( a family ski weekend). The house was ckean, well furnished, and provided plenty of space for us to spread out.

Great Home

Great home with tons of space for everybody! The extra toys for the little one was a bonus. Hot tub is always great and the 3 bedrooms for our large party was perfect to have. Host was very attentive and appreciated the check ins.

Great Family Gathering Place

We enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to spread out and the bedroom configuration for 14 of us was just right.. Hot tub was well maintained and up to temperature upon arrival. Close to the river. Would definately stay here again. Some small repairs and updates needed, but overall a good value.

Amazing weekend in the woods

Spacious house with plenty of room for our girls weekend trip. Amazing views, quiet neighborhood to just get away. Close to town for day time activities. We would definitely stay here again! Loved it!!

Family Fun

Fourteen of us -ages 7 thru 82. Wonderful home for a crowd. Comfortable and private. Super location-biking to river and aquatic center. We loved it!

Needed

Stairs railing upto front deck were falling off, cld maintenance and someone was out ot fix the next day. Fying pans were so scratched teflon was mostly gone, detrimental to your health, need to be replaced!!! Garbage from prev renters was torn up and all over where cans are...you need more cans and bungee cords to hold on lids. Rodents were having a blast.

Easy check in/check out instructions, close to Mt. Bacheor and Bend. Clean and tidy, comfy beds. Great place to stay.

New Year's Ski weekend

We and our adult children and our three grandchildren spent four nights at the property. The property was an excellent set up for our group of 10. We enjoyed the hot tub. The downstairs was perfect for our three grandchildren and their parents. The TV room was great for the January 1 football bowl games, and the large kitchen table was great for playing games. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location. Easy access. Lower bedrooms were much colder than the main upstairs area. Large table with plenty of chairs to easily sit 10+.

Perfect choice for a Fall wedding trip

The family traveled to Oregon for my eldest daughter's wedding. There were 11 adults and one child. Being from the East Coast, we found the location spectacular. The forest, the colors, and the house itself exceeded my expectations. We had deer in our yard every morning and spent the last night with stargazing. The ability to share meals and laughs as we prepped for the big day was priceless.We also had enough space that the bride and her party could get ready there. The property team made things easy and clear to understand. Totally recommend to others and hope to return.

Very Beautiful Cabin Stay

This home in Sunriver is really beautiful. We came here for a ministry retreat and so enjoyed our time. There were a few concerns we had about the property, and the hosts were quick to respond and reassure us about both things that needed to be checked on. Overall a beautiful location and a wonderful space to sit in quiet and think about things (which is exactly what we came there for!). We would highly recommend to anyone else.

Surprise 60th!

The space was conveniently located, clean and so fun. The entire family loved it. We surprised my mom for her 60th. Gave them the master w/bath in room. My brother/wife slept in a queen upstairs and their 3 kids slept in the bunk room and shared the bathroom. My husband and I slept comfortably downstairs, our teens shared the LARGE couch/futon and our adult daughter/her husband had a queen room and we all shared the bathroom. Everyone loved the outside seating and there was plenty space for games, dining and fun. We had 13. Next to the river & quick access to walking & biking paths. Also Mtn bike trails!

sunriver house

The house is amazing and beds are super comfortable. We were there for a family reunion and it worked out well. We did have a couple of issues with the appliances. The garbage disposal wasnt working and sink kept getting clogged. They were helpful and came but it did cause some stress. The floor is basement bathroom has water that pools on the floor. I think it comes from underneath so may need some repairs. I would stay again
