The sauna adds a spa-like touch, while the loft-style primary suite serves as a romantic hideaway with its own fireplace, sweeping ocean views, and a dreamy clawfoot tub. Kitchen – Well-appointed with everything you need to create delicious meals. A small breakfast bar with seating opens to the dining area, making it easy to gather while cooking.

Living Room – Comfortable furniture and stellar ocean views make this a wonderful space to relax. Sliding doors lead to the deck with a hot tub, outdoor seating, and windbreaks for year-round comfort. Enjoy the cozy gas/log fireplace and a new flat-screen TV with Apple TV and Sling TV services.

Dining Area – A 4-seat dining table perfect for casual meals, morning coffee, or fun game nights.

Bedroom 1 – Spacious bedroom with a comfy Queen bed and a desk/workstation—great for guests who need a quiet spot to work or write.

Bathroom – Full bathroom with shower.

Laundry Area – Washer and dryer conveniently located just off the kitchen.

Primary Loft Bedroom – A large, loft-style retreat featuring a comfortable Queen bed, cozy gas fireplace, and lounging area.

- Dog Friendly! 2 Dog Max - $120 Dog Fee per Dog - For both the safety of your pup and the house, please crate dog if you are not at the house. Please clean-up after your pup.
- One Guest Parking Pass provided for easier beach access - Not to be used for general On Street Parking
- NO Smoking of ANY substances in the home. Outdoor smoking is restricted to paved or concrete surfaces only
