Excellent stay. The pool table and spa made for a fun weekend getaway. The best part of the experience were the amazing views and the outside seating areas. I would most definitely stay there again.

The view from the house is gorgeous! The house is older and a bit outdated but the view.... the view justifies the minor flaws. The hot tub on the front deck was nice in the evening, it does not overlook the ocean as I thought but was still very enjoyable. The pool table downstairs was a lot of fun as well! Management company was great, very communicative and helpful.

Easily the best stocked beach home I have ever visited. There were so many wonderful little surprises and extras … the dishes and ability to make utterly anything that came to mind was truly appreciated. The property was clean, lovely floor plan with enough space for everyone and then some! We absolutely loved our visit to Dillon Beach!

A beautiful home in a beautiful location. Highly recommend. The kids loved watching the ocean and wildlife through the great big windows. We saw rabbits, deer, an owl and more. Lots of room for all of us to stretch out and get comfortable.

The homes location is fantastic. Upon our arrival, we found the home extremely hot; we opened the windows, noticed algae in the bottom portion of each window. The interior could definitely use some improvements; upstairs bedroom bedding (duvet) needs replacement, the bathroom fans do not work; way too much humidity! Unfortunately, we lost power twice (that’s a utility company issue) but found inadequate emergency lighting; I found cheap lanterns in the kitchen cabinet. Maybe upgrade those items. Other than that, we had a nice time. Lastly, maybe conceal the trash cans in front of the house; it’s tacky. Maybe build a small concealment if the HOA will allow.Thx

There were some problems with windows and how hot the house was with minimal fresh air. Problem with parking pass. Views were amazing and since I was at the beach most of the time, it was ok. Won't be back there again. Prefer a property closer to the ocean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this location and each time we rent a little longer than the time before and I’ll be darned it still flies by. Amanda (wine country to coast rental agency representative is amazing. Excellent customer support. The amenities this time were great! House always had a coffee pot, but now they have a Keurig machine (we used usually packed ours) and different flavored pods. Also the bathroom has upgraded supplies and for the hot tub towels are now provided for guest use! Sounds silly but I really appreciated all the extras the agency provided and didn’t have to unpack half of my own items. Love the entire atmosphere of this house. The deer are so beautiful and friendly. Pet friendly too!

Christmas get away

Perfect get away from our home in the east Bay Area. Beautiful calming setting, you feel like you really get away. Great rental and location. Very clean and cares for. Our family loved the hot tub & Bullard table too!

Stunning views

We were all amazed at the views upon entering the property. The architecture of the house is fabulous and quirky. We enjoyed the amenities and were happy about the proximity to the beach. Overall a fabulous stay!
