Villa Lumière est une construction récente toute en «tufo» (à l'image des anciennes masseria) avec piscine privée dans une propriété de plus d'un hectare, entièrement clôturée par un mur en pierre sèche et portail automatique, located on the hills of Parabita, au lieu dit Contrada Rischiazzi, avec une vue panoramique sur les côtes de Gallipoli (Baia Verde et Rivabella), à seulement 10 km des plages très connues de Baia Verde, sur la mer Ionienne, et à environ 30 km de la mer Adriatique et d'Otrante.

EXTERNAL
The property is surrounded by vegetable gardens; on the ground of the structure about forty olive groves and green plants and multicolored flowers that make up the Mediterranean scrub.
