The villa is on the top of La provincia hill in Ansedonia, just 3 km from the beautifull village of Orbetello, located in the middle of a blue lagoon where all the services and shops and cinemas are located. There is also a small crowd in Ansedonia but in all cases private transport is a must because there is no public transport.
Ansedonia is a well-known de-luxe beach resort just 1.5 hours north of Rome with still uncontaminated cristal clear sea. The Feniglia beach is 1 km away and the cut beach is 2 km away from the house. Nearby villages are also the well-known fisherman harbors of Porto Ercole and Porto Santo Stefano with their summer tourist attractions.
