Situated near Monte Argentario, at the southern tip of Tuscany, our spacious house is in a gated community, 100m from a quiet beach. The large garden of 2000 sq m assures peace and tranquility.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 8 beds. Fully equipped with the latest amenities (washing machine, dish-washer, modern kitchen), there are also external showers and an external fireplace that is great for BBQs. There's plenty of space to relax, read, play ping-pong, or simply enjoy a nice aperitivo in front of a gorgeous sunset.

The town of Albinia, suitable for grocery shopping or sipping a morning cappuccino at one of the many cafés, is only 5 minutes away by car, or a 20 minute walk. Orbetello, Porto Santo Stefano, Porto Ercole are only 15 mins by car, and there are plenty of typical pictoresque Tuscan villages such as Pitigliano, Magliano in Toscana, Manciano within easy reach by car for a day trip.

Ferienhaus mit schöne große Garten

Sehr schöne große Ferienwohnung, die direkt am Meer liegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Man fühlt sich da wie zuhause.

Ferienfeeling pur!

Wunderschön ruhig gelegen mit grossem Umschwung. Das Haus ist mit allem Nötigen bestens ausgestattet und wird von Fabrizio bestens gepflegt. Zum Sandstrand sind es nur 2-3 Gehminuten und das Meer vor Ort ist sehr sauber. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen

una casa confortevole nel verde per un soggiorno riposante

La villa è circondata da un bel giardino verde, alberato, molto spazioso e curato. La casa è comoda e comprende anche un appartamentino monocamera con bagno a ingresso separato. il mare (spiaggia di sabbia libera poco frequentata) non si vede ma è a circa cento di metri di distanza e si raggiunge tramite un comodo sentiero pedonale in pianura e in ombra.. La casa è spaziosa e arredata con semplicità e stile, e ha tutte le comodità che si possono desiderare, comprese le utilissime zanzariere alle finestre. Particolarmente comoda la grandissima veranda con lungo tavolo e soggiorno Tutto l'ambiente circostante (ville con giardini) è silenzioso e sicuro. 2 posti auto coperti e uno scoperto. E ' un posta adatto per andare in bicicletta, ma è indispensabile l'auto per fare la spesa e per andare a gettare la spazzatura.

Was für eine Oase!

Wir haben die Woche in dieser Oase wirklich sehr genossen: tolles und sauberes Ferienhaus, wunderbarer großer Garten (ein Eichhörnchen ließ sich auch immer wieder blicken), schöner Naturstrand in der Nähe. Die Tischtennisplatte haben wir oft genutzt und hatten viel Spaß. Wir können diese Unterkunft und die Gastgeberin sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank, Corinne.

Schönes Haus an toller Lage mit wunderbarer Gastgeberin

Wir hatten wunderbare Ferien. Das Haus war sauber, grosser Garten, viele Extras wie Tischtennistisch, alles vorhanden was es braucht (sogar eher mehr als erwartet) und die Lage am Meer einfach genial. Wir fühlten uns so richtig willkommen, die Gastgeberin hat uns so viele Infos und gute Tips gegeben und war bei Fragen immer erreichbar. Vor Ort war der Gärtner präsent und ebenfalls mit Rat und Tat immer bemüht, damit wir einen herrlichen Urlaub haben. Wir können dieses Haus wirklich sehr empfehlen!

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus an ruhiger Lage und Strandnähe. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch für noch offene Fragen jeder Zeit für uns erreichbar. Für uns waren es sehr erholsame Ferien und wir haben es sehr genossen. Sehr zu empfehlen😊😊😊

Il piccolo paradiso extraterrestre

È stata sicuramente una bellissima esperienza in particolar modo per le nostre anziane mamme che hanno trovato un ambiento confortevole bello e comodo. La signora Corinne poi con la sua gentilezza e cortesia ci ha messo a nostro agio potendo riscontrare che quello che abbiamo potuto vedere dalle foto e sentire dalle sue parole è stato confermato al momento dell'arrivo sul posto!!! Che dire un esperienza da rifare sicuramente se la Signora Corinne ci concederà l'opportunità di nuovo!

This place has some warm memories for me as a child. I used enjoy so much coming here with my parents on holidays. It is a great place to “get away from it all”, and is now used by my extended family, where the little ones also create their own memories.

This is above all a family home, our home away from home, and we hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

It is in a quiet gated community, only 100m from a quiet beach. And it also has a big garden with outside furniture and an external grill, for a relaxing time after the beach.
