A relaxing coastal getaway awaits at this Fort Walton Beach vacation condo. Perfect for a couple, a small family, or a few close friends, it boasts a community pool, beautiful bay views, nearby beach access, and enough space for up to four guests!
Just a quick drive from all of Fort Walton’s best beaches, this home’s location is perfectly situated for both urban exploration and beachside relaxation. You’ll enjoy beautiful bay views looking out toward Okaloosa Island as you relax and work on your suntan at the ground floor’s community pool.
An adorable studio with coast-inspired decor, modern conveniences, and sweeping views from an outdoor balcony, this condo is a comfortable home away from home. On days when it's better to stay indoors, gather your group for a movie on the DVD- and cable-equipped flatscreen television. Settle into the comfy cloth couch and you could even read a favorite magazine or catch an afternoon nap. When the sun is shining – and it often is! – head downstairs to relax poolside on lounge chairs, or swim laps in the shared pool.
When it’s time to eat, whip up fresh, homemade meals in the compact but efficient kitchenette. Use its granite countertops, a variety of cookware, and modern appliances - a mini fridge and freezer, a microwave, two electric burners, a mini toaster oven, and a sink - for all your cooking endeavors. And when the meal is ready, eat together at the dining table with seating for two.
You could even take that meal onto the balcony for al fresco dining with lovely views and seating for three, or fire up one of the community charcoal grills near the pool and have a barbecue!
Afterwards, take a stroll around the neighborhood to admire the tropical palm tree scenery and beautifully landscaped lawns. Your reservation even includes access to a boat slip, so rent a boat or bring your own watercraft and take it out on an evening ride to view a spectacular pink- and purple-hued sunset over Choctawhatchee Bay.
Come home at the end of an eventful day, ready for bed. But before you retire, take out your laptop to use the WiFi for planning tomorrow’s adventures, freshen up any dirty clothes in the shared washer/dryer, or crack open a favorite beverage and enjoy a nightcap on the balcony.
Get the restful sleep you deserve in the queen bed or on the sofabed, which together will accommodate up to four guests.
Wake up refreshed in the morning, excited for a new set of adventures. Lather on some sunscreen, grab your swim trunks and a beach blanket, and head just over two miles southeast, crossing over the bay, to suntan on the sugar-sand beach. If you’ve brought kids, take them for a fun family outing to watch playful dolphins perform tricks at the Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park nearby the beach on Okaloosa Island.
If you’re in the mood for a fun day trip, explore coastal hamlets and quaint seaside communities along scenic Highway 98, which runs along the coast east and west of Fort Walton Beach. Are you an outdoor enthusiast? Lace up your boots for wildlife viewing and hiking on picturesque low country trails about 11 miles southeast in Henderson Beach State Park. You could also cast a fishing line right off the Okaloosa Island Pier and try your luck reeling in mackerel, redfish, and many other gulf species.
If you’re willing to take a bit longer of a drive, head 39 miles west for great shopping, dining, and historic landmark sightseeing in Pensacola. Whether you prefer to stick close to your condo and relax or venture near and far for great activities, you'll find plenty to keep you busy here.
Close to the beach in a location known for legendary sunshine and year-round tropical temperatures, this Beaches of Fort Walton Beach studio will deliver a most memorable getaway in the Florida Panhandle. Book it today!

About Vacasa, FL - Emerald Coast Office
Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers. <br> <br> Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team. <br> <br> Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!

It was ok
The property was a great place with a nice little sound bar for my 3yr old to play. But the neighbors to the right fought all night and neighbors to left dog barked at 6am
Unfortunately the condo was not in the best condition. The smoke detector was dangling by a wire from the ceiling, light bulbs were burnt out, outlet covers were missing, the toilet required multiple flushed each time and the balcony was not able to be used until later hours in the evening. Renovations were taking place during my stay and there was no advance notice given. I had to side step and walk around caulking on the floors leading up to the condo and was unable to go onto the balcony until later in the evening due to the renovations taking place. It was not an enjoyable stay and if I had been advised renovations would be taking place during my stay, I would’ve gone elsewhere while in town. The unit itself would’ve been decent had the housekeeping staff actually looked at the condition of the room instead of just making a quick pass.
Enjoyed our stay.
On line reservations
This was the first time I had ever booked a room on line. Next time I will make sure I am better prepared with all the information needed to check in when I arrive at an online book room.
Small but efficient. Perfect for driving to any beach.
This stay was just okay for the price. The room smelled of cigarette smoke and the next morning I woke up to a sore throat because of my allergy to smoke. Also, the wifi code didn't work and when we called to fix the problem, they told us someone would get back with us to give us the correct code. No one ever called us back.
We wish our guest had a better stay with us. We have notified HOA of the need to have the air ducts cleaned to remove the stale smoke smell. This guest was given the password by our guest services agents, and we did call back and leave a message to check that the password worked for them. Thanks!
